Omg I went to pick up my groceries on Wednesday afternoon. The young lady that brought my groceries out did a horrible job. She smashed my breads. Everyone knows you don’t sit the bread in the trunk. If you do you always make sure to place it on top securely. Instead she placed it on bottom and then just tossed my sodas in on top of it. When I got home and realized that she had sat my cases of soda on top of my bread I tried to reach out to the store. Which I got no answer and no response to my calls. I called at least 15 different times over the course of 2 hours. This isnt the first time I’ve had an issue like this with this particular location. The grocery pick up is very convenient for my lifestyle but when they continually make mistakes like this It becomes an inconvenience. Would be nice if they would learn to answer their phones. Walmart really needs to get it together otherwise I think I may need to do my shopping with a different company.

This idea of not having cashiers is what makes me choose other stores. Things arent priced. Shelves are not kept stocked even though there is product stacked up on the top shelf. Pallets always in the way. Produce goes bad 2 to 3 days after purchase. Prices are not matching the lack of basic services. In fact, I pay more here then I do at Kroger. Thats saying something. I absolutely hate shopping here now.

This place never has buggies in the store or enough lanes open to service the customers, no matter what time u go. I do like the pickup area and crew though. Theres a young man who knows me and is always friendly, asking about the family,church or whatever each time I go there. The store is mostly stocked with the items I need, which can be a problem sometimes

1. I had to search behind products looking for I was shopping for. 2. They renovated the store and not all isles are mark for their contents. 3. Hardly anyone had a mask on. Its the Delta Variant people. Mask up before its too late. And Walmart, please have your people check the shelves and front them.

I’m pretty sure this will be the last time I shop here! Was unable to find my regular items… out of stock! Can barley shop for all the “personal shoppers”. They were so rude! Walking in front of you, stopping and retrieving they’re items whine you just stand there and wait (never an excuse me)! I’ve spent thousands of dollars in Walmart. I’ve always tried to purchase produce there, but they are always out of so much! Searching for romaine lettcuce… I asked the young man in produce, if they had any in the back…after a few minutes he returned with one bag. That was all they had at the time. He was very courteous and did not mind helping me. The ladies at the self checkout … well, that’s another story.I probably won’t return to this one!

There are no regular checkouts that are open. Only self checkouts. This is very difficult if you need assistance or have many items to purchase. It also makes it take longer. The shelves are usually an absolute disaster. Many items low on stock and the shelves look like a squirrel was running loose through the store. I also needed help with something heavy on a high shelf out of reach. There were no associates to be found. I had to walk from the back of the store all the way to the front to try to get somebody to help. They said they would call someone. It’s only 15 minutes later that someone slinked up to me. By then I had found items to stack and stand on and retrieved a long garden tool to use to rake the item to me. The dude asked was I the one that needed help. I explained that I had to MacGyver a way to get my item because he took too long. He said “oh. I’ve been trying to take it easy.” What the heck? Were you in the back getting high? You really can’t make all this up.

I did an order pick up. I would of given it a five star but they didnt have the items I really wanted and I didnt know how to request a substitute in time because it was my first time ordering. But I would give them another try.

This is a VERY nice walmart. Clean, upgraded bathrooms, clean store and nice self check out lanes.

I was able to run in to buy the 2 items I needed without having to wait in a line for checkout. Since the store had been opening many more self checkout stations, buying the items I need goes much more quickly. I was in and out within 7 minutes! Of course thats because I am highly proficient in getting bar codes scanned quickly.The only time I wish I had an actual employee helping me is when I buy produce and sometimes the produce may not have bar codes on them. This slows me down because I have to look the item up in their database to continue. I do like that you can look an item up by name or by category. Thats a nice feature especially when Im buying jalapeños, banana peppers, habenero peppers, bell peppers, etc. They have them grouped by peppers. From there I can choose which pepper Im trying to weigh and purchase. Its pretty easy.

The store is always busy, out of stock on many items. The new self check out is horribly done. The idea of self check out is great, but design wise, in my opinion, is a mess and card only! They have day stockers, which is a nuisance, walking around pallets, blue boat carts to be stocked, empty boxes to walk around.The employees 90% are helpful, nice and really friendly. They do above and beyond to clean, assist, and to maintain the very busy store. So hands down to the employees.

One of the biggest Ive been to.. but need the new modern renovation, employees are nice, environment chill.. clean store.. need to stock cake decorating things and cake boxes more

Today I went to the Walmart super center.My visit was just great, I made a few groceries and met some really niceFolk in this new place. I met a grand mother in her 80 s still driving and shopping forherself. So nice, seeing that God is so good. Thanks for listening.

Can not get any associate on the phone. I never had experience like this with Walmart. If I could give 0 stars I would. Everytime I get to almost talk to someone to see if they found something mine I get hung up on. This Walmart needs to do better! We can easily spend our money elsewhere.

Normally Id give it 4 stars based on how well stocked and maintained is stays considering how busy they always are.Today is 2 stars, because of my poor planning. I went at 4:30 pm on a Friday and it was slammed. I do not recommend going at that day and hour.

