Our salesman Mike is awesome!! All sales people should be like him. Honest, sincere and truly cares about his customer. He works to get you what you want.Unfortunately, I can’t say the same for the rest of the staff. Very fake, not genuine. They act like they’re doing you a favor to buy a vehicle from them. No one but Mike, the salesman, returns calls.Most vehicle buying experiences are not pleasant. People make the difference. Mike is on one end of the spectrum, while the others are on the other side. Mike calls well after the sale and genuinely wants to make sure your enjoying your new vehicle. He goes over the features with you to make sure you know how to work everything. I can’t say enough about him.It’s worth buying a vehicle from this place if you can get a fair price just to experience the customer service Mike provides. Just be patient with the rest of the team.

The services was carried out without complications. The staff was very helpful and kind. But it took 2+ hour to have the oil exchange I went for. So consider do something else in instead of waiting after you drop your car.

Jackie was my service advisor. She was friendly and welcoming. I expressed my concerns about my vehicle and she noted all of them. Because I choose to leave instead of wait for my car to be done I received a text message that included a link for all recommended services.I was able to instantly approve and decline which services I wanted to proceed with. Which was super convenient. Everything was completed in a reasonable amount of time.Unfortunately it seems like this was a new system as services that were declined were still performed. It took a few minutes to clarify this and approx 20-25 minutes to rectify it. Overall it was an okay experience but nothing exceptional.

I just had a great experience at Coral Springs Honda and it was all due to the great service I received from Justin Fernandez. Every time I go to see Justin he makes sure that my visit is handled promptly and he always explains how and why I am going to be getting the right service for my automobile. In the trying times that we all are going through it is so good to be able to get together with a man who is interested in doing what is best for his customers. As long as you keep this man with your company you can rest assured that I and others I recommend will be coming back to see Justin. He is a great credit for your business. The process went very smoothly with Ricardo, Shak, the sales manager, and Carlos, the finance manager. I was able to get the exact vehicle I was looking for and for a great price. Everyone was professional and friendly. I highly recommend using Coral Springs Honda and will continue using them in the future. I was treated much differently at this Honda location compared to another location that I had recently visited. What a night and day difference! Amazing service! Update:Feel like I’m being jerked around and tricked by certain sales people and I’m not happy at all. No one likes to have the rug pulled from under their feet and that’s what they are trying to do to me. If I can give -10 stars to specific employees I would.The only reason I’m keeping the 5 stars is because of the service department. Very polite and well-mannered. They do an awesome job and I always have a good time while waiting. 5 stars to the service department and ONLY the employees in the service department.0 stars for sales department.

I went to Coral Springs Honda for a 12:30pm appointment. I arrived at 12:15pm and would spend 4 hours waiting for (half) a job they told me would take 2 hours. I asked for an oil change and for them to reattach one side of my front bumper. They said one of my wheels was out of alignment and so we added that to the list. So 3 tasks, 2 hours was the expectation, including a washed car. I opted not to REPLACE my ENTIRE front bumper as they suggested, because it is repairable (real rip offs)! So an oil change and alignment took 4 hours!To top it off, the service manager and sales agent were upset that I complained, go figure. Plus, they broke pieces off the side of my front bumper where there was no previous damage. It appeared as though they had begun removing the part before I rejected the quote (20 minutes after they sent it). Between a service manager who told me to go on about my business and a manager/ owner who insisted on me fixing the car with them, while ignoring my issue, ( the additional damage to my bumper done by his service team) I got no service today and will never return.

Overall, good service and reasonably priced however waiting times for routine service items can be a bit long (e.g. 3+ hours). Dealership tries its best to take care of customers during the waiting time with drinks, food and a nice lounge but would be great if they had a faster turnaround time. I would recommend Troy as a service advisor as he did a great job.

