I have been taking my kids here for a few years now and they are very good, helpful and knowledgeable. Best customer service you will find in business today as virtually all companies today just charge more for less and always have an excuse at their poor service and blame the pandemic. Not this group.

I had a fantastic experience at this location. It was time for my annual appointment, so I booked it online. The online appointment scheduler is super easy to use. I arrived a bit early, but had to fill out some forms before the exam could begin. I was seen at my appointment time...no waiting! I was given the option of dilation (no!) or the ocular imaging. The ocular imaging is an additional $39, but in my opinion, it is worth it, so I opted for that. The doctor was thorough in his examination, was professional, and friendly.When the exam was complete, I was able to purchase my contact lenses before I left the store! They will be mailed to my home...how convenient is that?Overall, this is a great optical location. The staff are friendly, its super easy to book an appointment online, and its located in Target! I will definitely be back for all of my vision needs.

Felipe is literally the best. My glasses broke the day before I came and my insurance wouldn’t allow me to get a new frame until January. But Felipe went out of his way to give get me a frame and give me a discount. You will love it here they treat you like family

I had an appt for me and my daughter the other day. The girls there were great! They were super busy but they did good job attending to everyone in a timely matter. They were very knowledgeable and were great in trying to find the best price for us. The overall experience was very delightful! Thank you to the Coral Springs Optical team!!The doctor was also very sweet and informative.Will definitely be back next year for our routine visit.

Absolute BEST store and staff around! The doctor is top-notch and the staff is EXTREMELY helpful and provided remarkable service. Peggy (manager) was extremely helpful from the time I arrived, to helping pick out my frames, and finalizing everything with my insurance. She is the BEST around! I have been to several optical offices. Not one can compare to the phenomenal service that this office provided. I HIGHLY HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM!

Amazing customer service. I’ve been going to this location for a few years and have never had a bad experience. The covid precaution is super awesome as well. All the employees are professional and helpful. I was helped by Peggy who provided myself with great customer service, she is extremely helpful as well.

My most honest review: I came late, 20m late specifically to get my contacts renewed. bc of the time i came, i almost wasnt able to BUT they accommodated me in the nicest way possible! im so appreciative of the staff especially Miguel! he was so funny & really pushed for it to happen for me. i work insane hours and they understood. shoutout to miguel & also the nice lady who did my check in. i gave 4 stars only bc the eye doctor there was nice. she had a very weird unwelcoming way on her. i felt like a bother.... my exam was rushed and i felt like i was pushed out.. maybe she doesnt like her job but everyone else i lovedddd

Horrible experience!! Horrible service! First and LAST time using their site for an eye exam. The Dr. rushes the exam as fast as she can to get rid of you as soon as possible. The whole process of what they call “eye exam” is a joke, you’ll be there for a half hour but the exam itself takes TEN minutes. She didn’t greet me, she didn’t talk or asked me anything. It seems like they are more concerned with quantity and not quality. Zero stars!

I had a great eye exam at Target optical! Peggy was great setting me up with a quick appointment! The center took every precaution with covid and cleaned all of the glasses thoroughly before and after trying them on. Peggy also was very knowledgable about insurance and made sure my frames were perfect! I will definitely use them again!

Used a birthday promotional coupon and got a good deal some Ray-Ban shades. Customer service was good, too.

Loved Jenilee and the entire staff. My appointment was on schedule. The doctor found quickly the cause of my eye discomfort during the exam even though my previous eye doctor constantly misdiagnosed it. We made switches to my eye care routine and Eye feel great! I highly recommend ;)

I went there to get my new glasses and i was honestly so pleased with the service. The manager was fantastic she was kind enough to give me a discount on my lenses and everyone made me feel very welcomes. i highly recommend it, 10/10.

Amazing customer service, great brands and options, and they take all insurances and always look out for the customer and whats the cheapest route. Ive bought prescription sunglasses, regular glasses, contacts and just recently my daughter who is 4 her first pair of eyeglasses..every time its been a flawless experience...

Unbelievable. Just walked in 10 mins late (5:45pm appt) due to traffic and the place was empty. Drove 1.5 hours from work to rush here and they gave the appointment to client who had a 6pm. If the client at 6pm was being see at 5:45 and no one else was there why couldn’t they see us at 6pm.The guy seemed like he could care less. Not good customer service.

I will never go anywhere else for eye exams or glasses, Charlie, Amy and Dr. Nebb are awesome and really do take care of you!
