Great experience with the bakery. Ordered 2 cakes and they came out amazing. Would definitely recommend.The new self check out is a great new addition also.

Busy store, staff is ready to assist you with any shopping needs. Parking is tough. Annoying drivers pull up to ATM or for a quick purchase but leave their cars blocking flow of traffic.

Typical shopping center. Decent variety of stores, Publix being the anchor. Publix stores vary in quality and this one is one of the better ones. More variety of things available. Open, bright and clean. For example, a better selection of cheeses than other locations. I dont get why they dont have shopping cart return areas though.

I apparently went shopping at the busiest time and busiest day of the week because Ive never seen it that crowded. I dont do a lot of in person shopping anymore because of covid but I have been going to this one at least a few times a month for the last year. I dont normally go at this time in the day, it was between 4:00 and 5:00 p.m. on a Friday and it is Labor Day weekend coming up. The grocery staff is nice, friendly and helpful, but the older woman who was bagging my groceries was terrible at it- she was still bagging the person in front of me when my cashier had me rang out, so by the time she started bagging my groceries, in my recyclable bags that I bring with me, the cashier and I both had to help her because she is that slow and incompetent at bagging.

I live in Indiana and on vacation shopped at Publix and it was amazing! This what all supermarkets should be. Could be a little cheaper though. Although you gotta pay for good customer service somehow.

Shelves weren’t stocked and they were out of some items. Subs I ordered weren’t ready when promised. Had to wait almost an hour for them to be prepared. If I didn’t mention anything they would have not even bothered to make them. Don’t think I’ll be going back.

Its a new bigger Publix then the on on pine island in tamarac and the deli department has more people to wait on youEveryone friendly and helpful and always helps me out to my car to unload

I absolutely love this Publix and most importantly the stress free pharmacy!I have worked with many of the people in the pharmacy, like Rafael, Ashley, Megan just to name a few.. They are all outstanding and go out of their way to help with a smile and I appreciate that in these times!!The cashiers are always waiting at the beginning of the aisle, letting you know that they’re open and they can take you with a big smile and a welcoming voice!What I also love about this Publix, when the baggers or cart personnel are outside in the parking lot- you think they’re just grabbing the carts or taking a break from the inside but they’re actually going to our cars, while we’re putting our groceries in the trunk or in the car and asking if they could help us out and I absolutely love that!! BRAVO!

Nice and clean store, usually stocked on most of the products. Fresh fruits and veggies. People is very helpful. They recently added the self checkout lines for quick runs.

Go to Publix for this area - newly renovated with bright fresh paint and new signs. Staff is lovely!

Just went here and blew up out of frustration after witnessing people not wearing a mask in the store including the produce manager Sergio. When I said something to him he taunted me. Its infuriating to walk around wearing a mask I dont need because its Publix policy only to see others not doing so. When I spoke to the store manager Albert not only did he do nothing he told people walk in there without a mask all the time and they dont do anything because Publix policy is that if anybody claims to have a medical condition then theyre not required to wear a mask. So there you have its now optional to wear a mask at Publix.

I had a problem with this store recently and I spoke to Alex the manager. He was very professional and solved my problem immediately! He addressed my problem and made me feel comfortable again at my local Publix. Lorenzo was the shift supervisor and he helped me with Alex. Management around the country need more Alexs!

This Publix has been an exceptional visit along my travel path. Ralph, the manager was very pleasant and allowed me to plug in my electric bike for a couple of hours to speed me along my Florida tour.

Ordered spaghetti with garlic and oil the spaghetti came dry and stuck in a ball with garlic and oil on the bottom and the garlic was burned

We used to love this Publix, but its going downhill fast. Never cut the deli meat properly, last week all the fruit my husband bought was moldy, and today as I was eating a ribeye and I felt something stab my tongue. Metal shaving in the steak.. picture attached

This review is specifically for the deli. Employees used to be so pleasant and helpful. Not so anymore. They are rude and act as if I am bothering them. Come on Publix you can do better. If I want this kind of service Ill go to Walmart and save some money. I certainly wont be shopping at the Lakeview store anymore.

Me & my family absolutely love this Publix. In the past we have drove right past other places of business just because of the customer service. This is our neighborhood Publix and the customer service is FANTASTIC from the entire team. Just today I came into to buy my daughter her favorite ice cream sandwiches that were on BOGO and they were all sold out. One of the Managers Joe was so kind to go out of his way to ask me for my phone number and explained that he would give me a call later on in the day when his truck arrived. I still proceeded to go to other Publixs today but all were sold out. To no suprise, the Manger Joe called me this evening to let me know that there truck just arrived and that they were back in stock. Being in the customer service industry, THIS IS HUGH!! Thank you Manager Joe for your outstanding customer service. MY DAUGHTER IS IN ICE CREAM HEAVEN.. THANK YOU

Thank you for having all the items I needed in stock. Greats sales too. The best part was when I paid I had a very friendly associate named Valentina that made a lasting impression. She offered to walk us out seeing that my hands were full of personal items. That was very considerate of her even though I do get offered to be escorted out with my groceries when I come to this store. But this was sincere and what a smile. Give her a raise please. She deserves it.

Honestly.. I am beyond disappointed with the service at the Deli. We have ordered several times through online pick up for subs and they are never on time only at this Publix we have an issue with online orders. Today I decided to wait in line and I understand that it is busy but the customer service, sense of urgency, attention to the order were all lacking. The guy making my sub was talking to the lady next to me the whole time asking and recommending what sandwich the lady should get all the time I am just waiting to complete my sub and leave...he was just too too slow...if Publix has a sale they should have the right number of associates as well as some training for their workers on customer service...Im so disappointed ....oh by the way the wait in line was 35 minutes I should have left...I wish the management would do something about the customer service at the Deli...

I have been going to Lakeview Publix since it opened but after today I will be looking elsewhere. There was one person cutting lunch meat while several deli staff were walking around. The Deli manager walked out to scan an item near the hummus & did not notice that there were at least 4 people in line. I had to say something to her so she would actually help. Pathetic for a Sunday afternoon. I then went to the produce section where the bagged peppers were rotten. The Publix iceberg & romaine lettuce were brown. There was plenty of both but all of it was bad. Now I have to finish my shopping somewhere else. I think start it somewhere else next time.
