Went to buy a couch for a small room. Dana greeted us and took great care of us. Helped us find just what we needed. Everyone else was nice as well. I had been to several places looking and Im impressed. Excellent customer service 👏

Best experience Ive ever had getting furniture.

Haven’t had the couch I had purchased there not even 2 months it’s already tearing and the board underneath is cracked they sent someone out to repair it they didn’t even repair it they took pictures and left. They also told us about the lifetime warranty on our couch but except us to pay 85 dollars to have it fixed when we have the warranty what’s the use of the warranty if you have it. I WILL NOT BE BUYING FROM THEM AGAIN ALSO POOR SERVICE.!!!!!!!!

Terrible service all they want is more money they dont care the warranty you have on the furniture even if we only had it for not even 3 months

So just got denied due to credit false advertising at its best and the owner Nick was so disrespectful

Once I was finally helped, the lady was very nice and informative.

DO NOT SHOP HERE!!! My daughter purchased a frigidaire refrigerator from farmers furniture in Covington ga two weeks ago and the refrigerator hasnt worked. We have followed the warranty protocol however Frigidaire service techs Fridgidaire canceled three appointments and Farmers will not replace the refrigerator. If we have another technician look at it then that will void our warranty. She has lost food as a result and have been keeping her food in a cooler for her and her small kids. No one at Farmers or Frigidaire seem to understand the urgency.

The delivery service is terrible, didn’t have my stuff that i ordered in time, was having trouble with the delivery. Don’t pick this place to order your requirements!!

I bought one bed and it was great! 10/10. I decided to purchase a second based on my experience. BIG MISTAKE. I received used parts!!!! FOR THIS MUCH MONEY???? ARE YOU KIDDING ME? I am livid. It’s a hit or miss with this one. (I bet you never miss huh)

The furniture I have purchased is high quality and I love it. My whole house is Farmers and never had a problem with anything!! Plus the people at the Covington Ga store are GREAT

Very good place for furniture. I got my bed set through Farmers and its amazing. Staff is great as well. I believe I speak to a woman named Laurie each time I pay my bill over the phone and she is always a positive soul and great customer service.

I did not have a great experience at this store. I was never greeted. However as I walked in their was a Caucasian woman being greeted. I got a look,and the sales associate walked off. Had the employees greeted me after fifteen minutes they would have found out I was a guarantee sale,approved for financing , with a large purchase in mind. Needless to say I had a very horrible expierience.