Horrible customer service as it relates to ordering online for store pickup. My husband waited over an hour for our pickup to be ready. I received a message after the pickup time stating there was a delay and even when I tried calling to speak with someone I was unable to do so. I definitely wouldn’t recommend.

This is a good Walmart located in a great, easily accessible area. The parking lot is very large and there is easy access to the store. There are three entrances options, the market, the home goods area, and the outdoor living/garden center. The store is clean, well stocked and organized. I was amazed to see so many cashiers at the front line and they also have the self-serve checkout.

Surprisingly clean organized and stocked. I usually avoid any Walmart but this one is very good for what’s needed

Get pickup orders from here quite often. always excellent customer service and quality products. would recommend to anyone.

Lines were incredibly long and I for one am not going back no matter how low the prices. Only,4 cash registers open where you can pay cash and only,2 of them manned. Lines for self checkout were long as well and only pay by card. I really wont go again.

This is for the people of our nation and especially for Walmarts employees. Things have changed and change is supposed to be good but it seems that this new change isnt exactly what I pictured. Most people that work here are almost definitely a Disgrace. Ive noticed that the workers kind of just congregate in crowd of 4 or more in most Unconvenient areas possible to the shoppers. Not even a excuse me could get you thought. A worker even looked at me like I did something wrong, when she was looking down at her phone texting and walking and almost walked in to my buggy. Im just saying this out loud Lazy or lack of pride in ones self is not a good color for any one to wear. Just expecting a free ride in this life shouldnt be in anybodys daily Agenda.

This used to be 5 stars for me, but after the massive self checkout change I decided to do my best to avoid shopping there. I used self check out almost all the time because it was convenient for me. It was convenient because there were cashiers for shoppers with big carts and it was a great option to avoid long lines. Now I the lines are even longer. Not worth it anymore.

Hate coming here. Lines were outrageous because of lack of open registers - self checkout or otherwise. Aisles are constantly crowded being stocked, which is ridiculous at 6:15 in the evening. Coming here is a last resort for me, and will continue to happen less and less.

Always enjoy shopping here. The workers r friendly and helpful!

Apparently the federal reserve had issues getting them enough coins in so they stopped so cash payments at self checkout... Then only have, at most, 2 check out lanes open. I understand the coin thing isnt their fault, but staffing is.

I have shopped at this Walmart for serval years I have notice since summer the customer service is horrible,there is no food on shelves I have even ask management when the trucks will be there and it has been the same as before if there is no food why do you even have that part of store open I have went to other Walmarts totally different I will not be spending my money at the Walmarts that can satisfied me

Store is nice, clean, organized and well lit, well stocked, courteous employees. They just need more people working there. If they paid better this would not be an issue.

I really like the layout of this store. It is quite easy to navigate and the store is overall impeccably clean. I wish I would have had the forethought to have taken pictures to show you.

Nothing I went for was in stock!! The lines was wrapping around about 2 miles long..EACH.. so there was no picking a shorter line🙄🙄😒...PIT THE CASH REGISTERS BACK PLZZZ

Was in the electronic department at 9:04 pm bc my husbands phone accidentally broke tonight. Well nobody was available with keys had one employee tell me to take the card for the phone up front. Tracy informed me the employee in the electronic department is supposed to bring the device to the front. King another employee who didnt work in the electronic department went searching for the employee. Nobody in the store can unlock the phone cage. Tracy called CFM and apparently CFM said can not help. What kinda circus is this? I almost bet there is more than one key to the cage. Went to the Salem Rd location and the employees there were so helpful

This location has gone down hill! Shelves are always picked over so I have to go to Kroger to grab the rest of my groceries. They only had self checkouts open and I have limited mobility and cannot stand long but, here, I have to be the cashier, bag my own groceries, bag them and stand and wait for the one attendant there to help all of the other customers having to get help with their own orders. By the time I finish, I am in so pain I can barely walk to my car and load my own groceries the car. Lesson learned! I will buy my groceries at Kroger from now own. I want to be greeted and thanked. I want them to ring up my groceries and bag them and take them to my car if I need help. I miss all of the helpful people at a grocery store that treat their customers like they want them to come back!

All of the self-serve lines for card only. You cant you cant see a sign that says card only! What in the world you cant pay cash anymore??

I mostly do Wal-Mart pick ups. They either dont have half of the stuff I ordered, take a long time to prepare order, if you have an issue no one never answers the phone, employees have attitudes and barely want to answer questions sometimes, substitutes item when they feel like it, ... Its more just dont feel like typing it. WALMART DO BETTER PLZ

Because of the fact that I have bad legs ex I asked the guy at the front the front to tell me where the 6 to 8 pack of Bottled sweet tea was located. He said Ill 12 and I thought that was mighty close to the front thinking thinking it would be near the water. I was right he was wrong. So Im thinking if you dont know where its at dont look it up on your little phone and tell me where its not at.

