Chris Reyes at Honda is very helpful. Dealerships are dealerships, everybody knows they always find something that needs to be fixed. But with Chris I feel that he does build great customer relations and explains the repairs that really need to be done now or if it can wait a bit. That builds trust. The reason I give 4 stars is bc when I am waiting for my vehicle, I get phone calls from other Honda employees trying to sell me stuff and they still dont have my info right. So, if you cant even get my name right, dont call me!

I am so disappointed now. I bought my car from here yes it was pre-owned but it is only a 2017 and look at the paint. It is a 2017 Hyundai Elantra that I bought from the Kia dealership. I cant get anybody in service to return my calls and I wont be back now I used to like you guys. But I feel like Ive been ripped off and sold a car that now I have to come out of pocket to fix paint that should not be chipping and peeling because its a 2017. Ive also read all over the Internet that this specific color paint for this is specific year of a Hyundai has had problems to the point where theres been lawsuits over it of course they lost because Hyundai is a big company but this is crazy for the consumer yall need to do something about this dont sell this car they need to do a recall on the paint something you guys should be paying to fix this because I still owe $8000 on this car. Disappointed and disgusted to say the least. I would give negative Stars if it was an option.

Very satisfied with the service at this place, on a Saturday afternoon rainy day and after we came from CarMax with a horrible customer service, we were tired and had the kids with us so you can imagine. A very nice girl at the front desk welcome us and brought Diego Baner to us, he took care of us right away, was very patient with us and our kids, and helped us find the car we were looking for our family, every step of the way he was with us, patient, informative overall very pleasant. I am bringing my mom in a few months to get hers, I even asked for some of his business cards definitely worth recommending Coral springs auto mall and Diego.

One word! Locksly! Hes the man to see. I needed a larger vehicle for my work, and the man lead the way without pressure, and basically lit the candle between me and the Nissan Rogue. A true facilitator. Even called me the next day to check on us. Hahaha. I live on Miami Beach, but was referred to him by a work friend, and so I made it all the way up north for a deal that I strongly believe I could not get in Miami. I feel so good about my purchase, I just had to write a review. And the Auto Mall has so many choices, that it was a one-stop shop for all kinds of cars and trucks. Finally, the insurance agents out there secured the best deal on auto insurance and got me out of my existing insurance into a policy that has me feeling worry-free. And if you have the means, pay for the insurance for the year at once for the lowest price possible.- Happy and worry-free customer.Thank you Locksly!

Did NOT buy a car here and NEVER will. Any time you MUST provide your phone number and email address BEFORE you even talk to anyone you KNOW youre in trouble. Even though the sales person wrote do not call on top of the paper within hours someone from the dealership was calling.The car I wanted was not available, so I left. Before reaching my car THREE men came running after me as if I had just stolen a car or something. I thought they were going to tackle me!They didnt want me to leave. I wouldnt stay if they GAVE me a car!Those sale practices are archaic not to mention a huge turn off.This was specific to the Nissan store, but I would image the whole automall has similar dismal policiesFor a Nissan may I recommend Performance Nissan on Federal in Pompano.

Made an appointment for an express oil change. Arrived 10 minutes early for my appointment. Waited in my car for approximately 10 minutes then went inside since no one had yet approached my car. Several employees in this reception area were all on their cellphones. I approached a man behind another counter who told me simply to go back outside and wait in my car. When I finally was approached, I was told that it was a very busy day and my car would not be brought in for at least 2 hours. Well, so much for their much touted express oil change.I left because I wont wait hours for a scheduled appointment. I bought my car here and have always had it serviced here without incidence. This negative experience brought me to have my oil change done elsewhere and was in and out in 45 minutes including a complimentary car wash.In the future, I will explore options other than the dealership.

Everyone was wonderful until I drove the car out of the dealership. I had some paperwork issues after I got home with title and registration and have been calling Nissan for the last 3 weeks and cant get anyone to help me or answer my calls.It seems that Customer Service is only good until you drive the car away. Then they dont seem to be interested anymore.

