Arrived pretty much as they were opening the door....just after 10. Was told it would cost $89.99 and take about 30 minutes. I was offered a screen protector as well. It actually took about 10-15 mins total. Rapid speed service (I was the only customer in the store) and phone looks like new. Exceptional price and awesome customer service. Very satisfied!! CHANGING MY REVEIW. Let me share my experience with this company. FIRST I took my phone to get JUST THE SCREEN that was cracked fixed! I got my phone back with blue lines all over it! Along with the alignment being off so I could barely text. I instantly took it back and the guy that fixed my phone told me “it’s just your camera”. I left out of frustration and wrote the manager explaining. He was very nice and told me I could bring it back. This place is a 30 minutes away from me! I drive back. He “fixes” my phone AGAIN! Less than 24 hours later my home button has stopped working! I’m not driving back there again but just to save others. BAD BUSINESS! I wish I could get my money back! Over $80 to drive there TWICE and my phone is now worse than before! I would’ve rather kept the crack!

I would have given it a 0 star if possible. The owner/manager named Suraj is extremely rude have no courtesy plus no business ethics of any kind. Gave me a time for samsung note 8 screen repair of 1 hr and returned the phone after 2 hrs without test. Gave me a quote of $229 with tax at the phone submission time and charged me $248 at the end saying that I have been a difficult customer as I asked for my phone after 1 hr and 10 minutes. I hope he will honor his 30 days warranty as at the end of the transaction he didnt provide me any paperwork for it and that was told at the beginning and at the end of the deal.I had to end up canceling my credit card as he took a picture of my card along with my id using his cell phone when he charged me saying if you want it like this we can have it like this.Please avoid at all cost. Shady business practices.

I called and asked about getting an iPhone unlocked and was greeted from the other end with enthusiasm from a gentleman who was more than eager to help me. Was great, should of come here first. The phone carrier wouldnt unlock my paid cell phone! Save money and come here first, really friendly staff and was upfront what they needed to unlock my phone. This is where you want to go!

Update (3/8/20) : CPR Tx has been very helpful in working with us to correct this issue and have done so willingly and fairly. Ive adjusted the rating accordingly.(Orig):My husband has used these guys several times in the past and we have been very pleased. Unfortunately this time , it hasnt worked out very well. They did a new screen to replace the cracked one on my phone, but when the phone came back, the screen was raised above the frame all the way across the bottom. The tech explained to my husband that this sometimes happens with the adhesive that they use and to not press too hard and it would be fine. When I started to use the phone, I found that the return and home buttons didnt work. My husband took the phone back the next day and they added a soft button app to see if that would be OK for me. I tried that solution that night, but since that app places the soft buttons on the bottom of the actual screen, it makes using the pop-up keyboard pretty interesting, to say the least. My husband took the phone back the next day and worked out a deal that he would pay for the new part and they would pick up the labor. When he went back to get the phone, the buttons worked, but the new part had apparently had a defective mic and only the speakerphone mic worked. They said to leave the phone and they would try to take the mic off my original part and place it on the new one to see it if would work, at no charge. My husband was happy to be able to finally bring me a fully functional phone the next day after work, but they did tell him they had to super glue the screen down this time (we didnt think that would be a big deal). That evening while l was using the phone, the brand new screen cracked across the center while I was using it, not dropped, just being held in my hand and only a few hours after finally getting the phone back. Pretty frustrated. Ive just placed the phone in a drawer since I dont want to have to go through paying for another screen :(

These guys are literally making gmail accounts and writing fake reviews!!!Just look at the profiles of these fake people i mean come on!!!!I broke my phone so I decided to look for a fix. I took my iphone to this business hoping that they would repair everything and it would be smooth. Boy was I wrong! They replaced my screen with a terrible off brand that broke two days after they fixed it! I told them to replace my battery, and now it loses energy in two hours! look at the picture I added, my battery must have cost $5! They did a terrible job! I want my money back!!

Got my phone screen fixed recently, had no issues with the back camera. And now for some reason my back camera is taking blurry or not good pictures, Im very confused as to why its doing that now. Plus my camera app switches from only the front camera working one day then my back camera working the next.