I went to install some accessories to my car and the gave me 3 different prices.Every time I spoke to the them( about the very same OEM parts ) the price kept increasing, they tried to overcharge me trying to scam me. I ended up doing the installation with Rick Case Honda located in David, they did a great job for half of the money. Coral spring Honda has a very poor service, they even tried to charge me for the parts that I had already purchased. My advise is to stay away from this dealer you are going to be better off with Hendrick Honda or Rick Case Honda.

Be careful when purchasing a vehicle here. All sales reps just want to make a sale, but what puts a company ahead of the rest is follow through customer service. After leasing a vehicle here, they had no interest in helping get into another vehicle. All they wanted to do is harass me when daily phone calls in two languages to only get the car back. As a customer, when you are only treated as a number that is holding an asset and not a human, it leaves a bad taste in your mouth. Even after speaking to someone about getting me into a model I was looking for, all I got is an email offering me a different model and offering a progressively lower value for my trade in.Traded it in for a new car elsewhere and was given a very good offer to trade in the lease. Heres hoping that this new dealership will be a better owner experience.And PLEASE, Honda. Do not just cut and paste a response for this review. I really dont care about your robotic cut and paste response you see all down this page. It only shows how hollow and soulless you are.

So far my experience has been far from great. The salesman a young good guy, Ricardo was so great. He seemed new but respectful, no pressure, easy going, and knowledgeable. He was Fabulous!!! Because of him I had a written agreement to purchase a car with this dealership, with a particular car (vin) that was to be mine (a day before ) I got my check from the bank got hit and damaged. They said I had to wait. (No other color options available in the car.) I have been told that dealerships have sold cars from under people. This may or not be the case but when I asked to see the damage. Nope! Needless to say you know that feeling you have that someone is playing you. Gotta take my business elsewhere I guess even if it’s out of state. My daughter -in- law went to by a car from them some time ago … she left crying. They where so awful to her. Why I gave them a try and I don’t know!!!!

I was a current Honda owner that purchased from your dealership last year. I came in a few weeks ago to buy TWO Honda Pilots and they were unwilling to give a REPEAT customer deals for not one, but two new vehicles. I was unimpressed by sales manager and even the GENERAL MANAGER. I left and determined this dealership did not care about existing customers and would nickel and dime for everything without offering any type of solution. I felt bad for my sales guy thats just trying to make a living.Needless to say, I went over to your competition in Pompano and I was amazed with the family feel. My salesperson was a boss and took care of me. I told him what I wanted and he went hard to work and found me what I was looking for. The sales manager was equally great and pleasant. Made first available appointment for an oil change which at time of booking was 8am. After 2 hours of waiting I inquired about how much longer until they are finished. First response before even checking on my vehicle was “ ma’am there were a lot more appointments scheduled before yours” turns out the car was done but instead of actually going to find out I got excuses as to the possibility as to why they might or might not be done!

Please steer clear of Coral Springs Honda due to their deceptive tactics to get you in the showroom.After reviewing their website, I found a car I was interested in, called to dealership and spoke to Victor G., asking if the car was physically on the lot. His response after placing me on hold was, “we have 3 on the lot” and wanted to schedule an appt to view the car.I made the appt and drove 45 minutes to see the car, but upon meeting Victor G. I was immediately handed off to a sales rep who stated those cars in question were not on the lot but I wouldn’t like them anyway because I was tall and other on-site options were better for me.At this point I walked out and a person from Coral Springs Honda called me within 5 minutes stating, she was the “manager” and tried to talk me into coming back to the showroom. I obviously declined and stated I would never do business with them.Bottomline: the website is misleading, telephone sales reps are misleading and the customer should entertain buying a car they aren’t interested in.

I was surprised to be asked to pay $ 160.00 to diagnose mechanical issues, when we purchased the Honda Manufacturers’ Full Extended Warranty. Then, they tried to charge us to rotate the tires although, when we bought the tires from this dealer, they told us rotation would be free. When I brought that to the Service Writer’s attention, he said it was a mistake on his part, but he did it because we were charged for it at our previous service appointment. Interestingly, we were not offered a credit toward that previous overcharge!
