I got my phone fixed by them a couple weeks back it had a few cracks in it & the camera was broken. they told me $150 to fix everything & I was like ok,after they replaced my screen they noticed the camera was broken & tried to charge an extra $40 to fix it which was very frustrating because they should’ve examined my phone before hand. The second I received my phone back I immediately noticed that me phone did not look the same as before. The products that were used to replace my screen were not apple certified. I opened my phone excited to use it for the first time in a while just for it to have a delayed reaction time when I touched the screen. I didnt mind at first but then it started getting extremely annoying. The screen was not applied correctly so now my phone has ink spots as well & is now glitching. I would not recommend going here because now i’m out another phone & a couple of bucks.

This place was a blessing to try!I had the best customer service and knowledgeable guys ever!I dropped two tablets off that wouldnt work for them to look at. In just a few minutes they called to tell me what the problem was and how much it was gonna cost (it was very reasonable!). I told them to go ahead. Within a couple of hours they were ready to be picked up. Just like new! My computer has been running slow and the mouse would not work for me. I had a huge speech that I needed to typed and ready for my grandfathers funeral the next day. My phone got ran over by a car. I took it here at Road Runners. Mike thoroughly explained the physical damage to the phone and what needed to be replaced on the phone.

My samsung 21 had a crack going all the way across its screen. They were able to find another screen from their facilities, got it shipped within a couple hours, and put my phone back together within a couple hours. I was able to pick my phone up the same day since I started my day out early. The people who work here are very nice and assuring! Came in on a Saturday morning and KC waited on me for a new battery and cracked screen on a 6S. He was very professional and the turn around time was very quick. Store was easy to find and very clean on the inside. Price given for the repair was fair. Phone looks great and seems to be working fine so far. Glad to know this store is in my area for possible needs in the future.

Came in for a screen repair on my sons iPhone 7 that was supposed to have been fixed by another screen repair place in town. The other place didn’t fix it right and would not warranty their work. So we brought it to Road Runners Take Over and was greeted by friendly staff and Casey fixed my sons screen and it looks great. Will definitely be a repeat customer!

I called ahead to ask the price of a screen repair. They told me $85 out the door. They never mentioned this was a “cash only“ price. When I went in they seemed professional and friendly, but the checkout experience proved differently. The total came to 90.95 after their debit card service fee plus tax. When I asked why there was the difference between the price I was being charged and the price they told me Before the repair, they explained that it’s because they have to pay tax if I use a debit card but if I use cash they don’t have to pay tax. I’m pretty sure this is illegal, but just know before you go that the price is higher for using a debit card and they don’t tell you before repairing your phone. They also refused to adjust the price to uphold their integrity...Besides the shady $6 scam at the end, great service. Will not use them again.

My fiancé’s phone was completely fried! Far more than just a cracked screen and they worked wonders on it. Looks like a brand new phone. They did a great job! Very friendly, professional, and stayed in touch with us to let us know what was going on and when to pick up. Definitely would recommend.

Happened upon this store and these great folks while at The Ups Store next door and man am I glad I did. Did 100% data recovery, stalled Operating System and several programs. Great price and EXCELLENT customer service. It was like I had known these folks all my life. Left the with them calling me Papa Rick which cool in my mind, maybe not everybody else. Cheap screen replacement. I would find another place. I had two screens put on here, the second screen that was put on glitched and the owner would not replace the screen because of a microscopic scratch on the screen that was more than likely done during installation of the screen.
