This is the first time I have ever had to buy a car for my daughter and after going to many places Audi Coral spring had her dream car.Knowing that the market for cars is low, I did not expect much however I was proven wrong. They had more cars in stock to choose from compared to other dealerships I checked on.The staff was incredible I had Brendan and Anthony helping me, they were great answering any questions I had and made the whole process quick and stress free. I had an excellent experience in leasing my new 2021 Q3 - Nick (Nicholas Paserba) had the vehicles I wanted to test drive ready upon arrival, he took the time to show me the features, functions and differences of the cars and Taryn in Finance quickly walked me through the paperwork even when there was an outage with the FL DOT website! This is the third vehicle Ive leased from Coral Springs Audi and Ill continue to return in the future! Thanks guys!

Very disappointed with the unprofessionalism from Audi Coral Springs. We scheduled a test drive for pre-owned 2021 Q3 on 2nd October. They called, booked the time & sent the confirmation.After driving there from Miami we got to know that it’s been sold & nobody cared to inform. Anyways, we booked our deal for a new 2022 audi Q3 which was in factory transit. We said that we wanted to give a test drive before paying. The salesman Trevor said the car is off the list & booked for us & we can make the finance application online.The car was supposed to be delivered on Oct 9th with the down payment & financing. Today(7th Oct) when we called them for checking the update, Mr. Trevor said it’s been sold to somebody else. And just like before he didn’t care to even notify us. If you get better rates to sell off a car at least have the minimum courtesy to inform the customer whom you put on wait for a week. If this is how you do business thats horrible in the long run.

I have been to 4 Audi dealers as I have moved quite a bit. I never write reviews but the customer service at this dealer is absolutely terrible. I went in for service with Rodrigo and everything was alright at first. I went in with complaints of squeaky breaks. I also needed my 80k mileage service done. I get a call that I need total front brakes that they were low and was causing the squeaking. I pay 2600 for my repairs and when I get the car back it’s still squeaking. We call Rodrigo on Friday at 530. He said we would call me back. Never received a phone call back. I decided to drive my car there Saturday morning to see if they can take a look at it for me after all my service and find out why it was squeaking. The service manager Steve was there. He told me that he could not do anything for me today and I would need another appointment next week. I asked again if there was anything they could today as this should have been fixed when I paid them prior as it was my main complaint. Steve also became rude to me. I decided to schedule the appointment for Monday morning. After standing there waiting for a response such as you are all set I am sorry or anything he said nothing. Another customer came in and Steve walked around me to help him. When I said are we done here and I all set he said yeah sure I have you set for Monday. This Audi lacks professionalism and customer experience no doubt. After I get my brakes checked by them on Monday I will be driving back to Audi west palm whenever I need anything.

They will lie and pretend you need replacement parts, provide you with an insane invoice for parts and labor when NOTHING is wrong with the parts. Dropped my car off believed their story and paid for labor and parts , 4 months later I have same issue. They said I needed all new parts and labor and blamed it on outdoor elements LOL. Guys, outdoor elements in south Florida ..they must think all women are stupid and easy to trick.. fool me once Audi Coral Springs but second time for same issue..ya right! Rodrigo comes off nice but he is a fraud and the others above him are worst. Steve Mayer is a snake, I used to deal with him years before I moved to Rodrigo. Then on top, the biggest snake is Mr. Luan Nuriu aka Storyteller and liar,no customer service just repeats his lies like a robot.After a few CYA emails , Got my car back and guess what… LOL the parts that needed replacement again seem to work . Took my car to another Audi dealership same week, Service person said, parts are fine and that he just needed to seal and tighten an area Coral Springs seemed to seal. I would have ended up paying thousands of dollars when they lied 🤥 about needed to replace parts. FRAUDS!

Well! I normally dont write reviews.. but this was one of the most stressful vehicle purchases I have ever made. First, I found the vehicle online ... mind you it was not local 4.5 hour drive one way. Second- I made this very clear to the sales rep that I was dealing with. I needed to know the exact numbers broken down before I made the trip, which he Chafic assured me everything would be set and ready to go when I arrived, of course that is not what happened. Third- I also made it clear I had my own financing and a draft check from my credit union which I mentioned several times before I arrived, he stated on yeah so when you come in you just sign and be on your way... That was absolutely not TRUE. When I showed up everyone was nice & friendly. But... when I restated the breakdown of the cost that we previous texted about and the value of my trade he all of sudden was not on the same page. They DO NOT accept draft check from financial institutes. SO of course after driving 4.5 hours to get there I was stuck in a dilemma because the credit union closed at 12pm on Saturday I had no way of reaching anyone which then put me in a bind because I wanted the vehicle clearly, so their only suggestion LETS RUN YOUR CREDIT so you can at least drive the vehicle home. At that point I was not planning to make another 8 hour round trip to come back. I let them run my credit more points taken. With all that, once the papers were printed for signature the numbers were still not what I was told on the phone... so Aladar who was very nice, spent at least an hour working the number to get me where I needed to be.... good thing I asked how he did it, they had taken GAP off and was going to send me on my way. I had to make it clear. THERE IS NO WAY IM DRIVING THE VEHICLE OFF THE LOT WITHOUT GAP. SO basically this was one of the worse transactions ever in my LIFE. PLEASE be very aware of everything and get EVERYTHING in writing....OH- to add I was told they were paying off my car to start fresh on my new loan. THAT WAS A LIE $4000 rolled over. Luckily I love my vehicle if it wasnt for that. I would have definitely went elsewhere.

