Im not your average consumer. I knew the 2022 Nissan Frontier was coming out and called this dealer SEVERAL times over the last few months waiting for the vehicle to arrive. I was very specific about the type of vehicle I was interested as well as the packages I wanted. Today I received a called from DAVID telling me they finally got the frontiers in so I tried to move mountains at work to get to the dealer as soon as possible. When I arrive I was informed that not only was the vehicle sold but they didnt even have what I explicitly said I was looking for... I get the pandemic has caused shortages on everything but I was persistent. Sales people will tell you anything to get to the dealer then waste your time.. I was offered a build but I would need to pay a $500 non refundable deposit. I called a different dealer, explained to them the experience I had at Coral Springs Nissan and they are willing to hold the vehicle for me once it arrives for a few hours. The vehicle is in transit to them and will arrive in 7-10 days with ALL of the features I wanted. Now THATS serving your customer. Needless to say I will never do business with Coral Springs Auto Mall and will tell everyone I know to find a better dealership.

Our sales representative Rick was excellent. From the moment we walked in to the moment we left he never stopped trying to get the best deal for us. I continually worked with him and he never let me down. He was always kind, understanding and was always willing to go the extra mile to make sure we were happy and pleased with our experience. Because of Rick I would come back, encourage my family and friends to come here and continue to come back myself to Coral Springs Nissan. Mind you, I live all the way in Homestead and yet because of his outstanding customer service I will take the drive every time.

Went to Nissan in Coral Springs to have an oil change and tires rotated and to have the rest of the van checked out. Hector was my service person.He was amazing. He told me exactly what was going to be done and would call me when they had the information about other items of service that needed to be done. Hector worked with me and what I could afford at this time and never put any pressure to have all the items on the service list done. He then said that the intake manifold gasket was not in stock and he said it would be done on Saturday by 12 noon. Hector was right on point and my van was ready as promised. Overall, my experience was a very good one.

Hector was awesome. Moe was definitely persistent and very convincing in a good way. The process took a lot longer than expected due to the system being down that way once we got down to speaking with the finance person I forgot her name but she’s tall blonde and has an accent. My mom and I were both told we’d only give down payments of 500 and 1000 and we ended up giving the first payment as well, which wasn’t what we were promised but that happened after we went to the finance aspect of the visit. I just hope next time it’s made clear that we’ll only give the down not down and first payment. Thankfully we had enough money to do both.

After my last oil change, I received a call from them asking me to complete the email survey and they will offer me a complimentary oil change next visit. This is a dubious practice for obtaining sincere feedback from customers but I was happy to oblige for a free oil change. I completed the survey but was told today that they have no record of that offer. So either the person who called me made a mistake or they were outright lying. Shady business practice and I don’t appreciate having my time wasted.Edit: I assure you it was your business and someone clearly is in the habit of calling customers and soliciting surveys. I doubled checked the survey email dated 5/30/21 and logged in to verify it went through. See pic for confirmation.

You can barely get customer service nowadays. You can walk into a restaurant dealership or anywhere and have hundred dollar bills coming out of your ears and not get customer service! At Coral Springs Nissan they were there one hundred percent all the way. I would recommend this dealership to anybody. It is just Nissan corporate I would not recommend. TheTransmission had an extended warranty until 84,000 miles my car was 86000 Miles and the TimeWise was till August of 2023. And Ithey refused to do anything to help me out with my transmission. Even though they knew the CVT was a lemon they will not back it up. But Coral Springs Nissan one of the best they were there are one hundred percent all the way!!! Really good customer service from the sales department. Unfortunately I can’t say the same about financing. If your car or truck is getting delivered and you ever have to deal with Johnathon Rosario FINACE MANAGER pls be aware and make sure to ask for copies of the contract and the paperwork you are signing on pre delivering, reason being is: he will ask to sign new paperwork after the car has been delivered with the excuse that there was a mistake in the old contract and it’s no longer valid. The new paperwork will be completely different and have higher monthly payments. Do not make the same mistake I did and fall for its lies. Hope this review can be of help.

