Walked in after getting a sub next door and they took care of me right away. My contacts were ready only about a week after my visit. Everything was ok until this point. I also ordered eyeglasses and they said itd take 2 or 3 weeks to be ready. 6 weeks passed and nothing, not a phone call to let me know what was going on. At week 7 I called the store and apparently they said they left me a voicemail to pickup my glasses weeks ago, but the only message from them was to pickup my contacts(I keep record of all my voicemails with google voice). I told them I didnt want the glasses anymore after 7 weeks of waiting and havent received a refund yet.

This is literally the worst place to ever go to.i wouldn’t recommend this location to anyone. the workers are rude and don’t care about you. they only want your money. The customer service is trash as well. During your exam they don’t even care to explain anything to you. They spend most of their time at the desk relaxing and chatting. I ordered contacts and it’s been over two months, I have yet to receive them.

We have been going to Dr Goberville for about ten years. A couple of years ago, we did have an issue with one employee and reported it to the ladies at the front desk who apologized profusely. When we came back a couple of weeks later to pick up my glasses, he had been let go. Otherwise, I’ve no complaints.When there was a mixup with my new insurance, the ladies at the front desk made multiple calls and sat on hold forever to get the issue cleared up. Even though it wasn’t their problem, they did everything they could so I wouldn’t have to reschedule my appointment.

Please save your time and money don’t waste your time coming to this location. The doctor is unprofessional aside from his front desk , he doesn’t care to the right thing. I order lenses not even glasses here and they all of sudden disappeared. It makes no sense and everyone giving you a run around. The doctor promise and can’t deliver and this experience I will recommend this place to a dog and they are loyal.Mrs Jimenez

Awful patient care and extremely unprofessional! I had a 9 am appt. for my THIRD contact lens fitting; after waiting an hour to be seen, The doctor (Goberville) never even showed up! He was giving direction to the third party over the phone to give me new contacts to try without even speaking with me or listening to my concerns. Unacceptable.I DO NOT RECOMMEND-HORRIBLE PATIENT CARE!!!Staff wonderful, Physician-ZERO PROFESSIONALISM.

The worst service I’ve ever had in memory, extremely unfriendly and unprofessional personnel. My wife and I went for our appointment and spent 4 hours at the store between the check up and choosing the overpriced glasses. When I asked when our glasses would be ready I was told 2-3 weeks, After 4 weeks I went to the store because it was impossible to get through on the phone. As I approached the counter I was greeted with the same unprofessional attitude as in my last visit and was told that my glasses would be ready sometime at the end of the month. Of course they have my money since day one. Despicable ‼️

Please listen to all the reviews this place is a SCAM. Just as many of the most recent reviews this place is a scam and upcharge. I went in to do a routine check up i let them know l would like to purchase glasses but would like to have an exam for both glasses and lenses. I should have realized something was wrong when I got to the front desk and was told my insurance only covers half the exam and was asked to pay $125 to cover the lenses part. I looked around at some glasses and didnt find anything I liked so I asked for me prescription and left. Found a pair of glasses I really loved from lense crafting and when trying to use my insurance I was told I had already used my allowance at eye site vision center which was a complete lie. I called my insurance to see what they could do and they advised me eyesite vision center had put my allowance on a hold and I would have to call them to have them released. I called and the lady at the front desk had such a nasty attitude and told me there was absolutely nothing they could do for me and and it was all the fault of my insurance. I once again called my insurance was told by a different representative the same exact thing the last one had said eyesite vision center has my allowance on hold from the day of my visit and they would be the only ones who can release it. I explained to her I had already called the clinic and they refused. The wonder rep called eyesite vision center while I was on the phone and was on hold for about 22 minutes . When the insurance rep returned to the line she explained that she had to speak to the doctor to get the allowance released and shes never dealt with a more rude receptionist and doctor . The clinic put my allowance on hold apparently until I decided what contact lenses I wanted when I specifically told them I was interested in glasses. I was also told by the rep that my visit was completely covered and I should have never paid that 125 and was lied to by this clinic. Save your time save your money in the end I learned the prescription they had also given me was wrong and had to get retested.

