You will not receive the famous delicious PubSub at this location. As a native Floridian, I have never been more disappointed in Publix. These were lacking in toppings and they didnt get the order correct.Choose a different Publix location to get a true PubSub.

On January 29th 7:40 ( dinner time ) I rushed into Publix with my mother to pick up a few items used the express check out lane.. our Cashier by the name of “ Em “ did not greet us , did not ask if we found everything okay nor did she make a single eye contact with neither of us. I picked up and item and automatically asked her what was the price she said $2 I’m like okay I’ll take it she began to ring up the stuff while I watched the screen to make sure everything came up at the right price the cashier began to push the items in a forceful way when she saw neither my mother or I was packing the stuff while she was cashing .. ( my mother has a boot on with a sick foot doesn’t do a lot of moving & if she does it’s very slow ) at the end there was no communication once again I was not told a total price for the bill I looked up at her to see if she’s even paying attention not a word .. I gave her the money and watched if she was going to bag the items after she got done with the transaction she did not instead your cashier Em moved on to the other customer in line and left the items there still to be bagged . I’ve worked for publix for 5 years my father & mother both for 14 years counting and this is definitely not how we treat customers especially older customers that can barley help themselves regardless if they’re with someone who could... we help and make sure a customer is satisfied and move on to the next. I live in the middle of this Publix , sample and university & I’ll honestly say I’ll rather take the 3 minutes more driving time than to go back here with this kind of service. I did speak to a manager did not recall a name but she was very nice and understanding.

It was good I got all that I wanted without help but kids behind me were super close to my back and werent at their tape line on the floor kind of uncomfortable since covid-19 is still out

Been shopping here many years. Special shout out to the ladies in the Deli dept, Ray at Service, and new cashier Lisa who are always friendly and professional on each visit. Great store.

Smaller store. But good service. Get there early, and you wont have to deal with a big crowd.

Deli department was the greatest, the guys servicing the counter and the gentleman trying the chicken were the best .

Its my neighborhood grocery store and I love it there. All of the employees are very nice and patient. The food is always nicely presented and the store is clean. I would give it 5 stars if not for the one lady that works in the Bakery. My five year old enjoys shopping with me because he always get a free publixs cookie from the bakery. Well, I wish she would engage with him a little more to make it feel as special as he feels it is. Shes very distant and rather cold. But other than that I really enjoy the store.

I did not go into publix. As the infection rate increases, I find staying out of crowded essential businesses is safer. Online ordering, curbside pickup or delivery are safer choices, I believe. I went into the liquor store. I bought what I touched, I touched what I wanted to buy and I was masked with spray alcohol at the ready. Stay viligant, calm and peaceful. An end is coming.

Working at the deli is probably the hardest job at a grocery store. Everyone wants something different. Everybody wants it their way. And the Publix employee must smile and always put on a happy face regardless of the situation. Tonight is New Year’s Eve and I had placed an order earlier in the day on the phone. It was a specific order for quite a bit of food. When I walked in to pick up my order there was no order found. Although the food had been cooked it had been given away to someone else. Food can’t magically reappear, it Has to be re-cooked. As I said, it is New Year’s eve and the store closes at 9 o’clock. Leave it to the cook named Serge to come to my rescue and offered to re-cook the entire order for me as I wait. Shame on the person who gave my order away before asking their name to see if it matched to my order. Regardless, thank you Serge, you deserve a medal. As I wait to pick up my order, for the store to close and for me to move on to my New Year’s eve party I want to make sure that this employee is recognized for going over and beyond. We are quick to criticize but almost never praise. I certainly hope he gets the recognition and praise this time around.Thank you and happy New Year!Lyn

New to the neighborhood and everyone here is very kind. From the sweet lady disinfecting the cart handles to the pharmacy tech and bakery staff. All positive experiences!

Competitive prices, friendly; but not intrusive.

Publix makes good subs but its never worth standing in line for most times 15 mins or more but thats how long it takes for them to make ONE sandwich at this Publix. I have tried to be patient but more often than not I just end up leaving frustrated and hungry. Im not sure how they are trained but maybe there should be a course on time management.

Things are always out of place. So when you find a 2x1 be careful so you don’t waste your time at the register .. when the staff sends the assistants they come back with attitude and if you so question anything they respond with attitude ... I just moved to Coral Springs and this is the closest Publix to my house, but am looking to drive a bit further and deal with nice and well trained staff.

Clean, lots of organic and natural food and products

This is one of the better Publix locations. Super friendly and helpful staff. The rest is what Publix offers everywhere. Happily, they do it extremely well there. Id give them 5 stars if the lines were just a little shorter.

I was checking out and the person who was bagging my items asked me a simple question about a product I was buying. At that moment the cashier chimed in and mocked the person who was bagging my items as asking a stupid question. It was insulting to the bagger as well as myself. The cashier was Lisa E. The store number is 0317. I hope that this type of attitude is not tolerated during this very stressful time.

Small Publix but great staff and amazing service. Clean but in an old building. Staff is mostly from the neighborhood and are part of the community. Does not have an extensive product line because of size. Produce is fresh and neatly arranged. Deli has gotten much better at serving customers.

Definitely one of my least favorite Publix stores. Highly suggest driving to CS Drive and Wiles, nicer store and much friendlier employees. I would give 9 out of 10 Publix stores 4 to 5 stars, not this one for sure :(

STAFF VERY COURTEOUS WELL TRAINED...CUSTOMER FREINDLY

This is one of my favorite places to shop especially this one. it’s usually backed up and crowded but I go because there is a worker there by the name of DioR who always has a smile on her face and always is so polite! All the other workers can learn a thing or two from her. Customer service is very important to me and really get great customer customer service every visit when I go through her line!!🤗🤗🤗

I went to publix to get a whole chicken for some stew because i was recovering from a horrible flu and Evens (Daniel Edouard) went above and beyond to skin the chicken and cut into tiny pieces for me. My stew was amazing thanks to him. I went back after a week and he came right up to me to ask how i was recovering. I was speechless. Sorry for such a late post but you are not forgotten sir. This publix really cares!!!

