I spent a whole day looking for 2 phones. They did not have the phones in the store so they would order them. To find out they cancelled my order without notify me. When I went in the first agent said it was my fault that the order was cancelled. I didnt received the order request within 24 hour because the person that sold me the phones didnt explain to me that if they dont have the phones in store. You have to reconfirm your order. This is a little short side of T mobile. If you are going to this store make sure you get all the facts even the ones that they dont tell you

Horrible experience with this store, first of all the guy that we were buying a phone from was very rude. Then we get a phone and he never opened it up just sold it to us and pushed us at the door basically. Then we get home and open it up amd it was damage now we are paying 400.00 dallors for soenthing that is damage then we take it back to exchange it and they cant do it till a week later because they have no phone in the store amd wee gonna make us pay a stalking fee. Then we said we are just gonna return it then then they say they cant give us our 100 dallors back. That we put cash down. Amd we would have to wait 7 to 10 days to get a check back long story short do not buy from this store you will have nothing but problems from them and the run around.

Went in 3/27/21 around 6PM. I’ve been a sprint customer 14 years. I was advised a few months back by TMobile that when my leases were up I should switch over. Went in to see what we could do about switching over for the least amount of money out of pocket and address the poor cell service issues we currently have. The T-Mobile rep was less than helpful. Literally looked at his tablet and said “those areas are green and have coverage”. I have 2 iPhones from sprint and the leases are up. I don’t want to purchase the phones for $600 just to give them to T-Mobile for free on a trade in program. The T-Mobile rep gave me no other options other than to look at other carriers. He literally said “ we aren’t going to stop you from leaving”. Solid sales pitch Ricardo.

Fantastic service from Johntin. He was patient, friendly, knowledgeable and efficient and he really listened to me and my strict budget peramiters. Kudos also to Aaron who was really active in the need to keep covid guidelines for number of people allowable. Kept us safe. Johntin came out to check on those of us waiting outside and be sure we were accommodated.

I am very very unsatisfied, Ricardo in the Covington wa store was very rude to me, he failed to tell me the coverage was bad for where I live at, he said everything was great and really it was not. He was just in a rush to get his commission, he said our visit would only take 1 and a half hours, it ended up taking around 7 hours total, I’m talking to corporate trying to resolve something, this Ricardo guy needs to be fired , the manager was also rude to me, he and Ricardo blamed everything on me said it was all of my fault. While I was there neither one of them offered a place to sit down or anything, just very extremely bad service. Please save yourself time and DO NOT GO TO THE T-MOBILE IN COVINGTON WA

We were deciding which phone would be best for us to get and the salesman decided to wait on someone else. He kept going back and forth between us. Never showed us any features on the phone, never GAVE US A RECEIPT, never told us what the payment would be or the price of the protective cover. This phone was purchased Dec.24 called back on Dec.27th to tell them they never gave us a receipt and was told they were really busy and I could stop by for a receipt. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! And thats what you get after 20yrs. of service

Yesterday, I purchased earbuds for my sons birthday, Later I found out that his mom bought the earbuds too. I had decided to return them back to the store in unopened box. Surprisingly, the manager told me that they didn’t have cash to pay me back. I can’t believe a tmobile store doesn’t have cash in their cash register.I had a feeling that the manager was totally lying to me. Deserve no star but can’t post it without a star.

Excellent service, Ive been a T-mobile customer for a while now, went in to help my dad get a new phone, BK was very helpful. Hand sanitizer could be found throughout the store. He was very thorough in telling me what I was going to be charged.

