One of the nicest Publix Ive been too. Very big and everything spread out.

Large and open easy to navigate. Well stocked. Employees are all helpful and courteous. Very good variety of items. Extremely clean. Plenty of parking

I Love this Publix bright, clean and all the cashiers are all well mannered. If they are out of bread for subs the manager makes sure they get you a sub.

Do not play lotto at this Publix, if you do make sure you check your tickets before leaving. I played $20 fantasy five along with $20 power paid $40 bucks placed the tickets in my wallet continued to shop, when I got home I checked my tickets and the $20 fantasy five ticket was missing went back to Publix, customer service where I purchased the lotto they took five seconds and said there is no ticket, spoke to the manager/assistant manager she checked the safe, no ticket, sorry it’s not here nothing they can do, I’ll probably never shop at Publix again.

Super friendly staff that know their products, if you have questions. Great selections storewide. Quality meats, deli, and produce. Baked goods are always top notch. I shop here on average every 4-6 weeks, as it is a bit farther then my local big chain grocer.

This is a really well kept location. Even the restrooms look decent. I also like that the layout of this store is different too. It’s not super different, but it’s different just enough to make you notice and appreciate it:) I also found the employees sincerely kind. This location also had a liquor store in a separate building.

This company is always a FAVORITE.Even the big guy in bakery was friendly and helpful. And meat prices were competitive, not like W*lm*rt says.Thats perhaps the reason why: WHERE SHOPPING IS A PLEASURE.

The personnel in the food court area are very rude. Every time I go I have to wait a long time until they acknowledge me. They see me but they always act like they have something better to do. Also they dont restock the sauces like ketchup and if you dare to ask if they have more in the back the answer very rude NO! Worst customer service ever...

This is the only publix I have been in that never puts up shelf sale tags. Sometimes they may be in the cookie isle but 95% of the time the frozen food, dairy, coffee, and more dont have sale tags. Ive gone to a different publix on the same day as stopping by this store to be shocked items are on sale (with tags) in other stores. Its a clean store, big self check out. But if you want to shop for sale items ever skip this location. Ive shopped here over 100 times in the last 4 years. Same every time.

The publix itself is decently clean. Deli staff is the worst Ive ever seen at a Publix. I was born in Florida, Ive been to many different publixes for subs. Even when ordering online to avoid having to wait so long, my sub is almost always ready 20 minutes after the appointed pickup time. As I wait at the counter (this has happened on multiple occasions) none of the workers acknowledge me, and work at a very nonchalant pace as if their line of 20 people is not their problem. I have even seen them have a long line, and not even 1 worker is working the sub counter! Poor management. Should not have to show up to pick up my sub 20 minutes after Im supposed to, and even then it is sometimes not even done. All times of the day, not just at dinner time rush. Will be driving farther to the ramblewood publix from now on.

Pharmacy was very helpful getting meds not available at other local pharmacy.

Deli is terrible. Mannerism is highly the reason why. Gives a Walmart customer service vibe. Lady spoke to me in slang, assuming that I have no professionalism and proper grammar.

From getting a text message that my prescription was ready for pickup to getting a call, from Jonathan in the meat dept, to let me know the chicken wings I wanted were set aside, waiting.Every single person I came across was very helpful and kind. This just might be my new Publix! 😁

Great Pharmacy. Always quick and have my rx ready when promised. I got my shingles, pneumonia and Hep A vaccines here. All were in stock when I needed them.

The actual store its self was nice and organized. But I went to get a Chicken Tender Wrap from the deli, and I did not like my experience. While making my wrap, the associate asked her coworker to get onions for her because they didnt have any. And I watched the deli associate, walking really slow, stop to look at a few items that had nothing to do with my order, go behind a display case, and come back and say they didnt have any. The lady making my wrap then proceeded to go to the produce department to go get the onions. It seemed like the other deli associate did not want to be at work today. It really annoyed me because being a manager of an operation myself, I would have been upset watching that.

