We knew what car we wanted and looked at four on Saturday. We had bad experiences at all but Access Ford. We inquired and was assured the car was available to see. When we arrived Devina our sales lady had the car upfront and ready to present. We looked over , drove and made a fair offer, which was accepted. Closed all paperwork while car was having a quick detail. All done in and out in less than three hours. Divina was definitely working on our behalf and she did a fantastic job!

Was treated very nice, shown what I was looking for, Luke P. was dressed professionally and showed the car and new it’s features of the Explorer ST vs Platinum Explorer and was able to work with Mr. Gonzales in Finance and was able to better the deal I had from a nearby dealer. My car has been in “service” here since August 16 2021 for repairs, and i didn’t get it back until September 23rd. After I had picked it up in September the problem was not fixed, it was still smoking, AFTER PAYING $2,000, and my car was returned the same day. Now, November 2nd the service advisors say my car will be ready to pick up, ONLY to get called back to say THEY ORDERED THE WRONG PART. after saying the job was completed. I would rather get my car picked up and fixed somewhere else, this place has taken far too long and lied way too much to me.

I took my wifes car in for an oil change yesterday morning, and I couldnt have been happier with the service I received. First of all, no appointment necessary. I also appreciated the rapid response when I arrived. A little over an hour later I was back in the car heading to the city. They gave me a report on all that they checked. Access Ford Service department, As a business owner its important to know our trucks are taken cared for quickly and efficiently. I normally dont go the dealership for oil changes and services but dealing with Roy in the service department has been a pleasure and gives me a comfort level that I am getting the best deal for my truck. Roy is very knowledgeable and gets it done fast and I have had two items come up on my truck that Access took care off and I dint have to worry. Sales staff were the same I bought 2 new trucks and they remember me by my first name and treat me like a friend.

If I could give no stars I would. I recently moved into the area and I brought my car in for an oil change, they gave me an approximate wait time of 1 to 1.5 hours, I told them I would wait for it. Apparently, they realized after they drained the old oil that they didnt have the new oil to replace it. Now I still sitting over 2 hours later still waiting on them to get the oil for my car! They never bothered to notify me what was happening. After sitting here past the expected finish time waiting, I had to go ask them about the status of my car only to be told they were waiting on oil. Totally incompetent!!! Never Again, my car will NOT be coming back here.3 hours later they are finally putting the oil in my car!!

SELLER BEWARE!!!!!!. Sold vehicle to Access Ford on May 17th. The vehicle had a loan through GM. Was told I would receive a check for the equity in 2 to 3 days. Waited 7 days with no word. Called and was told it would be sent out at the end of the week. Called 11 days in and told it would be next week. They have to wait for approval from home office to send my check. I told the salesman that this is not what I was told. This is unacceptable. Had I have known I would have this much trouble getting my money, I would not have sold them my vehicle to Access Ford. Just send me my money and I promise I will not do business with Access Ford again. Made several phone calls to talk to a manager forwarded to voice mail. Still waiting on my money. Update. Check arrived on June 18th at 4:40 pm. 33 days after I signed the paperwork. Would not recommend doung business with Access Ford or any other dealership owned by Lithia Auto Group. Typical car dealer.

We set an appointment late on a Saturday afternoon to test drive a Corsair.Our Salesperson, Luke, was great. He was very knowledgeable about the car that we came to see. However, the service department failed. Even though we set an appointment and a LATE appointment, the car that I had already selected BEFORE I showed up, it had to have the battery replaced(!). That process delayed the detail cleaning. I would think that if someone was already interested and possibly going to buy a particular vehicle, it should have already been checked over and thoroughly detailed prior to our arrival! At least it should have been ready by the time we went through all of the paperwork process. We waited until after 7:00pm! Our appointment was at 2:30pm!! Luke did everything he could possibly do except replace the battery and detail himself! He did actually continue to spot check after the detailer finally finished. Very disappointed.

We are from out of state working in Falfurrias for a short time. My wife called for an oil change, and got a call back the next day; however, she took her chance and just showed up at the dealership. She received the call while she was in the lobby. The Lincoln Concierge came out and met with her personally. My wife said everyone was very professional and accommodating toward her. Last Wednesday I woke up and thought I was going to clean house. But first I wanted to see what I won at the Access Ford dealership. I got a flyer in the mail the week before and I won something. Turns out I only won a smart watch. Though I wasnt looking to trade my baby in, I only had $2,450 left to pay it off and I would have been out from under car payments! My dream! No bills ... and then I met Adam Saldana. Adam is a good guy, not a hard sell type of salesman. We were talking and I told him I wasnt even thinking about trading in my little red car but I did see the Eco-Sport and I wanted to learn more about it. Next thing you know, Im signing papers and I now own an Eco-Sport. Its been a week since I got my new car, Clarita, and I like it. The ride is smooth. I get about 26 miles to the gallon. Bad news about that is its only a 10 gallon tank. My Fiesta was a 12 gallon tank and that makes a big difference. One of the things I noticed is once it hits the 1/4 tank mark it literally only has about 50 miles before its on empty. My Fiesta would hit 1/4 mark and I could get close to 100 miles before hitting E. The brakes are kind of mushy so you have to be very careful. It is a small SUV but it still has heft and so the forward momentum mean you cant stop on a dime. In getting used to this vehicle I ended up nearly in the middle of the intersection before the vehicle came to a complete stop. I still like it but there are issues with it. I like Access Ford and I like the way they worked with me and my lousy credit and kept me close to what I was paying for my Fiesta. I miss my Fiesta because it could stop on a dime, it had great zoom and it was much better on gas. Ill get used to this one but next time, Im going to do a lot more homework before I sign paperwork.

Horrible experience ordered parts which I did not end up needing. Took them back was going to be charged a restocking fee which was absolutely fine. However by credit card was charged again not credited. Called said they had seen the mistake and had credited my card and looking at my account today they put back the amount for the parts but didn’t put back for the extra charge they took out !!!!! So not only did they keep my money they have the parts as well !!!!

I had been looking for a slightly used 2015 F250 Lariat Ultimate truck from Florida all over the U.S as well as wanting to trade in my V.W Golf I no longer needed. Access Ford of Corpus Christi was the only dealer I called out of state that took me seriously. Others didnt want to discuss trade in or even financing over the phone. I drove 1,800 miles because they had exactly what I was looking for on their lot for a few months at a great price. Talking with all the finance guys/gals and salesmen over the phone was an easy experience. They hesitated to release personal information over the phone before I left which I respect but after a short explanation to the General Manager they told me everything and It was the same when I arrived. They even got me a 1% lower interest rate than what I had agreed to once I got there! Everything was correct and they had a temp tag already with my name ready to drive back to Florida. I told them I know what Im buying and I know what the truck is already just write it up and if its not damaged Im taking it back. We arrived on a Saturday at 11AM and left at 1pm. If Im in the market again Ill be looking here. Truck was bought in June 2016 and its December 2016 and Im still more than happy with the purchase.

I bought a very clean F150 8 years ago here. I was treated great. I will be looking for a used truck again soon and I hope to deal with Access Ford again.

Brought it in for brakes and to check out camera. Brought it back several times, had my truck for over a week for what they said would be a, simple fix. Forgot to hook up my E-Brake, Camera wasnt fixed the first time, brought it back again, said they had to get engineering on it, than order another part from their warehouse. Not impressed.

I live in San Antonio, and he even offered to deliver the vehicle to me. I decided to pick up the truck at the dealership, and it was parked in front ready to go when I arrived. All the paperwork for financing was ready, and I spent less than a hour at the dealership. This is the way to buy a truck. I will be back to buy my next vehicle soon.
