I just bought a new truck from them over the weekend. I have the say the buying process was not smooth at all. They do not have up front pricing. They have a 5k package they seem to add on to every new truck/car that is not listed online. My guess its just to take what ever extra money they can. The good thing I would have to say is they did offer over KBB for my trade. The truck I saw online that was confirmed to be there was suddenly missing when I showed up. Tried to show me a truck that was 10k more. They ended up finding it after an hour or two. The truck ended up being a service loaner which I was fine with. Keys were stuck in the service dept and I would have the truck on Monday which was no issue. Come Monday the service dept loaned the truck out that I already bought. I was finally able to get it Monday night. It was unwashed did not look to be detailed. It still looked new on the inside but a quick wash and detail would be been nice. I have bought / helped friends buy close to 24 vehicles over the last 10 years. This is the only dealership I have seen to try and force on added packages. Overall I got a good deal on the truck. I just wish pricing was better disclosed and the buying process was smoother.

So this lovely human decided to 1st attempt to lie about the truck not having the antenna and molding. Then went on to say it was “missing” and now three weeks latter is no longer returning my calls/text. Let me explain something this was a CASH deal. He literally did NOTHING but answer the phone to get this sale. Sebastian the salesman and the used car manager have decided to not return my calls. I know how “sweet” of them to take full advantage of an easy sell and then attempt to “steal” via lies and none returned calls the parts that should have been on there to begin with. I’ve now called parts and was told that that’s a Ford part so he has no clue what’s going on. LOVELY little group of people.Update:- after 7 phones calls and being transferred all over the place I finally made it to sale manager that has agreed to send both parts! And apologize for the over all service! So although there phone system is a joke and the salesman was less then par the issue was corrected!

I was just at the dealership to trade in my Truck. I am a 100% Disabled Veteran. I pulled up to the lot and could not park anywhere near the handicap parking. They have cars on display in all the handicap spots. Every one of them. I asked to speak to a manager and a man came out and said that that is how they do it there. If a car is sold they store it in the handicap spots until the customer moves it. This is very bad for folks like myself as I have to unload my wheel chair and it takes space. I belive they just do not care about how inconvenient this is if you have mobility issues.

I am still waiting for us to proceed with the solution and I will definitely follow up once this has happened.Update- Since we came up with a solution I have not been updated or given a date to correct the issues after all. Bought a jeep there but the service bites. No price discount if any, forced oil change every 6 months, though very low mileage or oil discoloration. Done that for 3 yrs. Now that I needed service was told by some lady that the wait time was 2wks to a month

Beware of Lithias deceptive advertising. Their website listed $35k as the sales price for a Dodge Ram 1500 I was looking at. However, they refused to sell it for less than $41.8k (plus tax, title, and license). They claimed their online price did not account for $6k in dealer-added accessories, which sounded like it was worth well under $6k based on their description. At one point they said they would honor the online price, then backed off and said they would lose money if they did so.They wasted enough of my time and it seems like a clear enough violation of Texas Vehicle Advertising laws that I intend to contact the DMV.