I loved Dr. OConnor. He was very thorough and kind and gentle. I just know I will have the right prescription.The lady who helped me with the frames was the nicest and smartest lady. She taught me a lot about. my eyes and she acted like I was the only patient she had all day . She helped me so much.Although the prices were pretty high, they worked with me until I had an affordable price.I love my frames and cant wait to pick up my glasses so I can see again! I will definitely go back there next year and recommend them to my friends and family.. Thanks for a phenomenal experience!

I needed to get a new pair of glasses, since my old pair were broken and, for the most part, I wear contact lenses.I already had a prescription in hand, however, that did not stop the staff from giving me excellent service. I was treated very nicely, was not ignored even - even though I was only coming to pick out glasses and not going for full exam, etc.The staff that I met were friendly, knowledgeable and very patient.Amira, Sheila and Lizzy were top notch, and they all made me feel like I was one of their regular customers who has been coming there for years even though it was my first time.The selection of glasses was excellent and the time that the optometrist spent with me was most impressive.I would highly recommend this establishment for anyone who is looking to get glasses or contact lenses from people who really excel in all facets of the business.I look forward to coming back for other frames in the future.Thanks again

If I could leave zero stars or negative stars I would!! These people are crooks!! Absolutely the most unprofessional company I have ever done business with. They are trying to steal over $500 dollars from me and have already cost me 5 months of my vision. They do NOTHING THEY SAY WILL DO EVER!! Mistake after mistake. Lie after lie.. Some mysterious lady Ms. Love is the only one that can make a decision and she has avoided over a dozen phone calls.. Every day for a week??!! NEVER LET THESE PEOPLE NEAR YOUR EYES!! Poor service. The physician exam my eyes with a bright that was so strong that I had eye pain for days. Then it has taken almost a month to get my contact lens order. I could wait so I told the front desk staff to cancel my order and refund my money back on my credit card and I keep getting the run around. I had bad experience with this same office when my children was young. This office has not changed. I definitely would not recommend this office to any of my friends and I will NOT RETURN TO THIS AGAIN.

Very poor communication, they charged extra for a service I didn’t ask for. They were rude, unprofessional and in a rush to leave, except the front desk lady and the nurse were nice and polite.They take forever to get you in, and when they do the bad attitude you get there is just horrific. Don’t waste your money just avoid this place at all costs !!!

Horrible service and dishonest. Ordered glasses and specifically asked how long it would take which they said 2 weeks. 5 weeks later still have not received them and they give a different lie every time I ask. Yet they still tell every new customer that it will take 2 weeks for new glasses knowing that they cant deliver in that time frame. Doctor hid in his office and refused to address the situation or provide a refund.

On September 3 I went to have the annual eye exam at the eye site vision center, I bought a frame, then they called me at two weeks to remove the lenses, when I put them on I realized that I did not see clearly, the lady told me that I should have used them for at least a week so that my brain adapts (within my mind because my brain must adapt if I already wear glasses and if they adjust the formula I should see much better), I used them for a full day and I did not resist that it gave me pain head and did not see well, the next day I returned them and they made me an appointment for a week later, again the doctor checked me and told me that there was nothing wrong with the formula that he indicated and possibly the lenses did them wrong, anddoctor was going to send the glasses again, ok very well lets wait, two days later they call me again and they tell me that I must go for another exam, I went and another doctor (the owner) attended me, makes me the exam again and he tells me that the lenses are good, he began to bend the frame according to fit, however he did not see well, he told me to use them 10 dis for my brain to adapt, I told him I will use them tomorrow all day, if not I see them well, I did so, I used them all day, I had a headache, I vomited, that same afternoon I returned them to the store, and I told Miss Sheila, I want my money back because the lenses are not right, she tells me that they would charge me 40% restocking fee, I told her it is not fair because you did the wrong glasses, I fulfilled coming 5 times and did not correct the error , I proceeded to cancel the payment, sent me to make other lenses in my eye lab, and everything perfect as it should be. Today 10/14/2019 another doctor calls me telling me that if I already had the exam in the other store, I took the formula and they made me some glasses with that formula, I said no thanks, I already bought other lenses and I do not want to have Nothing to do with you. by the way, the two doctors of Eye site vision center gave me different results in the formula of the glasses, very bad service, do not go to this place

