Jessica Trevino was very helpful in helping us find an automobile for our son. We told her our situation in trading in a KIA Soul whose engine needed replaced. She showed us a used 2019 Optima first. It wasnt what we were looking for. She took us to the new cars that came in and our son feel in love with the KIA Forte GT. Jessica helped get the ball rolling for us to qualify in getting the Forte. She explained everything in detail and was.very knowledgeable in the cars. We ended up getting the car but had to come back the next day. She got the car inspected and even got the car windows tinted so we didnt have to come back at a later date. Things went fairly smoothly with Q and Mike Shaw KIA. Everyone was super friendly and tentative. Our time there was not as long as some of the others have been.We will be going home with a new used truck and we are happy.My ever only complaint with any Car dealership would be, I tell you what I have and what I can afford and a sales person still tries to get me to pay more, much more, than I just stated. Process could be so much less stressful without the needless dickering, and having to spend several empty hours of being made to wait as if that is going to make you change your mind positively, mostly I believe it is a negative thing.

2021 Kia Rio couple of days ago. Carlos was a great salesman and got me squared away. The finance people explained things thoroughly and I wasnt there very long. Carlos delivered my vehicle 85 miles away from Corpus. Havent used the maintenance people yet but I went to Corpus today and when I got through filling up with gas my key would not start the car. I called the dealership as it was still open and they connected me with a fellow who told me how to fix the problem. Something to do with the steering wheel lock and you push the wheel to the left while youre trying to turn the key. Very helpful gentlemen I was on my way in seconds.

We purchased a Kia K5 and we couldn’t believe when We opened the trunk few days later …when we took more time to realize that it didn’t have a trunk mat…wow We wondered what else was taken out because it didn’t have nothing in middle console either and its brand new freaking car!!…all we did was take our honest business to them from 100 plus miles away…and then we emailed them back to inform them of what we realized and would like to have the mat and middle tray and whatever else was taken from console mailed to us.. we never got any feedback …we know now to check everything wherever our next purchases are!!

Update: Money refunded.Attempted to purchase vehicle. Found a small suv that both my wife and I liked. Initial experience was great. Sales agent informed us they has just received the vehicle and it had to go through their shop to be inspected and crack on the windshield had to be repaired.Two weeks later, NO VEHICLE and NO WORD from the dealership. Called several times and no response. They withdrew a down payment from my account on the agreement of purchasing said vehicle.Arrived in person to ask what is going on and found vehicle was no where on site. The vehicle was sold wholesale.Attempting to get my money back. Until then I am out my down payment and no vehicle!

We had a bad experience with our first time when we bought a used car from them. When the kia carnival came out we decided to give them another shot. Ruben Fuentes was our sales person and we told him exactly what we wanted and how much we could afford. He immediately worked out a deal and did his very best to get us close to the price we wanted and we were very satisfied with it. I had very unpleasant experience here. When I called them to make an appointment for simple state inspection and oil change, the guy told me to wait another 3 days. So I made an appointment on the available at 2 pm.I checked in at 2 pm, but I got out of there at 4:23pm. I think the Kia staffs do not respect customers valuable time.When I finally asked the staff at 3:30, he said it was almost done and started to tell me what my car needs for repair, then I heard that my car was not done with state inspection until 4 pm.I was very frustrated that I had to keep asking after I heard it was almost done several times.I might not want to go back for any auto service.

I was very disappointed in the service department. I’ve been having issues with my headlights being very dim. Seems to be a safety hazard. This dealership tried to tell me it was my alternator. I just replaced the alternator, I know that’s not the issue. Besides, if my alternator were bad, wouldn’t I be having other issues? I can google and read a ton of reviews of people having the same issue with their headlights. Kia even issued an extended warranty on them. It’s the reflective chrome inside the light that is bad but they wouldn’t even check that. 🤨

Went for an oil change. The service person greeted me very cordially and professionally. Looked up my appointment and politely mentioned to make make myself comfortable and help myself to water, coffee or snacks on the house. Be done in about an hour to an hour and a half. WiFi was available if I wanted to use it. I was very satisfied with the service provided.

The dealership, knowing it was a first car being purchased for our son didnt take any time to explain features to any of us. Or explain the lack of a spare tire. No jack, etc. Things that are very important for any vehicle let alone a first car. They were impersonal and not friendly at all. And that was after dealing with 3 different sales people. Not impressed at all. Wouldnt recommend them to anyone in the future.

After 2 months of my vehicle in the shop I was glad my engine was replaced but I am very upset how I got my car back. The battery died the next day, there was a cigarette bud in the air intake system. There were oil finger prints on the inside of my car, used lotto tickets, and my nephews booster seat was full of dirt.

Brandon, in service dept., was very helpful, friendly & considerate! I would recommend this Kia service dept. to anyone needing repairs on their Kia. Only thing I would recommend for them, is to have a loaner car. The shuttle service was ok, the driver extremely nice....but I would have preferred a loaner!

Had my engine water locked after flood. Insurance was a nightmare, the service was a month behind schedule. The only reason I leave a 3 star is due to EJ being as communicative as he was regarding situation. But seriously reconsidering different dealership for next purchase due to service department not meeting expected completion time by not just days a month and a half without my vehicle is bit ridiculous when insurance and car note are paid regularly.

First time car buyer and even though i love my car, the salesmen and staff here are very un organized/untrustworthy. They will lie to you just to sell a car. Took 3 days to tint windows and put floor mats in. When i arrived niether was done i had to take it to someone in San Antonio to get my windows tinted. Made buying a car very hard and a horrible first time experience.

Recall work was done, but no one told me that this was supposed to just be a consultation to determine what parts are needed. Ummm…it is a standard Kia Sorento…you don’t know what parts would be needed for a recall? I scheduled about ten days in advance! Also, I was told one hour, and it was almost three hours. This is why I don’t take it to the dealership!

My wife and I haven’t purchased a vehicle in Corpus Christi for over 11 yrs because of the added “Corpus Christi tax” almost all dealerships slap on. We went in to look, possibly test drive and came out with a brand new vehicle. Sales rep approached us almost immediately (not lot lizard like but gave us time to look and see). They paid off our vehicle with positive equity to put towards the new purchase (you will almost never find that here in CC!). The whole transaction went as smooth as can be from beginning to end. Recently had my 2016 Kia Soul in the shop for overheating, they replaced thermostat and water pump. My car was there for 12 days, got it out Saturday July 17th drove it for 3 miles and the temperature gauge was almost to the red! After spending$1,200 I would expect better service. Very unhappy!
