I was visiting Corpus Christi with my husband and two small granddaughters. On the way down from Houston we heard a strange noise in the vicinity of the left rear tire. We were blessed to see Love’s Pre-owned Auto right next to our hotel. I drove over and the service manager saw a real problem with our tires. I was able to walk back to the hotel and take my girls to the pool. Within 2 hours they had replaced my rear tires and we were able to drive to the beach and feel secure driving home. Thank you so much. I will definitely keep you in mind for my next vehicle!!!

Major Transmission issues and although they couldn’t help me, they tried hard to locate a transmission for me and jumped through hoops to make me happy on price as well. I’m time constrained and they were honest so was able to make other arrangements. I appreciate the energy and time! I will choose Loves first in the future as their service department has always been great!

Well after my ride broke down. I didn’t think I was going to get a new ride anytime soon but just 2 days after finding loves I got my new ride fast and easy not even an hour and I drove off. The staff there are amazing and easy to talk to. They also understood what I was going through and helped me out. I would recommend them to anyone needing a new ride any day.

Drove 3 hours to the corpus location after setting up an appointment to test drive a vehicle. My appointment was for 12:00pm. I arrived at 11:40am and the truck I was supposed to test drive wasnt ready. Turns out the truck was at the Alice location which would have saved me an hour of travel time had I known. Salesman Diego told me the truck was already loaded onto a trailer and on its way. I was told it would arrive within an hour. An hour and a half later the truck still had not arrived. I decided to walk away after feeling completely disrespected. On my way home I saw the truck I was supposed to drive being driven to the corpus location. What happened to it being on a trailer on its way at 11:40am? I would have rather he left the truck in alice so I could make the deal on my way home but I guess the commission was more important than customer service. The saddest part is that I was already pre-approved to make the purchase. All they had to do was have the truck ready to go. The right truck will come along soon Im sure. One thing is certain. I wont give money to a salesperson that lies just to try to get a sale.UPDATE: I received a nice public apology as you can see below. Im not one to refuse such a thing so I immediately sent an email to customer service as requested. It has been 3 days and I have yet to get a reply. Id like to know the results of the internal investigation into this incident and what management is willing to do to make it right.

My experience with Love was just great. Everyone was wonderful. They were accommodating, friendly and very helpful. They helped at every turn and it could not have been a better experience. That includes every person I came in contact with. Even other customers coming to Love were treated with respect and treated very well. I would recommend love to everyone.

Went in for a tire rotation and the service dept made me aware of a worn tire on the inside. Thank God, that could have been a blowout. The tire prices were very competitive and they had them in stock.

Me and the dealer then proceed to look at the car he then turns on the car just to let me look at it. after I told him I was really interested in it. So I asked him if I can test drive it and he told me that We could not test drive the vehicle that he had to get permission from his boss. once he said this I shook his hand and left. I guess something was wrong with the car because they really didn’t want me to test drive it. they would’ve had my business because I really want that car.

I purchased a vehicle here about 3 years ago. The transaction was 5 stars then, the person who sold me the vehicle went out of her way to make the sale in my opinion. I purchased that extended warranty thing which covers windshield replacement and other things. I specifically asked, do I need to call anyone for services or can it be done here, onsite? This was to the finance person, not the sales person. I was blatantly lied to. I come to now find out, I need to call some other company/use their app. They will set up an appointment to have the repairs done. I wasted time going to the dealer, my insurance company does the same thing this warranty does. I only bought it for the verbally stated convenience that repairs would be done by them, then and there. My fault for not reading the contract I guess. Anyway, I do advise you guys to be more thorough than me. None of these same people work here anymore and absolutely nothing will or can be done.

Went in yesterday spent 7 hours there just for them to keep raising my down payment and changing there story as to why it went from one amount to 3 different amounts. They said the bank approved the 1st amount and we were almost finished to them coming back and saying they wanted more but it was double the first amount and then triple and then after the 7th hour it was the bank decided not to accept the down payment offer even though supposedly the bank was the one that had told them the amounts in the first place. It was a waste of my time and the sales manager was very rude when my husband confronted him on why the amounts kept changing. The only good part about it was the guy we were dealing with he was nice and funny i believe his name was Gary.