Truly a VIP experience when purchasing a car with Audi Coral Springs! I have an Audi dealership literally 5 min from my house, and after a poor experience with that dealer, I chose to drive 1.5 hrs to Audi Coral Springs where they took care of me from start to finish and ensured I had a memorable car buying experience. We were able to start the car buying process and negotiate on the car I wanted over the phone utilizing their website to review car features, condition, etc. and they even sent me live videos so I could be sure what I was buying was exactly as stated before I decided to spend 3 hours in the car to potentially purchase this car. I arrived at Audi Coral Springs, they had the car ready and waiting for me outside, did a test drive, completed the paperwork quickly, secured financing, and I was on my drive back home. First-class, no hassle, car buying experience. Looking forward to being a customer for many years to come.

Went to this dealership to look at a car. Never expected to take it home. Salepersons were no pressure. James and Troy were professional and helpful. The sales managers were also very accommodating and will try to help you to get where you need to be, within reason of course.One price, no hassle 🤔 Nice and quiet. I went there on a Sunday and it was quiet not sure if was just that day or if it’s like this all the time.

My worst experience ever purchasing a vehicle! I texted my sales rep Troy and informed him that I decided to fly in a day earlier to purchase a Tesla Model X. Troy was perfect throughout the process until they received the funds from my bank. When I got there someone informed me that both Troy and the Sales Manager was off for the day. He said that Troy told him I was coming on Wednesday and not on Tuesday, the day that I arrived. I waited over an hour before the finance guy came out to assist me. I was supposed to pay them $5,000; however I noticed that he only charged me $500. I immediately informed him and kindly ask if he could at least put on a license plate holder on the front of the vehicle for me (please note, that I have still not seen the vehicle that I purchased!) Apparently he refused to assist me with the ask because I still don’t have one on it (please keep in mind that the original license plate holder was in the trunk, it just needed to be screwed in!) After finishing with him, I had to wait another 45 minutes to get my vehicle! Some guy just walked in and informed me that my vehicle was ready. I never got to test drive it! In fact, I didn’t even know how to work it! I continued to ask for assistance and I finally got someone who had a little knowledge about electric vehicles who was able to assist me. I was still so nervous that I just walked back and forth throughout the building until I had enough confidence to drive the vehicle. As of this date, Troy has NOT even followed up with me to see how I’m doing and/or congratulate me on purchasing a vehicle from him on his off day! I hope they extend better service to customers who purchases Audi’s since it’s an Audi dealership! It is 4/2/21 and I have not heard back from them!

I never considered getting an Audi for myself because I don’t like paying a lot for cars and then ended up getting a CPO Q7 in July with Erika who was phenomenal. Then my son needed a car and he’s so picky that I took him to test drive the 2020 A3. The car was fabulous and the deal that Clint and Erika worked out to help me get him into the car was even better! You might have to wait a bit when they’re super busy for financial however even that part is quick once it’s your turn! I might’ve created a monster with such a nice car but even better people who work there. 5 star care all the way!

I hate or hated going into dealerships. Wasting a day and getting aggravated was the worst. Today I received a call from Trevor Tolchin regarding an inquiry I made. I told him what I was looking for and where I wanted to be for price range. In less than 10 minutes he called me back with a price , answered all of my questions with amazing patience and had my new Q3 ready for me when I arrived at the dealership after work. This is the worst Audi dealership for service. I Live about 10 mins away but now drive to Pembroke Pines to avoid this dealership. The 5-star reviews must be paid for . Check the Yelp reviews it will explain everything about the Coral Springs and Ft Lauderdale location. Four of my neighbors all have had similar bad experiences with the service centers. This applies to both locations. The Service Manager James is not a honest person and I can not believe that Audi allows this dealership to perform at such low customer service standards.