First, let me begin by saying that I work in healthcare and understand some of the tricks that providers play to maximize profit without keeping the customer in mind.We visit for contact lenses exam. Prior to my daughters visit, I verified my benefits. After the visit, we proceeded to pay was told that there was an additional charge due to custom fit due to Astigmatism. I paid the amount without complaining as I knew this prior to my visit, however this didn’t include my visit amount. So basically, the up-charge the fitting and put you in lenses that are not part of insurance formulary was to validate the excessive amount. We went back for the follow-up and told the Technician that I wanted to switch the contacts to a covered one through the insurance for Astigmatism. She said that would mess everything and the doctor would have to approve it. Met with Optometrist and asked him about using a contact covered by the insurance and to avoid any unnecessary charge. He proceeded to tell me that these lenses were old and probably why they are on the formulary. I said okay and he directed us to the front desk and said that there’s a rebate. I was quoted another up-charge for a year supply and was willing to pay it. I informed them that we were out of trials and she said they would get me replacements. All to my surprise, they bring out the same lenses that were “old and no longer used.” I played dumb and asked for my Rx and took the trials and Rx and left. I told them that I wanted to decide if I wanted a whole year of contacts. So, basically this supposed “Healthcare Provider” will utilize items not covered with certain insurance plans to maximize the profit margin. Bad business and I will never come here again! I went to Costco and purchased the same contacts at more than a $350 difference for a year supply. Please educate yourself on plan coverages prior to visits to any providers as the patient is far less important that honesty..

Part of what makes any service business successful is the manner in which it treats its clients. Although I heard a lot of complaints from my fellow yelpers about how poorly they were treated, I still gave this place a chance. My conclusion is that this mistreatment is intentional. The staff that they currently have is detrimental to the future of this business and negatively effect this company.To begin with, I tried booking an appointment here for a whole month. I originally spoke to Ms. Love. I updated my information with her and was later told she did not update anything that’s why I never received a call back to confirm insurance approval and appointment. She also told me she sent in my “prior authorization form”, which she never did. I called to complain about this inappropriate behavior and spoke to Amirah. Unlike Ms. Love, she did return my call and told my that everything was approved with my insurance for my appointment. I explained to her that I was limited on time and would have to call out of school so that I could go to the appointment. So a few days past by and I go to the appointment just to find out they don’t accept my insurance. This office is horrible. They are very unprofessional and can care less about you or your time. I won’t recommend my worst enemy to go here.My interaction with this company is by far the worst I have ever received. Totally disgusted by this place and will never return.

Ive been to this locations multiple times. For contact exam, to having an infection and getting my eyes looked at. Moran at the front desk is always a pleasure and so sweet and helpful. The other girl who checks your eyes before you see the doctor (I forgot her name sorry) but shes very good and sweet! The doctor is good as well, and does the exam fast and answers any questions you have.

Horrible service, not a happy customer at all. It has been a month since my daughter ordered her glasses and she still had not received them. I was lied to when I called they said that due to the insurance they had to send off the glasses and when I called back again they said that nor the machine is broken. I called a week straight in regards to my contacts to place an order and I keep getting told someone will call me back and still till today no one has returned my call. I am feed up the customer service at this doctor office.