I appreciate the nice employees they really are helpful although more are needed. Need new buggies especially the smaller type as they 86’d baskets. The store needs updating like newer stores with wider aisles and gas stations. The grocery items I buy usually are out of stock unless I go early morning. This is not the case with the other Walmarts in our area so they need to pay more attention to this. A lot of people use this location as Monticello and Jackson do not have Walmarts. The other Covington store lacks gas station also but is well stocked.

Automotive. Got one tire with mount and balance. Took over 2 hours. Then bought other stuff. Took about hour in line to pay with cash. My anxity being in this place is HORRIBLE! hate the remodel makes it stressful. Im paying for goods and bagging all my food. No SERVICE anymore.

Very different layout than I am used to but still very good selection of fresh produce and very clean. Has a lot more self checkout isles than any store I have seen.

New registers are helpful. Strongly recommend the Pick up service though. They can pick up exactly what you want AND ring it up.

So needs to keep an employee in there to keep it clean or send someone around more times to clean it. Walmart itself isnt so bad, but the restrooms r so bad that I would rather risk having an accident before going in there.

I love Walmart. The self checkout becoming the majority of the ways to check out is a tad inconvenient when you have a lot of stuff, but I do like being able to properly bag all of my things!!

They still need to reopen 24 hour serves. I now only shop there out of necessity with no other choice. Until they open 24 hours Ill continue to do so. They already push u to ring and bag your own groceries which I really dont like because those are jobs for other people to have. When are these corporations going to have enough money? Walmart is largest retail store in the world and profits billions each year but wont hire more register workers who dont even make enough to live in this world on their own. Yet they are greedy!

I love that you got ride of registers so now we cant complain theres 1000 registers but only one line open. Now there just 1000 self check outs.

Dont ask for help, of anyone, about anything, because it aint happening. If you want to be happy with your visit, expect nothing, and youll get just that.

Still waiting on my delivery order 24 hours later...Update: Grocery pickup manager lied to me and said she assigned a new driver, and did not follow up if there was an issue again. Please do better with communicating issues.

First time ordering groceries for delivery because Im on quarantine and dont have anyone to go to the store for me. Delivery time came and went. They never showed. I called the store several times but no answer. I then called the 800 number who tried to contact the store several times but no answer. She also told me my order was ready at 4pm but the delivery driver never showed. It was 8:55 at this point. I placed the order at 12:45 pm. Around 2:30 I received an email saying one of my items wasnt available. Ok...thats fine. But how long has my order been sitting? The 800 agent asked do I want to reschedule for tomorrow and that was a no. I had dairy products etc that has just been sitting. No email or anything from the store saying anything. She gave my refund and did apologize but this wasnt her fault. It was on the store. This is my first and last time. I shop at Wal-Mart because of the lower prices. I already knew customer service at the store was horrible but now I can add on online ordering. Since Im on quarantine I thought this would be a good option. At this point, no. Id rather pay a little more with another store to at least ensure that I get my groceries. Worst part is that if I hadnt called the 800# I would still be waiting on my groceries!

Well not ,that great. There was very loud work being done throughout the store, everything that I wanted to buy the store was out of. Oviosly no one was keeping up with inventory in the store. Making things worse some undercover employees following my father and I around the store the whole time. I understand about stealing but it feels like harassment when your not a theft.

I placed an order online a day ago and still isnt ready for same day pick up. Ive called the store multiple times and someone finally answered I told her my issue she said she needed to transfer me but never said to whom she was transferring and hung up and if I hate my job was a person it sure sounds like it is her.

Walmart is going downhill! I will not be doing at Walmart near as much.

I went to go get paint . I wish I would have got her name . She was amazing. Got the color perfect and was so kind . There is a Wal-Mart closer but I prefer this one so its worth the drive .

Came to Walmart in Covington on Saturday at noon to get an oil change. An employee said it was a 4 hour wait time, because only one employee was working today. What kind of service is this? With a store with a Lot of employees, they cant find more than one person to change oil? Poor Poor service!

Ask for help in pet department they told me they can find somebody I waited 15 minutes then I had to go hunt someone else down and they said they would go find somebody and I waited 20 minutes and I still didnt get to flea collar for my dog I got up to check out and had all my stuff checked out and then it wouldnt take my card so I had to move and the Lady was rude and I have not been back since or do I plan on going back

I was so pleasantly surprised tonight by a young gentleman named Chester who works in the dairy department. I was looking for something specific and it wasnt in the case.. normally I would ask for assistance but instead, he asked what I was looking for and went to the back and found it no questions asked. I have been to other locations in the area to where the employees couldnt be bothered but, this young man went out of his way to help me. Which really brightened my day considering my husband is in the hospital. Chesters smile and can do attitude really made my whole day! Thanks Chester.. stay awesome!

I stopped shopping at walmart for the factthat when you enter the store you cant leave because they have gates that keep you from leaving. You have to stand in line and wait to exit through the checkout. I feel inprisoned. I. Not a crimenal and will not shop at a place that treats me like one.

I placed a curbside pick up order before 7 AM with a 2 o’clock to 3 o’clock window and at 5:30 it still had not been pulled yet! There was only 10 items on the order and they were all in the pet department..that’s ridiculous!!