Went to look at a 2021 SQ5 Sunday afternoon. Sales men didnt seem interests in working with me. Was too busy looking at his cellphone when I was asking questions, Tells me that the 2021 Audi SQ5 only comes in Premium plus and Prestige model which was a lie. The SQ5 also have a premium model as well. I said I wanted a grey Audi SQ5 and tells me he doesn’t have one in stock. I asked can you order one, and he says all this stuff about we can’t get a car like that etc etc. I said you know what I’m done.Total A-hole in my mind. I should put his name here but I won’t.

Be aware when shopping for a lease here. Audi makes TWO HARD PULLS one for AUDI and a separate one for VOLKSWAGEN. My salesperson was not truthful and said volkswagen was a SOFT PULL. If you are like me and stay on top of your credit score... keep in mind it takes TWO years for both of these to drop off which will NEGATIVELY impact your credit score.

I did not receive the “next oil change” sticker on my front drivers windshield.Windshield wiper blades weren’t changed, they aren’t working smoothly.Also, my brakes shouldn’t make a noise plus gear shifter is still not smooth.

My name is Alfonzia Harvey Jr. I am a retired U.S. Army 82nd Division Paratrooper in Ft. Bragg/Fayetteville NC. I was tasked with finding an Infiniti QX80 for a close friend of mine, that is more like a sister, Ms. Dana L. Scott. I began my search on 1 December, using the site CarGurus. I came across an Infiniti QX80 at your Coral Springs, Fl location. I called the dealership on 7 December 2020 and spoke with a sales associate by the name of Erika Bartholomew. I told her that I liked that truck. Erika asked me how I was planning to purchase it. I told Erika that we were pre-approved by the credit union and it would be a check from the bank. I expressed to Ericka that I really wanted that vehicle. I told her if she can get the selling price down to $21,000, that she had a deal. Ericka informed me that she could not do that because the price had dropped $3,000 for Black Friday, Ericka also informed me that a local customer came in that day and went to get their own financing and supposedly coming back to purchase the vehicle. 8 December 2020 Ericka followed up with me by text to inform me the vehicle was still available. When I checked again, I noticed that the price of the vehicle had gone down to $21,611. I called Ericka and told her let us do the deal. Ericka asked for a copy of Ms. Scott’s driver’s license and car insurance card. I texted both to Ericka. At this point, Ms. Scott has now contacted her insurance company, and I had started the process with get a transporter to deliver the truck before Christmas. Ms. Scott received a call 10 December 2020 from Brenden Smith, Sales Director at Audi, Coral Springs, informing her that he could not accept a check from an out of state credit union because they take too long to pay. Brenden did mention that he has someone that could get her financed. Ms. Scott declined his offer because she already had financing from her credit union. We were not planning to take delivery of the vehicle until the check cleared anyway. Brenden called me as well, to try and explain to me the same thing about not accepting out of state credit union checks. Brenden informed me that Ericka informed him that we were paying cash. I told him that was just not true. I informed Ericka the first time how we were paying, and it was with a credit union check. Brenden told me he would explain to Ericka the difference in cash versus check from a credit union. Brenden said he was sorry and said in a sarcastic way that he hopes we find something. I told Brenden that we would eventually find something.Unfortunately, your company has not performed to my level of expectation, not informing me that the dealership does not accept out of state credit union checks. Your company can not continue this behavior towards your number one priority, which is your customers. No customers no Qvale Auto Group.To resolve the problem, I would appreciate your company do a better job to inform the customers about financing options. This needs to be outlined in search options as well as your website, allowing customers to see this before even proceeding to conduct a business transaction with your organization.

James is one of the nicest and least-pushy people (I won’t use the term salesman, because it just doesn’t suit him) you’ll ever meet at a dealership. He’s the first and last person we call when buying a car and trust his honesty and appreciate his white-glove service.

It was a wonderful experience dealing with this dealership. Awesome team. I bought a pre owned Audi Q7 a month ago. After the sale, they replaced brand new tires with $0 deductible. Recently I had to replace battery, even though they sold the car ‘as is’ I explained the issue with Lorry(Used Car Manager), he generously understood my concern, scheduled appointment today with Randy(Service Adviser). Randy is so helpful and explained the process. I was late to work, she immediately arranged transportation back and forth and took care of everything. They gave discount on final bill. Finally Mohammad(Finance) was very helpful from the beginning. He realized I was uncomfortable for taking extra coverage for the vehicle and immediately he took care of it in few seconds.Overall, my experience with Audi Coral Springs is awesome. I sincerely recommend to go for a visit before you go to other dealer.