Attention Attention ladies and gentlemen.If you want to receive a wonderful customer service experience, come to this T-Mobile store, number 8322 in Covington, WA. It starts with the head. The supervisor Aaron. Greeted me as soon as I walked in the door. Told me about the promotions. Was very patient and explained to me about what they can offer me. I really appreciated that. Now onto Chris Johnson, he needs a raise. This young man was so helpful, patient, professional, knowledgeable, kind. I can keep going. I have never experienced customer service like that. I have to write in and tell the people. People are so quick to write in and complain. I love to write in and celebrate when I receive exceptional service. It was so many issues with my phone, passwords, Apple ID. Etc... Chris took his time, he talked to the Apple tech service. It was a lot going on. He didn’t show any frustration at all. He was more worried about me waiting. I didn’t mind waiting. I really enjoyed myself in the store. The atmosphere is so welcoming. He worked with it until he figured it out. Woohoo! I was so impressed. I’m so thankful. I’m still in awe. THANK YOU CHRIS!! Shout out to John. He was also helpful. He gave some input. Wonderful personality as well. I also wrote a more detailed review to T-Mobile. I hope management sees this and recognize these young men. They really deserve it. it was an Amazing experience for me. Aaron is doing a wonderful job at that store. Thanks guys!! You Rock!!!

Service was great the phone no cost financing great. Charging me $46 because I bought a $250 phone ( none of which goes to.the phone) Buy online and save lots of money. You will get your phone in 2 days. Wish I would have waited..

Appalled how I was treated by customer care this morning. Multiple reps hung up on not only myself and the store employee but also REFUSED to transfer me to their supervisor. I have been a t-mobile customer for OVER 12 years on my current plan and was a t-mobile customer for almost 8 years before that when it was voice stream and western wireless before that. I am disgusted how this company in a very short amount of time has spiraled downward In Terms of customer service. reading the reviews on the page I realize no one will lrobably respond to this review. sad. i even asked to speak to the district manager and was ignored. unfortunately after 20 years I am switching all of my mobile business. sad day

Unusually slow everything today! Multiple problems with Bill payment showing up so service was delayed for upgrading to a new phone, color choice was unavailable even to ship. And all of this on top of slow check in time for lead wait time due to Covid....very frustrating and 2 hours or more to accomplish what we were trying to do. 👎 To be fair, I dont think this was the employees problem. He made a call to another T mobile employee who apparently was aware of a glitch that caused our payment not to show up. So this was a known software problem to other employees...a software glitch was at least in part responsible for extra wait time and an unpleasant customer service experience. Get it fixed!

A good store with a good staff and manager. We visited here too often while returning Note 7s (twice!). They were always courteous and helpful. They alerted us to a plan that gave us more and cost us less - and not just during the introduction period. Highly recommended.

Worst customer service. Marcus attitude was demeaning to me. He treated me like dirt. The manager refused to talk to me. They lied about having the phone in stock and holding it. I have been a t-mobile customer for over 16 years and they didnt even care. I would not recommend going to this store for your T-Mobile needs. I finally got hold of the manager on the phone and when i told him my experience he said that i was lying and he defended his employees and started to praise them. He said i should of been kicked out of the store. I have talked to the ceo of T-Mobile and logged a complaint with him against the store. Overall the company is great to have service with.

So as a General manager myself, I know that you do everything you can to help a guest and even if you cant you direct them people who can. My fiance and I came in because his screen was badly damaged (but still able to function) and needed help navigating smart switch.The long haired blonde sales associate took one look at his phone and said sorry your phone is too badly cracked all we can do is switch the sim card. She completed judged our situation and didnt even try to help. But yet all she had to do was HER JOB and at least try to help. So we are currently doing the smart switch at home with some trial and error but we got it. She was beyond dismissive and offered no other type of help. She is definitely not type of worker that tmobile needs representing the brand.

Walked in to get a new iPhone, they signed me up and what phone I want to get, verified that they have it in stock and told me to wait. 40 minutes later when my turn came they told me they ran out of stock for this phone ...How is this possible???You knew how many phones you have in stock and how many people before me want to get this particular model, so can’t you do a math and just tell me that everything will be sold out. Went to the mall and got two phones with no hassle and waiting. Will never go to these clowns again. Thanks for wasting my 40 mins

Helpful and friendly, staff here tried their best to help me out ( especially, Brendan and Kym). I went to another T-mobile store and what they did just telling me that I have to wait. Staffs in here spend their time to help customer out. It was very end of the day, they looked tired but they still kept their smile and tried their best. Would recommend this store

I traded in two phones and the associates laptop supposedly didnt work so I had to do to transfer all our info myself, which was fine but it really seemed like he was frustrated after having to deal with me translating for my parents and didnt even want to try. On top of that both of our phones were supposed to come with adapters but none of them had them in the box and he had opened the box. Unhelpful and where did the adapters go???