DONT BUY HERE. I purchased my Hyundai Kona here, the car sales man told me the battery had been dead the night before because a customer left the door open but they had placed a new battery in the car (which come to find out now) 4 months later was a complete lie.When I called NO ONE could help me. Read those negative reviews carefully don’t make the same mistake and THINK carefully before you get yourself into that car loan. DONT say I didn’t warn you.I just purchased a new battery. Oh and the car came with a NICE dent in the back and hold they had cover up with tape. CHECK THE CAR BEFORE YOU BUY.

Bought my car 5/29 used (3 weeks ago) and the car has been wabbling. called my sales guy he sent me to the service department. service department want to charge me $600 to replace tires because the tires have cracks in them and it needs balancing and alignment.Got hung up on twice. Sales guy acts like its not his problem and no one in the dealership is returning my calls.your after sales service sucks!

This was Horrible-BOTCHED-NERVE BURNING- TEMPER HEATING experience. I have two Young Adults who purchased their cars from here. We were looking for a decent used vehIcle. We were kept in the Dealership until 10 OClock at night, because they apparently process one deal at a time.We started with Grand Marquis Taylor who quickly tossed us over two Assolute ????? We test drove the vehicle with him made a decision and sat for 2 hours waiting for the Finance person. Per the salesperson the vehicle was only traded two days before and they needed to complete a safety inspection and maintenance ON IT and the vehicle would be ready for pick up on 8/13/2021. LIES I called the dealership because No one in the entire establishment is capable of making phone calls, you the customer are expected to chase them and the information around. I called at 2:00 PM to be informed that they were waiting on a part. I would be updated on Saturday--LIES I called on Saturday at 12 PM to be told they had the part and the vehicle needed to detailed and would be ready for pick up between 6:30-7:00 PM. I arrive at 6:50 PM and the car is not done detailing so I wait and they were finished at 8:00 PM.CARMAX IS HIGHER IN PRICE, THEIR PROCESS IS SMOOTH AND YOU CAN BUY A VEHICLE IN 1 HOUR, NEVER AGAIN-I WILL ASK FOR A HORSE AND CHARIOT 1ST. DO NOT GO HERE IF YOU A CUSTOMER LOOKING TO BE INFORMED, IT WILL NOT HAPPEN. A 3 YEAR OLD HAS BETTER COMMUNICATION THAN ALL THE PEOPLE WHO WORK IN THIS DEALERSHIP.

Went to their Honda and have been a customer since 2012. Have very nice staff here! The service manager, David Shim is awesome and I recently had the pleasure of meeting two other service team members, Jackie Leyow and Aaron Newman. Both were professional and very friendly! I have an older car (2012 Civic) and I was never pressured to do the suggested work, just the ones that I brought my car in specifically for and any serious safety concerns. They have a car rental on site should you need to rent one for the day. They also have a nice little Cafe and the mall is directly across the street or other nearby shopping centers. They have massage chairs in the waiting area which is also nice!

I leased a new Enclave from Mo and Rene at CS Buick, the experience could not have been smoother. Mo was outstanding and Rene did not play games. Mike handled the financing and was not pushy. At the same time I sold CS Buick my truck. Within 3 days the truck was on Cars.com for sale. But it took 7 business days to pay the truck off. As of 10 business and 15 days since I sold them the truck, the dealership has yet to advise me when the money they owe me for the truck is going to be paid. I have sold two vehicles to Carmax and walked out with checks on the same day. This is why I did not give them 5 stars. To date they have not provided a valid reason for the delay.

I went to Kia in the Coral Springs Auto Mall. It was a very poor experience, and it reminded me of the hard times it took to buy a car at the dealer a generation ago with hustling sales and financial managers pressuring you into signing. I also think you can do better with another Kia dealer.

Correction. Ex employee. They would not honor compensation for my last two weeks pay. Compensation is $1250 for minimum 80 hours over two weeks. They require you to work 3 days per week at 12 hours. Over two weeks you accumulate up to 110 hour’s. They will not compensate for the additional hours over 80. Yes, I talked with both Human Resources and Accounting. They treated me as if I was Inhuman, insulted my Intelligence and Laughed as I walked out the door. I also spoke CFO . She is trying to buy me off with a couple of Hundred dollars. Some how they claim they found hours back in December of last year that were not paid to me??? I am moving forward by Filing a Complaint with the State of Florida and hiring an Attorney.

