Last Friday, November 29, I accompanied my husband to buy his prescription glasses, we usually went to Lents Craft in Fort Lauderdale.For reasons of proximity we decided on the branch in Coral Springs, it was recently renovated and has a very nice contemporary style.The range of lenses is wide, they offer such recognized brands as Coach, Versace, Ray-Ban , Persol, Dulce & Gabana, Prada, Michel Cors, Oakley , Giorgio Armani, simply spectacular models and designs ...

Ahmad was amazing! Very knowledgeable and very customer service oriented. The rest of the staff was very fast and efficient too. Would recommend this store to anyone.

I purchased very high-end Tiffany frames and lenses from Lenscrafters. To my dismay there was a defect in my glasses. Almost a year later Nadeshda Rolon helped me with my glasses. I highly recommend seeing her at her location. She is helpful, kind and knowledgeable! I was disappointed in my lenses or I would give this 5 stars but I really appreciate Nadeshda fixing the problem!

Millie at the front desk was great and the optometrist Fortuna fitted me with new frames and even adjusted the ones I was wearing that were so uncomfortable. I can’t wait to get my new glasses. Very unhelpful. Even manager milli, very unhelpful. Had to wait for a long time to even get service, she would not help. They kept taking the little problems while I sit here and wait for fill my glasses rx. No one here to help me. Horrible place to spend your money. Management does not care.

Stay away...If you need a professional eyeglass center this is not the place to go. I spoke with the Stores General Manager Alece Mair about my issue and the only thing she seems to be good at is placing blame on the customer. Hey Alece lets find a solution to my problem instead of deflecting.

I want to thank all staffs for helping me out.They were all friendly and did everything they could to help. I walk in with my glasses broken and no extra pair at home to get me through. They took care of me the same day, I left with a brand new pair of glasses.

I recommend everyone I love and care for to give and visit LensCrafters in Coral Springs. Mrs. Judy took such good care of me. I was in and out of there within 15 min if that. The staff always welcomes me with a smile and the products they offer are of my standards. Don’t waste your time just come by and visit Mrs. Judy, she’ll take great care of you and if she can’t she put you in the hands that can.

David (Store Manager) is extremely rude! I went in to simply have my glasses cleaned between the crevices and was told “No” and given a pathetic excuse. I’ve never had a problem getting them cleaned up until now. David’s tone, delivery, and overall attitude was unbelievably disgusting. He shouldn’t be a store manager if he is going to treat customers like this. Please seek new leadership ASAP because he clearly isn’t capable.

An employee named Elena helped me from the very beginning, she was extremely helpful as well as knowledgeable, she kept me informed of every stage of the process, from the Dr. appointment all the way to the frame and lens ordering and finally to the adjustment and later on the re-adjustment. Ive been here a couple of times for minor repairs on my glasses. I like that they dont charge for repairs and suggest that instead, you make a charitable donation. I cant think of anywhere else that does that.I do find their selection of glasses to be pretty limited to the very average style. I know that their frames are, for the most part, inexpensive, but it would be nice to see more in the way of style choices.

Tracey is awesome, and I highly recommend you request her service. The same cannot be said for the other team members there - they dont appear to be knowledgeable about the products they sell. Additionally, despite the 30-day guarantee, they appear quick to dismiss your concerns, instead of to hear your real world experience and provide you the adequate options.

We purchased the lens protection. It turned out the protection expired by 2 days & they honored the protection plan. In addition. The new lens started to delaminate or developed some kind of film after only 8 days. They replaced those lens as well. I CANT SAY ENOUGH ABOUT THE FANTASTIC CUSTOMER SERVICE. THANK YOU

Expensive frames and cheap lenses. After just one year, lenses started to peal. Very disappointed with customer service. Just didn’t care..

I’m leaving two stars because the dr was super cool and nice but the quality of the glasses and the lady who delivered my glasses were so rude and she was the pregnant lady. But you got my glasses back In December like the 30th. I called January saying they were already peeling on the side and whoever I spoke to was so rude and basically said oh well. Called March saying is there any way they can do anything about them because they were expensive glasses I wasn’t expecting them to peel and fall off on the sides. She argued with me saying I should’ve gotten warranty. I’m never coming back to this place they’re so rude.

The doctor was great. The lady who was trying to sell me glasses wouldnt stop talking long enough for me to explain what I was looking for. I got so frustrated that I got new plain lenses in old frames and walked out. last years experience wasnt much different except different sales person. Dont ask me a question and ignore the answer so you can listen to yourself talk.