My normal service agent, Ms. Stone, is no longer available. I was placed with Dave. He did an excellent job explaining the benefits of flushing my brakes. I thought about it and made another appointment to get it done. Dave was attentive and responded to my concerns. When he walked me to my car I asked about the motion sensor for my Rogues rear gate. He had me to practice the kick to trigger the motion sensor to open. For me that was a plus because I hadnt used that feature since I purchased the car 2 years ago.

This was the worst experience. I brought my car in unaware of the fact you can only deal with one service rep and if he is not at work you are SOL. Calling to check in on my car I got passed from voice mail to voice mail. Requested manager and one was in a meeting and one not available. Finally got a call from my rep from the playground with a lack of information. The next day I got a rediculous quote one that cost as much as the car which is only 5 yrs old. My estimate price has been altered and my rep does not know why. When I went in to pick up my car no one would help me they walked past me like I was invisible because they were not my reps. Finally I found some one who would direct me to my rep. My car is now in AAmco who assured me that my car does not have all the problems that was estimated. From this experience I will never come here again nor buy a Nissan which is unfortunate because I did love my car.

The process of buying a car is never a pleasant one and Coral Springs Nissan was not the exception.Our experience with this dealership was THE poorest, greatly in part due to the Sales Manager Anthony. He was flat out condescending and disrespectful. He even went to the extent of suggesting that my husband and I were lying about buying the car because we wanted to complete the process virtually, as we could not drive down from Central Florida because we have a baby.We filled out the credit application and provided all the documentation. Even with all of this proof of our commitment to buy the car, we never heard back from anyone to finalize the process despite our several follow-ups. What makes us wonder how is our information being used?During the last follow-up we were told flat our by Anthony that they did not want our business.I honestly feel bad for the sales person, David N, who lost a sale. He was nice and responsive.We ended up buying a car that is en route from the factory and we will have to wait 15 days to get it, rather than continuing to pursue business with this dealership. I do not recommend this dealership.

Make sure you thoroughly review the paperwork and terms before you sign anything. I can see from the past reviews that bait and switch is common practice here. Negotiated a specific deal with the sales manage. Went into the finance office to finalize and sign. Didnt realize they added some stuff to the out of pocket portion until it was too late, so I ended up spending more than we had agreed to. Complained to the sales consultant and manager who agreed that the deal was not structured as agreed, but they kind of just shrugged it off. Be very careful or go elsewhere.

The treatment they give the customer is terrible, they only smile at you when they want to sell you. I did a business with them which they did not comply with me, the car I asked for never arrived but they did open a debt in my name in the bank and they still have not canceled it and that is hurting me to buy my car, now I am going to look for them and neither They take care of me, I call them and they dont answer. And I keep getting my car charges and toll charges from a license plate that is not mine, they never gave it to me and these irresponsible people only pay attention to you if you are going to buy. Buyers beware! My GF purchased a vehicle recently and was a decent APR through Nissans own finance company. All the paperwork was completed, trade-in was turned in and car was taken home. About a week later, she received a call asking her to come in because the bank had some questions. To make a long story short, the APR rate more than doubled.After she told me what happened, I did some research and that this is a scam known as Yo-Yo Financing where they offer you one rate, get you to commit, and then reel you back in for a higher rate.Dont get scammed by this dealer. Read up on Yo-Yo financing before you go to this dealership.

Took my car in for an oil change and when I went to go pick it up I see this deep scratch on The front of my car. If I didn’t noticed while I was walking to my car Nissan of Coral Springs wouldn’t have taken responsibility of the damages done. So they checked the cameras and it was caused during the time it was there. People came by and looked at it, they ended up saying they’ll fix it took them three days and was promised a rental but was never given one…. Huge Inconvenience for oil change 👎🏽 (How did y’all managed to bend up the license plate?) smh

When we came back in 2019 Julio tried his best to help us out, but again finance person just cared about number. Can I give negative stars I would. Their service department is horrible. I was told I had 2 free oil changes, only used 1 but when I had to pay, I was charged $87. They told me I only had 1. They would not honor coupon online. Told me it was MY fault. I have owned 4 Nissan, and 1 where Coral Springs. I have never been treated so bad as a loyal customer before. I will never go back there again! Horrible service and treated awful!

