Definitely the place of choice when buying or selling a classic. The staff here is incredible, Craig is detailed focused, knows how to take care of the customer by going above and beyond. Mike takes his time walking you through the cars and makes sure he has what you are looking for. No pressured sales. Highly recommended.

Excellent local business that host monthly car shows. Thank you for always opening your doors to everyone. A MUST SEE garage that holds some of the nicest classics around (even better they are all for sale or have been sold)! My wife and I enjoy each of our visits. Also, thank you for the free posters during the last event.

Steven (sales person) and Mike (mechanic) were amazing with us while we coordinated the purchase of a car for my brother-in-law. The place is beautiful inside, so many gorgeous cars! Steven is very knowledgeable and Mike is just the sweetest. These are the kind of guys we like to bbq and drink beers with. Anyway, my BIL received his car yesterday and is in love....

This was my first encounter with Gateway Classic Cars (Fort Lauderdale) and I approached the process with caution but Toby quickly put me at ease and did not rush the sale or apply any pressure (we spoke several times and I asked a LOT of questions via e-mail). Toby was responsive to my questions and forthcoming about the actual condition of the car. The whole process proved to be easy and ultimately successful. The entire transaction took place via phone and e-mail.I originally expected I would be flying to Fort Lauderdale to look at and drive the car but after several conversations with Toby, viewing the video, and looking at 100+ close-up photos on the Gateway website I decided an on-site visit would be unnecessary. Toby came across as honest and professional; he said he had regular clients in Europe to whom he recommended and shipped cars more or less regularly, and his German accent made that claim credible.I was looking for a 1956 T-Bird (a driver, not a show car) and my primary requirement was a straight and clean chassis and a body that was not in need of restoration (I can handle any mechanical work needed). There was another T-bird in the inventory that looked as good or better, with more of the options I wanted, and at a lower price and I was leaning toward that car, but Toby stuck to his original recommendation based on my previously stated requirements and I bought the car he recommended.Ive been all over (and under) this car since it was delivered and it is exactly as Toby represented it. Not perfect (it is a used car, after all), but exactly as described and represented. No surprises. Based on this experience I can unreservedly recommend Toby Tyborec and the Fort Lauderdale Gateway Classic Cars showroom and I would not hesitate to purchase another vintage car based solely on his recommendation.Bob Ramsay

My teenage son had a blast. He is a big classic car fanatic and his eyes lite up like a child on Christmas morning. Everyone was really nice to him. They have lots of classic cars to look at for purchase and the selection is amazing. I am sure we will be going back soon just to bad I cant afford one but they are nice to look at.

I flew down to Miami airport and arrived at 10:54 pm. The salesman, Toby, met me at the airport and drove me to the warehouse way after hours. He provided me a few bottles of cold water (needed this time of year) and showed me the car. He assisted me in making certain everything was what I had purchased (great car!) and the car was EXACTLY as he described when purchasing. He gave me the car but not only that., He then had me follow him to a motel that was on the way. Called the motel and set me up reservations. Checked in on me each day while I drove the car from their facility in Florida all the way to Moscow Idaho. Prior to picking up the car he had the oil changed and the car serviced knowing I would be driving over 3200 miles. This is the second vehicle I have purchased from GATEWAY CLASSIC CARS and as far as I am concerned these people are great! I have a wonderful couple of cars. They look great and run even better! When I am looking for number 3 I will be calling them first! Thanks guys!

Looking for a classic car? they have a lot, saw some cars that have been there for a year, their prices are 8 to 9,000 above average, that is why you see the same cars forever. They dont really take care of inventory, cars are dirty, leaking fluids and they dont even clean the spots , you try to see a car, it wont start , no battery, etc...not a serious business.

Fraudulent. Think of a used car dealership in the 80s and thats Gateway. Unfortunately, the mentality is at the local local and corporate level. Yes, go the corporate office involved when, after several months of delay, I received a vehicle that didnt run. The worst company Ive ever dealt with, STAY AWAY!

Ripped off my friends grandfather and they refuse to send the title and always has some excuse as to why they cant send it. He bought the car over 2 weeks ago and they still refuse to send it. They asked for his drivers license and then they turned around and said they didnt have it after he had sent it. Spend your money somewhere else unless you want to buy a car and not legally own it.

John Cullen was the only person that seemed to care that things were done correctly. I talked to a salesman named Chris on a Monday and later that day emailed him to tell him I would be there on Tuesday. When we got there Chris turned me over to John. To make a long story short I didn’t get my temporary license without calling after the car was delivered. I had to call many times to get the permanent license tag. I was lied to about when it was sent more than once. I finally got the tag more than a month after buying the car. I still don’t have the title yet! I will not buy my next classic car from that dealership!!

I purchased a 66 Pontiac GTO from Toby. I am living in Germany and I bought more than 100 classic cars from Toby over the past 10 years. Its pretty simple. If you want to talk to someone who knows classic cars, call him. He is honest and knows what he is talking about. And to let you know, I currently have three more cars on the boat shipping to Germany right now. All bought from Toby and Gateway Classic Cars.

I called about a car and spoke with Tim. He was very knowledgeable of the car and upfront. That car did not end up being the right fit for me, but he is keeping me in mind for anything new coming into the showroom that fits what Im looking for. Tims called be back for a couple cars already and each time hes very friendly and professional. Id definitely recommend the Gateway Classic Cars office in Coral Springs, FL.

I brought my 1985 Rolls Corniche to Gateway on May 31, 2017 in Coral Springs, FL. They assured me that could sell the car; it cost me $195.00 for 3 months. They assured me the car would be perfectly safe. After 3 months they did not sell my car. When I picked up my car the convertible top did not work and it was working when I took the car to Gateway, they checked the top while I was there. They told me they are not responsible for anything that goes wrong while the car is in their possession. My advice to you is if you bring a car to Gateway -- BEWARE!!!