I visited Cell Phone Repair TX after having troubles with my phone battery. I wanted someone to do the replacement for me so I could be sure it was done properly. They did an outstanding job and the difference is night and day, my phone used to die everyday and now it easily lasts on one charge. Not only did they do an outstanding job with the replace, but even gave me a phone to borrow for the few hours I had to leave mine at their shop.Also, I had asked for a recommendation for a new charger block as my stock one that came with the phone seems to take forever to charge. I was recommended and shown the charger that they used personally on their phone. Talk about a genuine interest and desire to help. That product works fantastic.All of that combined with how friendly and knowledgeable the representatives were made it hard to believe how good of a deal I was getting. I just got a new OLED put on my iPone XS Max at this store. I met Seraj and two things you should know happened. 1. The quality of the repair is impeccable. I’ve had this done at other shops before and this is “Apple Store”quality on the repair (I’m guessing this why they are Apple authorized) 2. Seraj asked me if he could see the case I use. I threw it on my phone and he quickly got up, grabbed a screen protector and put it on. He told me not to worry about the cost but that he wanted to protect my investment. I wish I was a social influencer and could throw a ton of love this store’s way because this is the type of service that I just can’t seem to find anywhere anymore. Same day, high quality, customer centric service. Did I mention it was also less than the other two shops I called and a hundred less than Best Buy (horrible customer service experience by the way). Support you local shop when they offer this type of quality and service.

Quick and amazing customer service.

I went in a couple months back and they fixed my iPhone 6 plus for $130 or so. They are cheaper than most, but their customer service and the overall finished product was absolutely outstanding, and they didnt keep me waiting! I recently needed to go back, because I dropped my phone. Minor crack, but I could also see inside the screen on one of the corners, and the manager/owner fixed it within minutes and FOR FREE no questions asked. These guys helped me out of two cell phone screen problems, the first one happening the day I moved to Dallas! Theyre very helpful with reasonable pricing for repair. The owner was extremely helpful in getting me up and running again. We put in a new battery and changed the ear piece as we were having hearing issues with the iPhone 6. This was a lot cheaper than going out to buy a new phone.We did end up upgrading a phone for the house though. Swapped up to a bigger and newer iPhone. Everything works great.Highly recommend this business and will use again for all my phone needs.

I went to this establishment thinking that my charger port was going bad so I told the guy that I needed to replace it and he checked to see if this was really the case by using his USB cable to see if my phone would charge and it did. I really appreciated his honesty with letting me know my charging port was fine and I just needed a new cable as some shops are not that honest and would gladly charge me to change the charging port. I would definitely recommend this place.

These guys are AMAZING!!! I had my Galaxy S 3 for less than a week when my dog got a hold of it and destroyed the screen. Dropped my iPhone 6 and shattered the screen. I was about to head to the Apple store when I decided to Google cell phone repairs and stumbled upon this place. I called and spoke to one of the owners, and he was very kind, informative and professional. I dropped my phone off yesterday morning, ran a couple of errands and came back to get it. They were quick and my phone looked brand new. For what I wouldve paid at Apple for just a screen repair, I got a new screen, a protective screen shield, and a new phone case to help protect the phone (since I drop my phone far too often). I would highly recommend this place. Its in a weird part of town, but the service is well worth it.

I was extremely pleased with my visit to Cell Phone Repair. The person with whom I spoke (and I wish I had ask him his name) was very friendly, courteous, and very knowledgeable about my problem. It took him about 1 minute to diagnose the problem with my antiquated iPhone 3, and he repaired the phone while I waited about 30 minutes. The cost of repair was very reasonable. You can rest assured that I will return for future repairs or the purchase of a new phone.

I went to this store to get my phone (LG Nexus) repaired after it was frozen.. it does go past the initial logo... we tried restarting it several times etc... but nothing worked. We went to this store and the customer service was amazing. If I could give them 6-stars, I would. Yes, they fixed my phone - on-time, prompt, courteous, and professional (in what is arguably a kind of low-rent service business with a low barrier to entry and lots of potential for abuse.)But what really set these guys apart was their willingness to fix a problem that even I recognize is arguably not their fault. I have a Nexus 4 and if you google nexus 4 proximity sensor, you will find a large number of complaints that after repairing this phone, the proximity sensor doesnt work and causes a host of bad problems. So, I was nervous - and I talked to a bunch of shops who basically said either it doesnt happen, or if it does happen, you are on your own (because I cant prove the phone works currently, why should they be liable for the problem?)I talked to these guys over the phone and they assured me that (A) they were not aware of the problem (B) if the problem happened, they would take care of it and their warranty would cover it. Long story short, my phone was repaired in the hour promised, and unfortunately, the proximity sensor didnt work... They didnt frown, challenge me, nothing but a smile and reassurances that hed make it right... It took the afternoon - but four hours later he called and reported it was fixed. Sure enough, when I got there the phone worked exactly as it should. I can hardly tell the phone has been repaired and couldnt be happier.Great customer service is really evident when things go wrong and how they get resolved. I wont take my phone anywhere else.Cost varies with the phone model so call first. But Id recommend these guys to anyone.