Got us in a car but still dont have any paperwork

This place has a No Hold Policy, which they never bother to mention before they make you drive 2 1/2 hrs. for the second time after they assure you that everything has passed. After keeping in contact with the salesman by phone every thirty minutes and texting him pictures of our route showing we are on the way, he never bothered to notify us that there is a chance that the vehicle is being seen by someone else and might be sold. Once we arrived, they received us with a handshake and the first thing I ask is, Do you still have the vehicle? Their answer was, Yes. They made us sit and wait. After 20 minutes of waiting, a gentleman that I had never met before whom identified himself as the Sales Manager walks up to our table and says, We sold the truck........but I have one just the same that we just got and youll love it! I spoke the the Finance Manager in regards to this that has just occurred and her reply is , We have a No Hold Policy. I explained to her that theres is business ethics that should be followed in every business. Her reply was , We have been here for Thirty years. At this moment, I realized that if this business does not need our business, and does not recognize what great customer service and satisfaction means, I definitely do not want to ever do business with them and would not refer anybody that I know to them. I am glad that things happened this way. When a business lies to you, they will continue doing. Thank you for reading this and I hope you make the right decision and can spot the right business ethics necessary for a business to have a great reputation in delivering the customer service and satisfaction that you need. This dealership has the worst customer service. They get you to run your credit the come up the high numbers to get you to feel better about the second set of numbers the give you. Then once u agree u get qualified for yet another set of numbers. How wrong is that? But After some sweet talking and promises to work a deal out. I am given an appointment to sign on a car that i later found out the financing manager was driving for personal use daily. I get there at my appointment time and to my surprise after waiting for 30 minutes they tell me that the car is sold! They then tried to put me in a stinky uncleaned substitute. Omg to say that i was furious is an understatement. Who does business like that! It was just a ridiculous and unprofessional situation all the way around! Beware buyers!

Long story short my credit was ran as a hard check after I said I specifically only wanted a preapproval because I still wanted to shop around and see what the interest rate would be first. I ended up just buying the car because it was an ok price that I could afford, I needed a car already, and mostly because my credit had already been ran. I really think the interest rate could have been less considering I have good credit but everything had already been arranged and printed behind my back. The car was obviously wasn’t recently serviced because by the next day the splash guard was falling off ( even though I had been told that had already been fixed before I left with the car). They even wanted me to take the car before I even made the down payment. I said no because it still needs service. Instead they didn’t even work on it. They didn’t even fix a small damage that was on the fender they promised would be fixed. I contacted dealership immediately when I noticed a scratch on the windshield when I got home along with the engine splash guard falling off. They only fixed the engine splash guard said they couldn’t fix the damaged fender after all and didn’t even bother with the windshield. Within a month I already had to replace the windshield wipers. The car obviously wasn’t inspected before it was handed over to me. They couldn’t even give me a service record. I only have the car fax report to go by that I looked up on my own prior to the purchase. Fortunately, it’s only a Honda....I ended up canceling the warranty I bought from them after reading the fine print, talking to others, and ultimately my lack of trust in this dealership.

Went in to look at a RAV4. I worked with Victoria and Margaret, they were very helpful and friendly. They worked with me on the price of their vehicle as well as giving me the most for my trade-in. I never felt pushed or pressured in to anything. Would buy from them again.

SKIP.THIS.ONE. Outrageously terrible service, extremely pushy salesmen, horrendously overpriced vehicles, and embarrassingly low offers on trade-ins for your vehicle if you are indeed trading in. This place fits the bill for those stereotypical dealerships you hear about. Please everyone, do yourself and your finances a favor and shop around for the right deal and work with a dealership willing to work with you to get you in a financial situation youre comfortable with. I guarantee the vehicle you like from here will be 2-3k less down the road.

Shady, pushy and liars. They sell junk. Failed to tell me Ford was being sued over this model (2014 Focus) because of transmission problems. Recently, I contacted them online to schedule an oil change. I never heard back from them. It doesnt matter now because after owning this car for only 11 months, I traded it in at Auto Nation. Love may have some good reviews but take note of all the bad reviews. Go to Auto Nation. They know how to treat a buyer. Most relaxed sell ever and so helpful and they work to get you the best deal.

Worst customer service ever! After telling sales person that the payment was not something we could afford they kept pushing it! Kept bringing out other guys to talk to us which were just as bad as the first one. When we told them again we cant afford the payment Victor asked us what are you doing here then? Who even asks that? Im not going into debt because you want your commission....will forever tell people about this horrible experience! Victor could use a mint as well!

And I have done business with several dealerships. Never had that kind of treatment from any of the previous dealerships I have dealt with. They had me waiting and waiting just to tell me they couldn’t work with me. They could not even meet me 1/2 ways on my payment options and my down payment options. But yet they were offering me another vehicle and for that vehicle they could work with me. They just wanted to sell me what they wanted to sell me not what I really wanted. Terrible, terrible, terrible, if you want good service and a dealership that will treat you like a real customer DON’T GO THERE you’ll be wasting your time.

Worst dealership I have been to. You thunk they want to sell cars. Went in and founded a truck told him I was interested they tried running my credit before I was committed. I wanted to know if they would go down on price and what my trade in would be. After I asked they took my keys while I sat there for over an hour with No follow up or what was going on while my salesperson sat in his doing nothing. NO CUSTOMER SERVICE I dont recommend this place. By the way did I mention I drove a 150 miles to go to this dealership not and in experience.