I have been going to this store for 20 years. Today I saw a woman walk her small dog into the store and I confronted her with the fact that I felt a grocery store was no place for a dog. She quickly responded that the dog was a service dog and that it was none of my business. The dog had no markings that indicated it was a service dog. I then went to one of the store managers and she said that dogs are allowed and that she was not allowed to ask the customer if they had proof that the dog was, in fact, a service dog. As I went to pay for my groceries I noticed that in one of the isles there appeared to be what I think was feces and it remained there until I left.I have always respected the quality of Publixs food but now that I know a dog can defecate in the store questions that quality.

I don’t like the quality of meats, poultry and fish here but the staff is nice so I give them a 5 star 🤣

The sub I ordered online was dying on their counter for 20 mins past the complete time before I asked what was going on and it wasnt even that busy. They could see me waiting by the pickup and never bothered to bring it over.

I had a lady refuse to serve me and was totally rude to me just because I was doing a money order and she even told to go do it some where else where its really cheaper like I didnt have the fee money... just felt like it was really disrespectful

There was a lot of great deals and specials going on when I visited today. A nice selection of produce and I swear they have kind of ice cream imaginable. I was also pleased to find they had Krispy Kreme donuts for sale, so I got a box of those. The deli had very good lunch meat.

I love shopping at Publix. I just think that their prices are a little to high especially in the meat and seafood department. But otherwise, excellent customer service and quality.

Ive been to many a Publix, and the layout is somewhat crowded, which causes the selection to be lacking in some ways. It was clean and cool inside which is always nice. The lighting could also be better and customer service was average.

Very clean store & located what I needed with ease

The store was neat however, I was very disappointed in their lack of display & ability to find Kosher products for the holiday season. They had absolutely no Kosher Passover Matzo!!

This is a very busy Pubix; the food/groceries here are very well stocked; everything here is very fresh. Cant complain about pricing, since that is how we get to have the so called deals - lol. But, the only beef I have is the checkout is a bit slow. It is something that can get improved on. Will be back.

Hey Publix is it necessary for my wife to drive to the store have to come home get me have to get in the car and drive back to get some chicken breast ground .... she was told no we will not grind the chicken also at the same store we were refused a rain check and told to come back after theyre delivery in a few days which Im not mistaken is what a rain check is for just wanted to let you guys know that the Publix on Riverside and Wiles need some help

This could be one of the worst Publix that I have ever been to. We usually drive further and go to the Parkland Publix (5-stars) to avoid this store but I stopped at this location since it was on my way home from work today (5:30pm Wednesday) & I was appalled. I couldn’t even see the shelves because they had crates of product just sitting on the floor in front of them. It was just so disheveled and dirty. The lines to checkout were backed up into the aisles. I just gave up and left and drove to Parkland.

Excellent Service in all departments, everyone is pleasant and helpful. Especially Deli and Bakery Departments. But as for the front of the store, it is not the case. I previously had an issue with a cashier who was complaining because I wanted cash back and was rude about it. Told the Manager. Yesterday this same manager was complaining to a customer about how the Ghetto south part of the neighborhood was now coming in her store, but made a point to say how nice the north (Parkland) is. Where else are they suppose to shop?

I LOVE PUBLIX for everything they offer to there customers & all the unwritten things that are just part of every PUBLIX and all of their employees.That is just 1 thing & it is huge to me. I am sure that many people who think as I do and look to get the same sort of standards & practices I would like from the store aa I am sure there are many others who feel & thibk like I do.There is always someone there at PUBLIX to answer a question you have, lend some.assistance, clear up some confussion or help in any way possible.Those are some of the things that sets PUBLIX ahead of every other competing grocery store. Those things and some other stuff that falls in line with all the great Quality, Sales, Service, & Products every PUBLIX has to offer to not only me but to all of their clientele, (wether they were previously existing, new or future customers).Everything is taken care of with the best customer service which will keep them all coming back again & again forever.

Everyone is pleasant and helpful, but they have the absolute WORST deli in town. They are regularly under-staffed and the meager staff that is there have no real direction or task. They run around each other with everyone appearing to be doing everything. It takes a minimum of 20 minutes to get cold cuts and the sub line is even worse. I actually travel past them to another Publix an additional 10 minutes away just to avoid dealing with the frustration.Complaints to management and other staff have apparently not been addressed.

Today 6-10-2017 was not good !!New cashier was horrible would not listen to my husband and I about a sale item Publix lost a sale and we proved to her we were right she couldnt care less. Publix use to be so friendly not anymore.

This Publix makes no sense. Only canned coffee I could find was Starbucks and Dunkin, which was not even in the coffee section.

Was waiting in line to check out when I overheard a manager yell at his employee to clock out. The employee was a senior while the manager around 30. I was shocked about how he treated him. The manager also was very rude with another employee who as well was a senior because she wanted to work 2 extra minutes.

Worst customer service lady ever I went there because I was receiving money from western union and she didnt want to give me my money! I had to go to another publix to get it

The deli meats area is full of flies. This publix grosses me out a little bit because I always buy deli meats, and whenever I visit theres always a bunch of flies. Nasty flies all over the deli meats and deli foods. Come on now.
