This was one of the worst experiences I have ever had with a car dealership ( Jeremy) was my sales man with his section manager. They had me drive all way from San Antonio back and forth two times. I didn’t find the car ready the first time and we had to switch to another car and after signing all the documents, they told me the second car had one key, uncleaned and they don’t put in gas in the car and even after talking to my sales, he told me didn’t care about the reviews so you all have to be very careful when dealing with them!

Said that Monday they would do the papers. They call Monday she was approved. She said yes I will drive tomorrow to pick up the car. I just left dealer ship tonight empty handed...two days and a few hrs waisted the sales men Ricky was very polite but i came in tuesday night was very interested in a 2011 Honda Crosstour gave sometime to tbink it over.i returned tonight wednesday and made offer 3000 down 275 mnth we both agreed on offer .Salesman Ricky said i had first dibs first choice on car but there was another lady interested as well hwo was looking at car.when i agreed i wanted the car and deal was great .He started to prepare papperwork and explain how the insurence works .Then he walk away for a moment came back to me and said car was sold and they gave it to lady hwo walked in after me!I made deal first!This was very disapointing and very bad bussiness!Not proffesional at all!I will never recomend this place and will not ever purchase a car from them!

Do not put your social # down until you are sure you will purchase whichever vehicle your looking atTrying to increase my credit here and i see when I visited they had asked for my social and i was like i havent even chosen a car or truck chill and they pushed for it i was like ok just dont run my credit yet not even sure if i was purchasing something ......Sure enough hard credit check by ed hicks is in my credit karma .... really guys i told you noooo credit check now! I sold cars and pushing people is not how you do it! Now im here fixing my credit and yall made it ever more difficult