I WOULDN’T RECOMMEND LOVE ON SPID TO ANYONE. I WAITED TO WRITE THIS REVIEW AS I BELIEVE EVERYONE GETS A SECOND CHANCE. CHANCE #1: GOING INTO THE DEALERSHIP WE WERE WELCOME BY A SWEET OLDER WOMAN. I TOLD HER WHAT I WANTED AND SHE TOOK ME FOR A TEST DRIVE. UPON GETTING BACK TO THE DEALERSHIP (SHE ALREADY HAD ME SOLD) SHE WAS CALLED INTO THE OFFICE BY THE OWNERS SON (I DID NOT KNOW THAT AT THE TIME UNTIL I ASKED THE FRONT DESK GIRL) HE WAS SCREAMING AT THE TOP OF HIS LUNGS AT HER, NO EXAGGERATION, RECEPTIONIST HAD TO GET UP AND CLOSE THE DOOR. HE THEN SENT THE WOMAN HOME (WHILE I’M SITTING AT THE TABLE WAITING FOR HER TO COME BACK). A NEW ADVISOR CAME AND SAT WITH ME AND TOLD HIM THAT THE MANAGER SHOULD NOT ADDRESS HIS EMPLOYEES IN THAT MANNER AND I WASN’T LOOKING TO DO BUSINESS WITH THEM ANY LONGER. HE SPOKE TO ME AND CALMED ME DOWN AND WE WERE READY TO CLOSE. THE FINANCE ADVISOR CAME AND SPOKE TO ME I TOLD HIM I WAS ALREADY GOING WITH NAVY FEDERAL AND WOULD GET IT APPROVED ON MY OWN. HE THEN ASKED IF HE COULD RUN IT AGAINST ONE OF THEIR BANKS TO SEE IF HE COULD GET IT LOWER THAN NAVY FEDERAL. LONG STORY SHORT HE RAN IT WITH 3 DIFFERENT BANKS NOT ONE BEING NAVY FEDERAL. I HAD ENOUGH AND TOLD THEM TO KEEP THEIR VEHICLE. CHANCE #2 (SERVICE DEPARTMENT) MY VEHICLE BEGAN HONKING AND GOING CRAZY ON ITS OWN. I EXPLAINED WHEN I CALLED THAT IT ONLY DOES SO AFTER LUNCH WHEN I HAVE BEEN DRIVING IT FOR MOST OF THE MORNING. I TOLD HIM THAT IT WOULD HAVE TO BE DRIVEN TO MAKE IT ACT UP. I SPOKE TO JOHN AND HE WAS VERY UNDERSTANDING AND TOLD ME THEY WOULD DRIVE IT AND SEE IF THEY COULD GET IT TO DO THE SAME. THEY HAD MY VEHICLE FOR 1 WEEK AND COULD NOT GET IT TO GO CRAZY TO CHECK IT (OK NOT THEIR FAULT THEY TRIED RIGHT) SO UPON PICKING IT UP I FOUND THAT THERE HAD ONLY BEEN 1 MILE PLACED ON MY JEEP. IN 1 FULL WEEK ONLY 1 MILE HAD BEEN DRIVEN ON IT!!!!! HE SAID THEY TURNED THE VEHICLE ON AND LET IT RUN TO SIMULATE DRIVING IT. HOWEVER, I HAD ALREADY TOLD HIM THAT I CAN DRIVE IT ALL MORNING AND IT WOULD NOT DO IT UNTIL AFTER A MORNING OF DRIVING IT. SO HOW DOES THAT HELP? HE THEN TOLD ME HE HAD BEEN DOING HIS JOB FOR 10 YEARS AND I TOLD HIM I HAD HAD THE SAME ISSUE WITH MY JEEP FOR A WEEK AND KNEW WHEN IT DID IT. HIS RESPONSE A WEEK LATER WAS HE COULDNT HAVE SOMEONE OUT DRIVING MY VEHICLE TO FIGURE OUT WHAT IS WRONG WITH IT. IF THAT WAS THE CASE WHY NOT TELL ME THAT WHEN I CALLED A WEEK AGO! I BELIEVE LOVE AND I COULD HAVE COME UP WITH AN ARRANGEMENT TO GET MY ISSUE FIXED, I COULD HAVE DRIVEN IT ALL MORNING AND BROUGHT IT BACK SO THE ISSUE COULD GET FIXED AFTER ALL MY JEEP IS HONKING, LIGHTS ARE FLASHING, WINDSHIELD WIPERS ARE GOING OFF, AND IT IS SHOOTING OUT WINDSHIELD WIPER FLUID WHILE IM DRIVING. AS UNSAFE AS THAT IS YOU WOULD THINK THEY WOULD WORK WITH ME, BUT NO. THEY KEPT IT FOR A WEEK AND SAID ALL THEY COULD DO WAS KEEP TURNING IT ON IN BETWEEN VEHICLES AND LET IT RUN UNTIL IT DID IT.STAY AWAY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP… TOO MANY TO CHOSE FROM TO GIVE BUSINESS TO A COMPANY THAT RUNS THIS WAY. I MEAN THE OWNER’S SON WAS SCREAMING SO LOUD YOU COULD HEAR HIM IN THE LOBBY WITH HIS DOOR CLOSED AND THE CAR SALESWOMAN WENT HOME EMBARRASSED AND SHAKEN UP BUT IN THE WORDS OF THE WORKERS THERE, “THERE IS NOTHING THAT CAN BE DONE, HE IS THE BOSS.” THEN THEY WONT EVEN WORK WITH YOU WHEN YOUR VEHICLE IS A ROAD HAZARD! SAD!