This is the most unprofessional establishment ever. I mean that in every sense. As an employee there I experienced disrespect from the doctor who owns the establishment. He refused to pay me after I quit due to working in such a stressful environment, claiming that my check would be mailed even though it was right there in the office. He would hide our checks from us so that we would not cash them before a certain time and even refuses to pay overtime to his employees. Even worse than the way he treats his employees is the way he treats his patients. Gary Goberville literally sees patients based off of who can afford to pay. He urges everyone at the front to oversell and badger patients into buying contacts and glasses even if they say that can not afford it. He is one of the meanest souls I have ever met and the way he treats others can be reflected in the cheap and unprofessional quality of service and product that he provides in his office. I AM WARNING YOU ⚠️⚠️‼️ Gary Goberville does not deserve your money and definitely not your time. You will wait hours past your appointment time as he sits on the phone handling personal affairs or strolls in late without remorse, to receive rushed service followed by what may as well be harassment to purchase an annual supply of contacts or glasses. I have experienced some of the worst days of my life working in that establishment and I can say that if you are looking for a job beware of this place and if you are looking for an optometrist, please look elsewhere, he is not kind and seems to care more about money than the people who keep his establishment afloat.

One star because at least they were polite, but other than that go someplace else. Not sure exactly whats wrong with this place, though I had similar experience to other reviews, but the final solution to their nine-week run-around was NOT a refund - oh no, cant have that - it was to remake my old prescription with new, less cloudy, less pitted lenses. Ok. Those arent even right. When I say these people are shysters I mean it with all the connotations that come with the use of that term. Go elsewhere, theres plenty of choices.

I was EXTREMELY disappointed with the service. I have been a client for close to 10 years. I recently had a problem with some contacts I received; a brand I have been using for many years. I wanted to exchange them. Not only did they say they dont take them back, but they talked about me like I was a problem client RIGHT IN FRONT OF ME. Yes, I had a similar problem many years ago, but 2 problems in 10 years does not make me a problem client. They provided me with 2 replacement pairs and suggested I contact the manufacturer directly or consider switching brands if I wanted to exchange the rest. (2 problems in 10 years and I should switch brands?) I contacted the manufacturer who said things like this DO happen and it is NO PROBLEM for them to exchange them. They were extremely surprised that Eye Site Vision Center wouldnt do so. They said they normally dont deal with the public directly but if Eye Site Vision Center refused to work with me...they would see what they could do. One staff member asked if I could see anything on the contact, I said no but I brought it with me. Their response? We wont be able to tell. The EXPERTS cant tell but I should?! Seriously? The didnt listen to me, kept insisting I change solution (the problem is when I open a new package before the contacts ever are put in solution.) They simply didnt listen, didnt care and didnt want to be bothered. I will be taking my business elsewhere. I truly dont know if I have ever been treated so poorly.

This was the worst appointment experience I’ve had in my life, and that’s saying something. I received a call in early December stating that I had an appointment scheduled on December 20th. Strange...because I never made an appointment since I no longer live in the area (my hometown). Regardless, since I was home for the holidays anyway, I went to my 10am “appointment”, and the receptionist admitted that THEY schedule appointments FOR PATIENTS so that they don’t miss their annual eye exam...very sketchy considering that if you miss the appointment, you may be fined a cancellation fee, even though you didn’t make the appointment yourself, it was made for you.Now onto the actual eye exam and appointment. I’d been waiting an hour, it’s 11am, and the mom + son waiting in front of me just left. At 11:30am, they informed me that the only doctor in that day (one of two doctors), was “running late”. An hour and thirty minutes late is NOT “running late”. I find out around 12pm/noon that his tire went out, which is understandable, but I’d been waiting already for 2 hours...but I’d already come this far to back out now.He finally arrives around 12:30pm and we completed the eye exam, which took no longer than 15 minutes. I was passed to the frames specialist in the front who helps you choose glasses frames, and although she was nice, she overlooked me and was helping other customers before me (even though I’d been there since 10am). I also asked her to measure my pupillary distance (PD), but she stated that they usually don’t measure it for you UNLESS you are purchasing frames with them. This is all a ploy for you to buy glasses with them, and not online, since you need that PD value to get frames online. I tell her that I won’t be getting frames today and that I was ready to check out.I went to the front desk, exhausted from being there all day (it was about 1:30pm now). I paid my copay and the receptionist was trying to send me off without giving me my eye prescription. I asked the receptionist that was assisting me for my prescription (a ginger-haired receptionist that I overheard yelling at another customer on the phon, in my 4hours of waiting there). She was very short with me, stating “I’m not allowed to give you the prescription unless the doctor signs off on it.” At that point, I was livid! She offered to email it to me at the end of the day, but seeing as their communication was nonexistent, I chose to wait to receive it in-person. She responded shortly that she would “try” to get him to sign it, but there was “no guarantee”. Once I got my prescription, I left and don’t plan on going back.TL;DR: Sketchy business tactics, poor communication, poor/mean staff/receptionists, and long wait time. I would avoid at all costs.