Leased a brand new Sorrento in February. Experience at the time was great and a smooth process. Our car died the minute we go into it to leave. Complete electrical failure. They were able to find the same model in a couple of days and we resigned the paperwork as the vin info obviously changed. May is just around the corner. I have heard NOTHING from this dealership ! I had to call, and call, and call. They finally sent me the revised copies. I have a significant billing matter they failed to comply with and I, again, have been calling and calling. I even called Kia corporate customer relations. NO ONE from this dealership has called me back, not once. What did they do? Without my permission whatsoever - they ran my credit AGAIN! After I have already had the car for 2 months! Our sales person was great - no negative remarks at all for him. BUT look out for the management and finance office. They want nothing to do with you if there are any questions or problems!

The service writer failed to deliver on a scheduled completion time with absolutely no communication - he failed to tell us the status of vehicle as the vehicle and the service writer could not be located! The service writer went home after feeling sick and said go to a Honda dealership. Rude technicians had no clue - Service Mgr was at lunch. I’d say by our treatment that TT he whole place is OUT YO LUNCH recommend you go to ANY OTHER SERVICE CENTER OTHER THAN CORAL SPRINGS AUTO MALL!

I found a car on the Internet that I was interested in. Once I called I was told the car was actually $2000 more! But yet they advertised the lower price. I had called several times and no one decided to call me back including their manager Paul. Nico was extremely rude and the other sales people would not help out when I asked them to please go look at the car because I am 300 miles away and I need to know if the rims were damaged and how the tires were. I guess everyone just wants to make some money but they are very lazy and extremely rude. I felt very discriminated against. Brenda was very kind and amazing, she is the operator. Hence to say I did not buy the car there because I would not give them my business after the way I was treated.UPDATE....I should’ve listened to my gut instincts and not bought the car. It was a nightmare. I traveled 300 miles to get to them and when I got there the car was clean and I took it for a test drive. I had the top down on the car so of course it’s going to be noisy. I signed all my paperwork and I was told to go to another office for my insurance. As I got in the car I noticed that the visors were just hanging and the clips needed to be replaced. I told him that I was not going to pay for it so they were kind enough to do that for me but as I was leaving on my way to Audi I noticed there was a roaring as I was driving. When I got to Audi they told me it had a bad tire. I called back coral springs auto mall and spoke to tala and she told me that Dan said he would not do a damn thing about it if I didn’t like it I could leave the car and go home. Remind you I am 300 miles away. In the end I had to pay for a tire which cost me $170. The salesman broke the bracket for the rear license plate and that cost me an additional $40 after my plate fell off. Then the window on the driver side stopped working. I was told there was 176 point inspection. If you do an inspection why are all these things breaking? I was treated so poorly there and I don’t recommend this place to anyone. Caveat emptor! Don’t do it

I just left there at 4 o’clock from a 10am appointment! Jessica Dennis was my advisor and it was less than spectacular! I came there for a recall for the 2016 Nissan Altima, a light on for airbags, and key fob issue since the battery was replaced! Now I do have a few aftermarket items installed that are plug did play! No wire taps or splicing! Jessica at hour 4 tells me about a diagnostic and I declined because I wasn’t supposed to be there that long! I had to go looking for her after I seen my car come around at hour 5! When trying to get my car I asked if I had to sign anything and she said no! Also I asked for my sprint drive that I have attached which lets me know when it’s removed, she says they couldn’t do anything to the car not even program the keys so why was I kept at the dealership held hostage for 6hr? I didn’t leave so I asked her when she finished with another customer about paperwork and she said, “ for what purpose”, no I have an extended warranty from my credit union a d have to keep detailed receipts of all repairs and since when any dealership does any service to your car and not have you sign or given paperwork for it and especially a recall notices? I waited an additional 39 minutes because she says he had to finish the paperwork and send to her when I seen my paperwork under the keys on the desk and she threw papers in the garbage in front of me! I would’ve done the diagnostic using my extended warranty that covers it but I was already there more than 3 hrs! I would’ve returned to the location as well as the brake flush some guy recommended that I never got the full results of the multipoint inspection! I will never come to that location again! Instead I’ll go to Performance Nissan rather than come there! I also will be writing an email to Nissan themselves! One of the original keys is kept in a safe and never used and the airbag light went off but to not even reprogram the keys after 6hrs is utterly ridiculous! I have 4 usb powered dash cams and the last time my car was On was 1:23pm today! They all have parking mode so I know they didn’t touch my car for 3 hrs! Jessica I managed restaurants for about 20 yrs and your customer service skills need a bit of refinement! So disappointed with this dealership especially after my Awesome experience with Joél