They just wanted to sell my stuff,but no help at all!I went in 4/4/18 to ask a question about data roaming,and my plan is simple choice north America,the guy told me that my plan didnt work at the country I was going to!He said I had to buy a sim card from local country!It was so ridiculous,the employee did not know his job at all!I looked up their website,it was saying data unlimited !I found out he just want ed me to switch to another plan which was no help at all,additional $40!!!!!!!!!!!for each line !I am in a family plan which is 4 lines!

I had an update pushed out to my phone the week I was on call for work that messed up my notifications for incoming text. I was so distressed that I drove to the T-Mobile store to see if there was a fix. The employee greeted me at the door as I was walking in. There was no perfect solution but she gave me a work around that would wake me up in the middle of the night when an emergencie call came in. She didnt do it because she was going to get a commission but because she really cared. Much appreciated!

All the employees are incompetent. They have no sales skills whatsoever to persuade their customers, and instead they will give you wrong information, and argue with you to prove their point. Specially, the Asian looking guy who is worse than all of them. And btw.. I do my researches before I walk into similar establishments.I wonder how much revenue these employees cost to their employees, just because of their ego, or you might say incompetency?

These were perhaps the rudest group of women I have met in a long time. Not only were they unhelpful in diagnosing a phone that was stuck in a boot loop after doing an update on the T-Mobile software, they went on to say that I broke the phone. Then when they asked me what I wanted to do, I said I wanted my phone to work again. They launched into a bit about how I had no insurance so it was a new phone or nothing, and that this isnt T-mobiles fault. (Its a 3 year old phone - so I take good care of them and havent found the need for insurance.) My husband said he thought that was bullshit, and that it was a t-mobile issue since it coincided with a software update, and asked if there was a number he could call other than 611 to speak to someone in legal . At that point they said since he had said the word legal they couldnt speak with him anymore. One employee said Whats their problem, it isnt our fault. At which point my husband said he thought it WAS T-mobiles fault since it was a t-mobile software update that rendered the phone useless. With that one of the girls told him he had to leave the store and never come back. You can be darn sure I wont be replacing this phone with anything from T-Mobile. Verizon here I come!

I didnt get what i had hoped but them just fighting for me i woulda paid the mistaken bill but they saved me a few bucks as well. Everyone seemed willing to help and knowledgeable.

I came in store 3/25/18 for a warranty replacement I was told that it would be here by Friday well t mobile sent me a message from their 456 number telling me that the order has been processed. After that they send me another message telling me that the order has been back ordered, and they would text me again when it ships. Now it is 3/31/18 no phone no update on the phone. I call the 1800 number and they inform me the phone isnt back ordered and it has been delivered but not to my address but another address in the area. I have my husband call this store location to verify it was there and it was SINCE 3/27/18 THAT IS FOYR DAYS AGO! FOUR DAYS AGO AND NOBODY CALLED TO INFORM ME THAT MY REPLACEMENT PHONE HAD ARRIVED! So I inform the representative on the phone that it is at the Covington store she asks for permission to call them and verify and THEN proceeds to VOID IT OUT even after I told her it was at this location, now I have to wait LONGER for a replacement phone because they messed up and they offer no loner and I have been without a phone for over a week. No credits refuse to do anything to fix the situation. I will be switching to another phone company because of this. Three years with this company and they dont value you or make THIER wrongs right!!

They always send us to Jamba Juice to use the restroom because after all this time they STILL dont have thier OWN, its annoying going next door because they dont have to let us use thier restrooms AND sometimes they dont. T-Mobile needs thier OWN RESTROOMS its not professional to rely on a separate business to take care of us. So one star it is.