I hadnt been to the eye doctors in years and I am glad I chose Eye Site Vision Center. The friendly staff and Dr. Camargo immediately assisted me for my long overdue eye exam. Along with updating my contact lens prescription, I decided it was finally time to purchase a stylish set of eyeglasses. Elly, the helpful optician, and I went throughout the store choosing our favorite frames for me to try on. They have such a great selection and we mutually agreed on the most suitable one. Originally, I had intentions of wearing them around the house, however, the compliments I have been receiving convinced me to wear them out on a daily basis. Thanks Eye Site for the great customer service.

Worst experience I’ve ever had as a customer. Ordered an eyeglasses frame that wasn’t in store. They collected a deposit of $130 and told me the frame would arrive in 1- 2 weeks. Didn’t hear back from them after nearly 3 weeks and made calls and left messages for the manager. Finally got in touch with the manager and was told the frame was on backorder and she wasn’t sure when the item would be available. Asked to cancel order and they REFUSED to refund deposit collected despite the fact that the item was not ordered or shipped, STATUS.. BACK ORDERED. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE. Poor customer service and very deceptive.

I have been to Eye Site Vision Center twice now and have still not been served. The first time waited 15 minutes while others were being helped without even being recognized or told someone would help me soon. The second time was today. The office opens at 9am and I was there at 10 am. They were having a staff meeting and still closed. I guess they don’t care about serving their customers.

The Coral Springs store location is very convenient and centrally located. It is always stocked with a great selection of eyewear and the staff provide excellent one on one care.

The doctor is good, but the office not run well.1) there was a supervisor yelling at the staff and threatening to write them up in front of customers.2) they were hesitant to give my prescription if I was not going to buy glasses from them and3) all the glasses were locked up so you could not try them without the sales person and her key.4) the frames/lens etc were $400 - $800, but online $50, wow

This place is terrible. I went here for an exam and the whole process took roughly 2 hours. The doctor isn’t very friendly. Kind of nonchalant and to the point. The receptionist seemed awfully forgetful and incompetent. They gave me a whole spiel about not being able to provide me with a copy of my Rx since the person who runs the place happened to inconveniently be unavailable at that time ...When I went in for my dilation, the doctor did not use alcohol to swab the chin plate before starting the exam. He pretty much didn’t care.Was told by the optician that my glasses would be ready in 3-4 business days but it took about a week to arrive. Never received a phone call or anything.When I finally went in to pick them up, I found they fit perfectly to my liking and comfort, only to realize they didn’t even bother to include a microfiber cloth to keep my lenses clean.There is also something very dated and old fashioned about the establishment. I’d take LensCrafters or any other major retailer for a few bucks more.This place profits off of being open on Saturdays and that’s about it.I would look elsewhere...

I just had my regular eye exam at this office. I dont feel like I had a wonderful experience. Dr. Goobrville put some drops on both of my eyes. My right eye became so obviously red. He mentioned high blood pressure and he said my left eye got a little worse. Theres something inside me that tells me it may not be true. Dr. Gooberville is very strange. Im starting to regret for booking an appointment at this office.