Unfortunately after several attempts at dialogue I had to come to this public tool to express my frustration with the honda coral springs. I was on the 8/26/2020 at the honda coral springs and I was attended by Jackie where I had a good first service, I went to check on the condition of the used vehicle that I had just bought and I went to the dealership of my trust to check the that needed to be done, in this first appointment a noise was verified that came from the tires because they were defective and needed to be changed, I was given a budget and then I went home. The next day I returned to coral springs honda and made the purchase of the 4 tires that had passed me in the budget. I subsequently identified two new problems in the vehicle, the headlight light was not working, the brakes were noisy and the bluetooth connection on my radio was defective, because it is a new vehicle I went back to the dealership waiting for the same service but it was there that my nightmare started both are under warranty, and ask to check the brakes when when when I brake I trembled, and then Honda Coral Springs charged me a fee of $ 160 if I did not do the brake disc service which made me feel obliged to do the service with them so as not to lose 160 dollars. I tried to talk several times, explain my frustration due to the difference in the service I received from Jackie to Justin but when the manager came he was rude to me and I felt even more disappointed with all that, he came up with arguments that would educate me and teach how it works in the united states what made me feel discriminated against as an immigrant. Unfortunately customer service should be standard in a chain of car stores as large as coral springs. but what i realized is that there is a difference between servicing employees within the honda coral springs. I paid what was charged and they still charged me for the disposal fee and no item was purchased to be disposed of. I hope my frustration is heard and respected. I also hope that there will be more opportunities for employees like Jackie Leyow who truly treat their customers with respect and dignity. I expect my entitlement to be reviewed and at least my extra $ 24 money will be refunded.

We Just want to let him know, Sir, we spent money to purchase . the roof rails is include in our price. you are unnecessary to lie.I Just found out, after they fixed the car, the screws not did enough, when car is running, driver seat is moving, making noise.

Coral springs Honda dealership. I purchased this vehicle a few months ago and I did the online credit application thru Honda website to avoid multiple hits on my credit. Despite this, the financing advisor also ran my credit more than once to shop for a better deal even when I said not to do it.First free service 5k miles later: Extremely busy on the weekends. Not sure weekdays. For service, the website shows opening@07:00am, but they open @9:00. I came Saturday at around 10:00 and they asked me for an appointment. I had called previously and they told me there was not need for appointment @ service. Service advisor recommended me to return next day very early. So I did! Showed up at 8:20 and I had 10 cars in front of me already! Just a few minutes later I had at least 20 behind me! But, the line was very well organized and service advisor was very polite and diligent. Ill update this review when I pick up the vehicle. It was my first free oil service for my mothers carUpdate: Service advisor called me I had a nail on one of my tires. Theres no such thing as free lunch, right? This supposed to be the first free oil change. Environmental disposal fee of 8.70 ( it was a patch!) Ended up with 50.00 for a flat. Thats the main reason I dont let my 70 y/o mother coming to the dealership for maintenance. Do the dealers put a lot of pressure on service advisors to make 💰 or they just make a few out of a commission? This car has 5k miles. You never know whats the latest tricks from companies to get your 💰. Also, advisor mentioned they did an exterior car wash. No, it was not.. The flat tire was rear right tire...no.one even touched that tire as you can see dust on the rim from brake pads still fresh. How would you feel when someone takes 50 for free?