Amazing customer service here , cashier and bagger greeted with a smile and was very courteous.

I was very disappointed because they did no have enough check out personal and the waiting time was very long .

We dont get the key lime pie anymore it used to be delicious but they have done something to it over the last probably three months.

No sub bread 8am in the morning. Going boating and getting subs ar this time is our weekend routine. We picked the wrong publix. Not apologetic. Just a “nope” from deli girl. Additionally, front end supervisor Tara not very accommodating. Coupon $2 off for oj with Prosecco but I wanted a different juice which every other publix allows. (Some cannot drink oj) . Tara said no. Bottom line. Every other publix goes above and beyond. Bad management here on several occasions.

Ive been a residence to Coral Springs for almost 4 years. I always have a pleasent shopping experience at this location, but every now and then youll run into a rotten apple.Manny, the liquor store attendant will take you for a ride on certain days.I come in to purchase my spirits on the regular, and I make it a pretty quick and painless transaction. Yesterday, I passed him a $20 note that was obviously from years ago, but in very good condition. He used his counterfeit pen first and examined with the note facing the light. Not only was there a customer behind me, but after a long moment of examination, he proceeded to pass my money to the customer behind me for his validation. I felt embarrassed. This is not the first time he has done something that made me feel like less of a person, especially being the only black person in the store at the moment

The young man who was cleaning the cart and reconized me with my walker, aided me getting the walker into the cart. He was polite and helpful. Also the stockperson came to me and offered assistance...if I needed anything just let him know. Its hard to get good help these days but I found two !!!

This has become one of my fav supermarkets because of the very conscientious and helpful people that work there.

Items on a rack said clearance $1.99 , turned out $3.99 at the register. The associate went over to the isle and saw four of the same items on the same rack with the $1.99 clearance sticker. She said it was not that item but it was the item on a whole other rack. I understand if someone moves one item but four of the same in the wrong spot and the one that is $1.99 is on the rack that says $3.99. The associates were polite. Its the reason for the 3 stars.

The Customer Service at this publix is the worse. I have called numerous times to talk to the store manager, he does not care. Publix always seem to have good service. Once Covid 19 hit, everyone is angry and telling and watch out for the Crazy Mask police in the Deli and the liquor store. Very sad.

Horrible service in the bakery!!! !It’s sad I’m at this location every week! I go into the bakery to get the same bread as I get every week to have someone tell me that this location doesn’t carry it and never has.. but I just got it here two days ago but you don’t carry it... your staff should be more aware of their products...Your bakery need to educate themselves you can’t tell me that you don’t carry something when I buy it here every few days! I will no longer come here! Rude staff your bakery is a joke!

Im appalled at how rude uh hem RUDE the lady behind deli case. No ONE was in line as I approached the deli. There was 2 ladies behind the counter TODAY AUG 8TH AT 1130 ISH. I should have went to manager but with situation going on todays world. I chose to make a review. I ALWAYS talk with PLEASE and THANK YOU was the way I was bought up. But TODAY I felt she didnt want to wait on me. I actually felt DISCRIMINATION. I felt like a bother to her for her to do her job. Also when you are rude and roll your eyes at a customer who has said HELLO. Again PLEASE and THANK YOU. Disregard what Im saying cause you dont want to work very shameful. What happened to Publix employees saying hello?

Always dependable, clean, & well stocked. Im especially a fan of their iced tea, lemonade, rotisserie chicken, & spinach & tomato quiche. Their bogos are an excellent budget stretcher. Handicapped accessible & lots of free parking. This location is not as crowded as some.

Customer Service is excellent. Employees always smiling and available to assist at a moments notice. Theres never an empty shelf or an unanswered question. But the most disturbing part about shopping on a weekly bases is passing the General Manager, Paul Valentine while shopping. His demeanor is not approachable AT ALL. Never wears a smile. Avoids contact with customers. For the most part, he stays to himself and clearly does a fantastic job keeping the store up to standards. I would recommend that this GM prioritizes quality customer service to patrons.