Doctor and prescription came out okay but front and sales staff arent as friendly as other EyeSite locations I use to go. One person gave me the wrong information which made me pay more than what I was bargain for and the lady at the front desk fail to identify that I was told the wrong information even though the person was telling her yes, thats what I told her. She just avoid fixing the issue. I went a head and pay the extra and that was that. Now I went back to pick up my glasses now theyre telling me again that I owe more money I showed the gentleman my receipt and he checked the system then he came back to tell me sorry it was a system error. So he gave me my glasses without trying to see if they fit correctly which they dont, but I was so upset I just walked out ...now I have the glasses falling off my face and on top of it, because they fail to check to see if I could see out of it before I leave the building the glasses are not clear for me to see. Good thing I have my old glasses. Very bad service! Usually I dont complain, but it was from one thing to the next with these people.The doctor was ok, it was just the people at the front desk.

I would not recommend this place. Was literally poked in the eye and that hurt several days after. The doctor was rude and a bit strange, not professional. Not someone I would want my kids to be with in a dark room. Also gave me the wrong RX. Major mistake that caused an eye infection.

Warning if you have insurance. Check your claims to see what you are suppose to be paying because this office will overcharge you and likely have you pay for the full cost of the service (regardless of what your insurance covers or whatever discounts you should be getting because you have insurance). In addition, the office will submit multiple insurance claims for the same service (they submitted 8 claims with duplicative billings to my insurance for 1 office visit). Also, if you have a contacts/materials allowance be careful because they will claim it even if you dont use it and will try trick you into buying a full year of contacts by saying you cant use your allowance unless you purchase a full year (Ive confirmed with my insurance that I can buy any amount of contacts and use my allowance). Between my insurance and I, we overpaid by more than 3 times the amount and Im still waiting for the correct amount of a refund. Furthermore, dont be fooled into thinking catching them is enough. Even if you catch them, they will indicate they are correcting it and will give you a refund but it will be less than what they truly owe you. After two refunds, they still owe me $66 for the office visit/fitting and they owe my insurance $110 (i.e. they need to unclaim what has been submitted).On a side note, I wasnt initially going to write this review but the office visit was on 4/22/2017 and the issue still hasnt been corrected.Upon receipt of the $66 that is owed and correction of insurance claims, I will remove this review.

I wish there was a no star option. Waited for over an hour with a young child. The staff never even said sorry for the long wait. Dr goberville then strolled in over an hour past my appt time with his gym bag and a smoothie like it was no big deal he was an hour late. He didn’t even introduce himself. He definitely thinks very highly of himself when in fact he was just awful. His attitude and bedside manor is atrocious. He should not call himself a pediatric opthamologist. He had the worst encounter with my daughter and was just flat out rude to her. I NEVER write reviews but had to with how disgusted I was with my experience.

The frame had no prices and when I came back I received a different price for the same exact frame that I had chose. They seem to make it up as they go along. I also waited over an hour for an eye exam and the doctor was awful! Once I made the decision to go elsewhere it took over a week for them to release my prescription. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE

I have VSP eye insurance through my job and I wanted to get my glasses done. I found Eye Site Vision Center thru the VSP website. Anyway so although I was a little discouraged because of the online reviews I saw from here, I decided to go here anyway because I wanted to get it done the same day; I was a walk in customer. I got my eye exam done in less than 30 minutes, the specialist even helped me pick out my frames with me AND she did give her honest opinion on what looked good on me - which I highly appreciated. The staff was busy, but friendly. They told me in 10 days that my frames would be ready for pick up. I didnt even have to wait two days for my frames before they called and said they were ready for pickup!!! Everything was quick and efficient..I rarely ever write reviews but i felt that since i almost didnt go here because of the negative reviews, someone who did have a good experience needed to say something... and no lol i did not receive any discount or was paid to write this. Stay Away! They charged me $55 for a medical eye exam because my lower eye lid had an itchy bump, and I was experiencing pain when I blinked. The exam only consisted of me being directed to the exam chair and Dr. Goberville looked at my eye through the refractor machine. He said he noticed I had discharge from my eye and wrote me a prescription for eye drops. When I went to fill the prescription, the pharmacy tech told me the eye drops cost $200 and advised me to ask the doctor for a similar prescription which cost less. When I called the clinic the following day, Vanessa at the front desk said the doctor have no way of knowing the cost of the prescription and instructed me to ask the pharmacy what they would recommend. I called the pharmacy and the pharmacist said only the optometrist would be able to inform me of another eye drops. I called the clinic back and when Vanessa asked Dr. Goberville for a new script, he said there are no other prescription beside the one he wrote. I dont have $200 lying around and couldnt fill the prescription for Pataday. After two days a stye grew. The prescription he wrote was for eye allergies!