Don’t buy tires there... very poor experience. I received an email promoting tires for my R8 roadster. The price was about $180 more than buying them from my local tire store, not to bad. I coordinated with them a week in advance for the tires as I guess they had to order them.They communicated With me several times during the week confirming and the day before called and Emailed confirming. I’m dropped it off Friday at 7:45am and Received a loaner.I was told the end of the day Friday that they did not have the tires and they were going to keep it over the weekend. So on Monday I never heard from them and I reached out around 2 o’clock in the afternoon that I will be there at 4 to pick the car, tires or not ! I guess at that point they put the tires on because when I got there 2 hours later they were finishing the process.It took 4 days, and my car came Back very, very dirty as it must have been left out side for 4 days, $200,000 car, nice ! They offered to wash it but I wasnt waiting around longer.Overall my service rep who I have used previously was good and took $100 of the charge as he felt bad, however the Dealer Experience beyond him 👎🏻

I showed up on a Saturday to look at some cars. Wasnt sure I was going to buy anything. James was probably bored so he pointed me towards an A5 hatchback even though I was looking for a coupe. He spent the time to take me through most of the features even though I was familiar as I had owned 2 A8s and 2 A7s in the past.,On Sunday I decided I would buy a car so I sent him an email and asked if he would be in that day. Met him and without much haggling we made a deal. Very easy to deal with no hard pressure selling.

This store has horrible customer service when it comes to the service department. When I got service on my vehicle they did not bother to go over anything that was done. I was handed my paper and that was that. I also order a key and here I am waiting for a call from them I never received one. I check my emails instead of a call they emailed me so for over a week I could had my key. This service center lacks communication and does not attempt to establish a relationship with the customer.

Unacceptable is an understatement to describe one of the most unpleasant experiences I’ve had in my life. 2 months ago my mom called Audi to ask for her lease end date. She was given an appointment for today, June 29th, to return her car. For two months she planned her mileage cap based on the car return date she was given by Audi. When we got to the inspection, the plate was removed and handed to my mom alongside the sun pass, by the car inspector. We were ready to leave when I remembered that a monthly car payment was debited this morning and returned to the dealership to take care of the issue. There, it all began.....When a nice lady took us to her office and went through her computer to check why my mom was debited that payment, SURPRISE! The lease end was not today! Her lease ends December 2020. When we started explaining the lady that the mile cap was calculated based on the return date AUDI provided my mom, she went ahead and called the store manager, CLINT BRIGGS, to find a way to work this out, his response was basically asking if we knew how to read. That we had a contract and it was our fault that we did not went through it and trusted what the Audi agent told us at least 3 times in the past 2 months over the phone. The level of arrogance this person BRIGGS showed, was beyond imaginable. If it was our responsibility to read the contract, where is AUDI’s responsibility for giving the wrong information to their customers? I wonder. This gentleman, in 2 words, and in a very rude way, told us to go home and cry the miles we are going to have to assume despite being misinformed by the dealership. The sales manager, DAVE TITTERTON, who we tried explaining, was no different than the other guy....I will NEVER, in my life, buy an AUDI again thanks to the lack of manners and arrogance these two gentlemen showed today. BTW, in an almost 10 year period, we got 4 Audi’s from this dealership and gave at least 4 referrals. This is our reward....go figure. Hope this review helps others avoid an unnecessary bad experience. There are plenty of options other than AUDI CS where people will be treated as valued customers and not as uncared for as me and my mom were treated today.

Just picked up a great used BMW X3 last weekend here and the buying and financing process went smooth and surprisingly fast....Nick P was very helpful explaining the buy/trade options, and had some good pointers about the car itself. From when I walked in to when I drove off the lot, it was a great experience. I hate buying cars and spending a lot of $$ on one, and trading one in, is normally not enjoyable. Nick Paserba, my sales associate could not have been more genuine or hospitable to my wife and I as we made a large car purchase. He was honest, ethical and straightforward the whole way. His sales manager (forget name) I think Chris, was also super cool. The finance guy, Al, was also remarkable. Overall 5/5. Just a great experience.

The sales department does a wonderful job so the incompetent service department can rip you off and lie about what’s wrong with your car. Try to educate yourself as much as possible when dealing with service and warranty work, bring someone who is knowledgeable about cars to help offset the dishonest service reps. I caught them in several lies because they would have a different story for my wife then they would for me. I found an honest repair facility that enjoyed helping me prove the dealership was incorrect when I had my suspicions. I ended up with an Audi customer care case against this dealership.

Had a great experience with my purchase at Coral Spring Audi. I live in Maryland never stepped a foot in the dealership. But as soon as I was connected with Richard I felt like he was going to take care of me. Mr. Baptiste did just that! He was very responsive to every detail. What was so great was Richard sent about 6 pictures of the car to my cell phone early that Saturday mourning. I was thinking about the car that night and it was a great to receive pictures of the RS 5 great touch! I was connect with the car and the Sales man.
