Ordered at 11am. Chose a delivery time from 1 to 2 PM. Came exactly at 1 PM. Everything I requested was in my package delivery guy was super nice and professional. Delivery fee was free. Great experience I will definitely do it again.

This liquor store has so many options! An adult version of a candy store....🤫.... Alex provided amazing customer service from helping us find a seltzer that was not on the shelf to finding a red blend wine. We also tried a new vodka, plum flavored plush vodka. It was so good! We paired with pineapple juice! 🤗We will be back!

Has anyone been asked to show ID when buying from here I was. I look young but Im 29 years old my wife was also asked to show ID. I asked the cashier if with just my ID we could buy. I was told no company policy there was a kid maybe 8 years old shopping with his mom. I wonder if he was asked for ID also my wife is 27 years old. She had forgot her ID so we had to drive all the way home and back and were able to purchase our drinks.Im not sure why we both had to show ID unless its really a company policy if it is ill delete my review.

I was in the store with my husband he was buying wine.the cashier Anita ask him for his ID He give it to her and I didn’t have my ID with me cause I wasn’t buying anything cause I was with my husband.but she told me I need to have a ID in order to be in the store.why would I have a ID with me if I’m not buying anything.I had to go in my phone to show her a picture of my ID for my husband to buy the wine that he wanted for himself.That’s don’t make since at all.I’m 27 and my husband is 38 I know better if I want to buy alcohol I will bring my ID with me.you’ll need to put a sign in the door that say ID required to enter the store.Thanks for mix up my whole night Anita

Awesome store. Easily the biggest liquor store Ive ever seen. Easy to work with too. Picked up about $800 worth of beer and wine on a Friday, and returned about $200 of the unused, unopened wine Monday. Easy peasy. Will use again, easy to recommend.

My favorite liquor store. Wine, liquor, beer...they have the largest selections in the area across the board as well as a rewards program.

I love coming here, the atmosphere is amazing and the customer service is over the top! Recently I have placed 2 separate orders through their website to be delivered and I had issues with both especially with my last order being marked delivered when it was not. I called Total Wine and they immediately opened an investigation still pending. I do know they use a third party delivery service so its no fault of theirs technically but I must say I am not worried or bothered because they always take care of their customers! Highly recommend!

This is a wonderful place for every alcohol beverage and non-alcohol beverage you could ever want.

Their inventory never disappoints. I just found it funny that the guy they had in customer service was having a full blown conversation about nonsense with his back turned to the counter. Had to flag another employee that fortunately helped me.

They are out of the tequila El padroni Anejo 1.75L that I like and I asked if it was possible to deliver to me or to the store from other location. They cannot do that and I asked them what they would do for customer satisfaction and the answer was nothing. They do not even offer a discount if and when I go 24 miles to the next store to pick up this brand of drink from them. This proofs to me no care for customer.

If you want to make it easy on yourself be sure to get a guide, I mean a staff member! There is such a wide selection that one could be there forever. We found a bottle of Red when we were in Gainesville a few weeks back and I was in a bit of a hurry to get home after a long day. Wife sent me a picture and I was in and out of store in 5 minutes. Best prices in town and with a large check out department no waiting. Good snacks at the register to select from too. Make sure to get a membership, you will be back!

Very unpleasant experience. Walked in one early morning with my work uniform on (Construction) and was completely invisible. Recieved no service, no help, not even a good morning. Unable to find the expensive bottle of wisky for my friends birthday gift I searched desperately to find. Just gave up and went else where to find it. Wont be going back here.. thats for sure. Walked past about 5 staff members and not a ounce of help or assistance.

Absolutely terrible leadership quality in management.The woman manager could not make a leadership decision and “think outside of the box”For a mere four dollars. Not only did she not believe that I had a price match she tried to call the store basically saying she did not believe me. It was very very bad customer service.I left the store empty-handed and went to “the price match”Place and made my purchase.I am a regular at total Wine and more and have accumulated points but was really dissatisfied.How a manager cannot think outside the box means they need to have a different job.

The Manager I dont know his name called me drunk and said I couldnt buy from them anymore today thing is I dont drink I only brought in a keg I bought for my wedding I love coming here but now I dont ever want to come back.

What a fantastic store! There are rows and rows and rows of wine everywhere you look, but its nicely organized by region as well as type of wine. The employees are visible throughout the store, and are very friendly. They also have other spirits and adult beverages (i.e. vodka, hard seltzers, etc.), but I didnt visit those areas. I found my Cabernet Sauvignon, Pinot Noir, and Pinot Gris with no issue. There are a vast array of price points, so theres something for everyone. Also, there are regular sized shopping carts as well as smaller ones to fit your shopping needs. At checkout, we were offered a bag or a box, and since we had 5 bottles, we opted for the box. This is a great option to have, in my opinion. What a great store! Ill definitely be back!

Not sure who the “manager” is here but today i received the worst service possible. After calling ahead to make sure they have moet imperial rose in stock and checking the limit per person (which I was told is 2) I got there and was told somethings completely different. Upon arriving I was told to wait for someone to get them from the back which is totally fine. But after the gentleman came back out and asked how many I’d like, to which my friend replied 3 bottles total. He was getting two bottles which I had been told was the limit and I was getting one bottle for myself. The manager then looks both me and my friend up and down and says that the limit is 1 per customer now. Which I reply that’s not what I was told when I called ahead. He then proceeds to say that the limit is 2 bottles per group as if to imply that I could not make a separate transaction and get my own bottles. Terrible customer service and a terrible decision on his part to discriminate against me and my friend. Furthermore he then says the limit is now one per customer and we cannot purchase separately. Although in the end me and my friend were able to purchase a bottle each, it was a terrible experience altogether and that employee needs to work on his customer service and appreciation. I would not recommend this store to anyone and plan on taking my business elsewhere.

My favorite liquor store because of its convenience. It is close to my house and always has drinks in stock. I receive coupons from there but it’s never for anything I drink. All and all, I will continue going there. Some of the workers are helpful and I can appreciate that! Nice liquor store!