Im glad I did not buy a car from here. They would not be clear with my questions about the price of the vehicle which was my main concern since I had a pre approval from another finance company. Kept pressuring me to run my credit. DO NOT LET THEM RUN YOUR CREDIT IN THE BEGINNING IF YOU HAVE NOT EVEN DECIDED ON A CAR OR PRICE. The answers I was being given did not make be feel comfortable so I said no and thats when the finance person got nasty with me telling me if I didnt want to get a car I should have told him so he wouldnt have wasted his time. Lue just to drag you in is a virtueThey go by. It’s been a month since I was basically forced to perchase a car similar to what I had been told available.I was warned 3 years ago NOT to purchase a car there. I unfortunately didn’t heed the warning. I’m still owed $925.63 since the 12th of December and they totally ignore you. Call the manufacturer if you have problems like I had.

But when getting a service done here they act like they care....they love to tag on other jobs so the dealer can reach there goal...some advisor are nice and do the best they can and give there honest opinion ....just hope you got the extended warranty if not your gonna cry with the parts and labor cost here ....

Be careful when dealing with this dealership, we were lied to! We visited Coral Springs Auto Mall and worked with salesperson Mark Bakir. We had a leased Kia Forte with a few months of payments left and wanted to buy a newer Kia. Mark showed us one that we liked, and when we asked about turning in our leased Kia Forte, he said If you buy the newer Kia today, there will be no excessive wear fees.We liked the sound of that and bought the newer Kia. A few months later, we received a bill from Kia for $1100.00 excessive wear fees. We called salesperson Mark Makir, and he confirmed we were correct and shouldnt be charged. We contacted Kia finance and told them this, but they said that they would need a letter in writing from the dealership. When we asked Mark for the letter, he said he would speak with General Manager Dan Presnick. After nothing happened, we left messages for Mr. Presnick but he refused to return our calls. We have also written letters that have been unanswered. Since we were lied to, we refused to pay the bill and Kia Finance sent it to collections and it negatively affected our credit rating. Be Very Careful when dealing with this dealership, they will do anything to get a sale.

Too high priced. These people are con-artist. They try to talk you into a overpriced vehicle finance contract. Do not tell them you have a down payment because whatever you give them down will go towards their over priced dealer fees and their over priced car wash and prep- not towards the price of the car. Classic car salesman. Smiles while ripping a hole in your pocket and vacuuming out your dinero -all while they ware you down for hours with more sales pitches --seating around waiting for your new or used overpriced car. That was my experience.

Coral Springs Automall/Honda, I have been a customer for 20+ years and as of today, YOU ARE NOW 7 for 7!With my current vehicle’s lease ending this month I was initially concerned about how we would go about the “process” of leasing a new vehicle with the limitations that my health and treatment regimen have necessitated in light of Co-Vid.Thanks to Nani, Madison, Alex, Mario and of course John I was able to complete 99% of the process from the comfort of home! Once we reached our agreed upon terms, I simply drove to the AutoMall, handed them the keys to my old car, signed the paperwork for the new vehicle, was given new registration, updated insurance paperwork and a quick review of the new cars “extras” that I was unfamiliar with and was on my way in under an hour! On 3 separate occasions I came in to get my running board fixed. 3 separate times I was charged 85 dollars. The owner said he apologized and would fix it. That was 10 months ago. He has yet to return a single form of communication. This place is by far the worst gmc dealership in south Florisa. Luckily this isnt a small town and there are plenty of others to choose from.

Coral Springs Auto Mall took my cash for a vehicle and for the the transfer of my registration. I received a new renewal notice after owning the vehicle for 6 months. I contacted the county revenue office and was told that CSAM made to many voids during the transfer and voided out the entire registration and I have s faudulent sticker. They would not own up to there mistakes and would not even try to rectify the matter. When I got upset with there inaction I was told to leave. Now I have to pay for another registration by the end if the month because if there incompetence!Bottom line.. dont buy a vehicle from this company. After they get your $$, they dont care!I wish I could give them no stars!

Dealership was friendly, not pushy, gave you space and even was able to speak to sales manager via text after we left. Petri began the conversation and Kristen sent me a quote via email that was more than fair. After minimal negotiations they accommodated me and treated me fairly the entire time. Sales person Samir was also accommodating and even helped me to deliver the vehicle. I’ve purchased about 6 or 7 vehicles in my life, this was by far the least painful experience I’ve ever had. I would definitely recommend this dealership. Have realistic expectations, you’re buying a car and they’re selling a car, not giving them away.
