I really like everyone who works at this GameStop. I have used this location for years and there always employees willing to help and will take a little time to tell you about cool stuff coming out or special deals on games.

Went in today to finish up Christmas gifts (yeah, we extended the holiday). Employee, whose name I did not get, was great!!! Had multiple games I was looking for, and he was so helpful. He also gave some suggestions for a another gift and willingly went to get the plushies to the counter for me to see since I was hobbling with a cane.

I stopped in to pick up replacement stylus for my 3DS, and the young fellow on duty was very nice and helpful.

I haven’t come here too often, but this place always seems to have the rarer goods. They hire cool people too!

I was getting a game for my nephew it said in stock on line but it wasnt at the first 2 stores I went to I finally got the game 2 counties away

I Wish Mr. David Was There Because He Said I Could Bring In My Nintendo Wii Games And Trade My Games For Different Games. The Guy Who Was There Was Rude And Didnt Let Me Trade my Games For Different Games. He Had A Bad Attitude. I Will Never Buy Games From Here Again !! I Think This Was On October 26, 2020

I stopped going to this location a little over a year and a half ago because the service and store had become dismal. However, I really needed to get something from there, so I stopped by to begrudgingly pick it up. Man, I was surprised at how awesome the workers and store are now. They were extremely helpful , seemed to really enjoy their job, and ensured to answer my questions about a couple of not to well-known games. The store was organized better and it was much cleaner. I will be sure to return.

The salespeople were very helpful and friendly. They were very busy with Black Friday, but they made me feel I was important, and they would do whatever I needed to help me out. Nick was very helpful. I will go there again and recommend it to anyone in the area.

My experience was good as far as customer service. But the gamestops usual happens they where out of the new version of what I bought and only had a used one granted the refurbished one was almost brang new but was the same price as a new one

Would give a 5 but these are about the pushiest sales reps i have ever seen. I was asked at least 8 times if I was sure i didnt want the pro membership. If they would just take no for an answer the third time you said it i think they would get more business.Otherwise these folks know their stuff and are very helpful. Saved me a lot of money by letting me trade in an old console and some games i never played anymore.

Staff cant handle a crowd and can be less than helpful when there is few people at the counter. Kinda have to fend for yourself. Prices are good and lots to choose from.

Get this.. My son had a last minute Birthday wish....Lego Marvel Superhero 2.. somehow I turn into supermom, granting his wish. I called ahead the sales associate were friendly and knowledgeable . Supplying me with theirlast copy!. New! And cheaper thananywhere else on such short notice. .To my surprise my Birthday Boy had his wish... Game On Gamers.. This place rocks...

Went to sell a gaming system at the Covington store to be told, we havent done enough business to pay for anything but, Conyers has the cash...... just talked to them. 10 more miles in a storm out of my way to be told by Conyers store, theyve not called here. Were sending all of ours to them because we havent sold enough either. 20 bucks in wasted gas and my time wasted over dishonesty. If you cant follow thru, dont advertise it. Will not be a loyal customer anymore.

We buy a lot of games here. Associates are always knowledgeable and courteous. Always a good selection with current games in stock.

The store is a larger store however the staff at this location is rude and very unprofessional. When there are a few people in the building the staff acts as if your an inconvenience to them to help you. Sorry my question is more important then your personal conversation. And when it is busy you can tell they cant handle a crowd. The staff needs more training on customer service I have not met the manager of this location however there staff reflects them so Im sure he will be the same or worse. This is a fend for yourself store. If you know exactly what you want to here. If you need help find another location

Every controller we bought from the store did not work. The male csrs were extremely rude and couldnt be bothered with their job.