From 12:39 to 2:51pm I’m still waiting to be seen, granted I was a walk in but never expected the wait to be this long. At this point it doesn’t matter about the service once seen I’m so over it. My advice to you DO NOT DO A WALK IN.....DON’T DO IT!!!!! I would walk out but it would do no good in doing so, I work all week day and my daughters exam needs to be done. I am NOT coming back.

Gypsies’, Tramps, & Thieves! Run away, keep driving, don’t go there & don’t even look their direction. They are total Criminals! I went there and got a quote yesterday for replacement lenses. Alece Mair quoted me $615 for the lenses alone without the frames. I went to another Optometrist only a mile away and got the same lenses for $340 and he gave me an extra coating that Alece did not include. Once again if you go there you will get ripped off. The Doctor Rosalie is a GEM, very professional. Get your prescription and run to a different office. I love the Dr and her staff but did find out that I could get the same visit for $15 less where I actually bought my new glasses. Its too bad I was impressed with her but wont be coming back. She should get away from LensCrafters entirely before they ruin her reputation.

The eye exam was well done, and Kiran was the ultimate professional and helped with the perfect fit. Hospitality is everything. Thank you guys. Btw, Selena is the sweetest thing. She made shopping the day before for lenses so easy.

I’ve shopped at this Lens s crafters since 1999 maybe even before in the past year and a half I will say it with the change in the garden the new help it is been the worst experience in my 55 years of wearing glasses I will not be returning you can use LensCrafters but go to a different store

Have a bigger Optical frame display to choose from.

Please do yourself a favor, do not go to this store. Worst customer service i have experienced in a long time. First you will be waiting until your dark hair becomes grey, WITH appointment. The staff by the ophthalmologist office really dont have any clue about what they are talking about. They will say one thing on the phone, then when you show up, oh, what i actually meant was this. If you want to test your patience, please go here as they will push you to the limit. Otherwise, STAY AWAY, AVOID this place at all cost. You are welcome!!!!.

My family and I have been going to Dr. Silvestri for at least 15 years, if not more. Dr. Silvestri and the staff have always been professional and caring and have helped me through a few eye injuries. The staff at Lenscrafters is knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. I have never had any reason to be disappointed. I always got great service and quality glasses.

The doctor is excellent. GREAT. I did not use the lens crafters part, only the optometrist.

Horrible customer service! Walked in and was not greeted by anyone, representative walked right pass me and I decide to be kind and say hi and she walked right pass by me. No one in the back came up and asked if we needed help as well. If Your trying to spend your money on glasses might as well go to the LensCrafters 5 mins away in the Macy mall.

THIS STORE SUCKS MANAGER or the white fat guy there about 35-40 years old APPROACHED ME AT 6:50 to tell me that they closed at 7pm I had a pair off glasses for prescription that I was going to purchase I tried to tell him that I was ready to pay for it. He exclaimed that everything was shut down because they had to be out of there at 7pm. Their store hours time should show that they close at 6:50 lazy axx fxxk mXxxer FXxker. People like that should serve the public in the great Coral Springs, FL

This is the only place I go to for anything eye related, the staff is very pleasant and they know how to work with most insurances to get you the lowest prices possible, they also always have different coupons and specials and sales all throughout the year to help you save even more on your purchases

My wife and I had our glasses made in this store and we both regretted it , we are very dissatisfied with the service that was provided .Our glasses are almost useless , we can see better with a 10.00 Dlls reading than the prescribed ones that we got from them . We do not expect to go back

Got a text message in the morning that my eye glasses were ready, got to the store and nowhere to be found. Took about 30 minutes to find. Then they tell me that they didn’t pass inspection. Asking me to come back tomorrow.

Dr. Silvestri is amazing. Her medical staff is average. I asked for a copy of my prescription and they sent me a photo, not a pdf lol. I spent $300 for my glasses and your technology in prescription transfer is outdated. I went for an eye exam on Feb 2021. Went back November 2021 and they renovated the place. The retail staff is AWFUL especially Fortuna. You can renovate your place and make it so upscale but if your service is as awful as this, then I dont want it.The lines are long and have zero customer service. Fortuna needs training. Shes so condescending and has no respect for clients and she secretly hates her job lol. She literally told her co worker in front of me that shes highly medicated. Unprofessional.