I recently moved to Florida from Massachusetts and needed an oil change on my vehicle and call to make an appointment but I was informed that they have walk in services also, which I did a walk in. However, the service rep Shai was very friendly and has great customer service skills. I sat there for over three hours before my car was completed, and the price I paid was way more than what I used to pay in Massachusetts. After leaving the dealership and reached home I notice one of my hubcaps was missing and I call to make a complaint and was told that I need to come back In and theyll check the cameras to see if the car came in with all the caps which Im positive it did. However, I just decided to purchase a set instead for my convenience. A few day after, each time I start the vehicle the service light still comes on which I know they did not reset it. Overall, Ill still give this dealership another try to see if the experience will be different or if Ill still be dissatisfied with the service. 🤔

Dont buy a car or get your vehicle services they this place isnt right I took my car because the check engine light came on and they said I needed a valve body for my transmission my check engine light came on again they told me I needed a new transmission they said it was new but couldnt show me any paperwork on the new transmission they supposedly replace they put a used one in there and when I came to get my vehicle it was running worse then before, now they telling the transmission is good its my thermostat that need to be replaced,give me a few more months I believe its going to need a new transmission they dont wanna replace it because it would cost them money I will be calling Nissan north America on these crooks

Came in knowing exactly what I wanted to do. I was given other options for leasing that I never considered before. At the end of the day I ended up giving up more than the 1k I initially wanted to spend and told I didn’t qualify for leasing after being given the option never asked…after driving the car for a week they were going to try to take it back from me but the finance manager worked out a deal so I could stay in the car.

It was a terrible experience for us. We had called ahead and mentioned what specific car and what trip and what package and what colors we were looking for and they confirmed they have plenty of cars that we are looking for and with lot of hope we drove all the way from Miami to Coral Springs(1.5 hrs). When we reach there, they did not have even a single car for our requirements, they made us test drive a higher trim saying they can match the price of that with that of a lower trim if we buy the same day. After the test drive, they said they cannot match the price and as it was out of our budget, we politely stepped out after having no options. Rick calls me back after 45 minutes saying he has an availability for exactly our requirement and he promised on the call that he is willing to sell it to our pre-decided budget and he will be ready with the finance guys if we go back right away. We drove back for another 45 minutes to the dealership. And Rick doesnt come to talk to us, but another manager comes, apologizes and said they dont have any cars as per our requirement. Absolutely terrible experience as we wasted almost half a day of my life for nothing. If you are a prospective customer, BEWARE OF THEIR FALSE PROMISES either on phone calls or in office. Do yourself a favor and find your required car in any other dealership instead of wasting your time with false promises of this dealership.

I went to Coral Springs Nissan because they had a good selection of Nissan Leafs which was what I was looking for. I also did not want to spend all day there. I ended up there for 4 hours which was a bit longer than I had hoped for. Mike, my salesperson, was fabulous. I know that unless you are paying cash, certain things need to happen and they take time. I think some of the time spent on the phone could have been done without my being there and waiting. this might have cut my time there by about 45 minutes. I appreciated the lunch wile I was waiting to see PJ in finance. I am very, very happy with my new car.

I was pleased to be called 20 minutes prior to that time to pick up my vehicle. Everything was fine and they even washed my car -complementary. These people say whatever they need to to sell a car. They supposedly got me approved for 84 months only to call me back there to tell me I wasnt approved after I signed a contract which they would not disclose on the phone. Then they keep you waiting all the time. There is no in and out there at all! They also said they would take care of getting my plate for me. Its been over a month and now my temporary plate is now expired and not a word from these people. If I get a citation Im bringing it straight to them. This is absolutely ridiculous! I have no desire to deal with this dealership ever again!

Worst place to buy a car. Had to waste hours of my time to finally get them to honor their online price. Sleazy, dirty, used car salesman tactics. One manager after the other, this old way of trying to trick the customer to think they are doing you a favor is outdated and downright demeaning. Will never, ever come back to this place.