I purchased their groupon, scheduled and appointment for contacts. They scheduled it, called me to confirm my appointment, then after I arrived tried to get me to pay for my appointment for contacts. The girl said she explained to me the Groupon wouldnt cover my exam for contacts or any contact lenses in the VM she left me to confirm my appointment.I walked out and listened to the voice mail again, she never said anything about the Groupon not covering contacts.Do not trust them with the health of your eyes, extremely deceitful.

This was easily the worst experience Ive ever had with an eye care center, and Ive been wearing corrective lenses for the last 25 years or so.Long story short, after 2 months and 4-5 visits to this office, I STILL dont have the contact lenses that I requested. My vision hasnt changed at all in the last 10 years (same prescription), and Ive been wearing the same contact lenses (Acuvue Oasys) for the last 6 years. Theyve always been the most comfortable, durable and the best lenses on the market for me - never have experienced a single issue wearing them. However, this provider has REFUSED to write me a prescription for them - which is borderline illegal.My 1st visit I went in and said I wasnt interested in trying out a new brand of contact lenses - but of course, my stupid opinion doesnt matter! Theyre going to put me in whatever contact lens brand that theyre loyal to, unfortunately. Just to try something new, I reluctantly agreed to try a daily wear lens. Newsflash, you cant go from an extended wear lens to a daily lens without HUGE inconveniences and discomfort - so 2 weeks later, I went back trying to get the lenses that I requested the 1st time that work for me. 2nd visit, I see a different doctor, and tell her the same story, and she tries to sell me on another brand of lenses that I dont want. What part of I ONLY WANT TO WEAR THE ACUVUE OASYS LENSES do they not understand?! On top of that, they tried to write me a slightly different prescription for my right and left eye, even though, like Ive said a million times, my vision hasnt changed AT ALL. So I get to the front thinking that I finally have my Acuvue prescription, but nope, she had written me a prescription for the other brand that I didnt want. When I went back up to the counter to try and get this corrected (after waiting 20+ mins), the doctor basically refused to see me, and they said I needed to schedule another appointment since she was busy. Are you kidding me? So I went back to the office 3 additional times (1 was for a new pair of glasses, which actually went smoothly) and have made probably 10+ calls to the office, and basically havent gotten anywhere - Im back at square 1. Who knew that getting a pair of contact lenses could be so difficult? This isnt a prescription for some mind altering drug that you can abuse. This is a prescription for the SAME contact lenses that Ive been wearing for the better part of the last decade. UNBELIEVABLE.The icing on the cake - I get all my contacts from 1-800-Contacts, and when they called this office to get my prescription, the rep let me know how rude they were to her, and they refused to OK my order. Even though the Acuvues were the same exact specs as the other lenses this provider subscribed. So basically its almost like they take it personally that you dont order your contact lenses directly through them, and wont make any allowances for anything else. Why would I EVER do business with Eyesite vision center again when #1, they dont listen to their patients, #2, they put you in whatever contact lens brands that theyre loyal to, and #3, theyre rude and are trying to make your life difficult by not giving you the contact lenses that youve requested a million times. Now Ive been stuck in the same contact lenses for the last 3 weeks when youre only supposed to wear them for 1. What kind of sense does that make?Id actually recommend this facility for glasses because they fulfilled my prescription very quickly, and efficiently but as far as contact lens fittings/prescriptions go, avoid this place AT ALL COSTS.

Worst place ever,I wait 3 weeks for my glasses.first week,when they was moulding my glasses they got scratch second week,they called me to pick up the glasses the left lens was scratched and the right lens was with a wrong prescription.
