Always stop off at this Publix when coming back from Boca. Conveniently located right off Sawgrass. Supermarket is well stocked and employees are nice and helpful.

Loved it, I go there everytime my son has physical therapy. I am an addict for good food. Great people, always clean, organized and they have an AMAZING sushi chef!!! That sushi is to die for! And Im not really a fan of supermarkets sushi but this Publix wow! Always a pleasure going there.

This Publix has a very good selection of everything: from diverse produce to vegan and organic groceries. Compared to the one on Wiles Rd, this store definitely stands out. This Publix has everything I need.

Im usually a big fan of Publix but not this one. A lot of the produce was subpar, the selection was poor throughout the store, prices were high, the staff was unfriendly and unhelpful. A big disappointment.

This place is great. However the prices are sometimes double that of local stores. It reminds me of shopping at Kohl’s if you don’t have any coupons.

The pharmacy here is like no other pharmacy from the managers to the technicians these people care and go above and beyond more than any pharmacy Ive ever dealt with over the past 20 years. Phil always goes above and beyond and the compassion that these people give and show makes myself refer such a massive amount of people and when they go they see the love and compassion that they show you on an everyday basis. They should be rewarded and recognized for the true compassion and hard work that they do

Went to get salmon , the seafood department was very helpful in getting me situated.

Woman checking me out refused to bag my items and threw her hands up at me when I asked her to place them in the bag. Customer service young man was also rude. Not a pleasure shopping at this Publix today. For these prices, you can go across the street to Walmart for similar treatment. This has to be a management issue because Parkland Commons is on point.

This store and especially their deli department is going downhill fast. I ordered deli meats online and 5 out of 5 were not cut the way I requested them to be cut. This is not the first time this has happened. On other occasions items were cut at the wrong thickness, substitutions made or things were missing altogether. Tried calling the store today twice and was transferred into an abyss. Looks like Publix needs some competition because they are getting very complacent.

Sandwich line needs major attention. I get they cant have too many associates at the counter, but there was only 1 person actual working the line and 3 others just walking around aimlessly. Took 45 minutes to get an online order done and wouldve been longer if I hadnt asked.

It was wonderful. Picked up balloons for my granddaughter and some milk. I was in and out in no time.

I came in on 08/27/2020, during my lunch break and noticed that the coworkers seemed as if they didnt want to work today. The ladies at the deli was moving in a sluggish way, taking their time. The deli ladies also spoke back and forward to one another in a language I didnt know. Whispering and talking and glancing at me. When checking out, it felt as if O was in a self check out line because the cashier (Matt J), did not greet me, did not ask if I found everything ok today, did not say have a great day, just nothing. No eye contact or anything. This was my first and LAST time visiting this Publix. I will visit the location on Sample rd.

By far the friendliest staff at any Publix we’ve ever been to! Clean, everything in order and just great. Deli could use some work, but all deli’s are insane. Customer service staff is always great and super helpful as well! Won’t shop at any other Publix 😉

I would love to give a shout out to both Liam and Angel for the service they provided me during my shopping experience. I been having trouble using my publix giftcard at different Publix locations and both of your associates addressed my problem efficiently and with tremendous customer service. Liam was extremely friendly and personable while ringing me up for my items. He had a pleasant attitude and was very genuine with me. He is a tremendous asset to the Publix brand. Liam had Angel assist him in solving my problem. Angel swiftly solved the issue and had me on my way. I would like to thank both of them for their efforts in solving my problem. I hope both of them are recognized for their outstanding customer service.

Cashier Jacob wasted my time by checking a 5 DOLLOR bill. Taking my time from lunch. Why just why. I noticed he did it to every Hispanic.

The customer service & product availability in this store are always great! And they have the best deli counter out of any Publix Ive been to in South Florida. Theres a sweet young girl usually behind the deli counter who is so nice, so efficient, and doesnt take a thousand years like some of the other deli employees. Always a pleasure to shop here!

Ive been coming to this Publix for just over 10 yrs and Ive never had a bad experience! The staff is always very kind and friendly.Everyone at this store from the part time grocery bagger on up to the store manager is always willing to go out of their way to help. There have been many times that Ive asked for help finding something in the store and the person I asked tried to help. When they couldnt help me find it, they didnt just give up, they took me straight to another person and kept helping until we eventually found it.There are plenty of places in this area that I could choose to do my shopping but I always end up at our Publix. I know people that shop at other stores because its cheaper. To me its worth paying a little more; they always have the brands I like and I trust the quality of their food and its always fresh. Most importantly I know the customer service will be above and beyond my expectations! I could choose to do my shopping anywhere but I always choose Publix!

Decent grocer. Definitely cleaner than some Publix Ive been in and nicer than just about every Walmart but I still have a preference to Kroger like we have at home.

I went to get 8 pieces fried chicken around 3:00pm because the kids wanted that. I was treated so horrible by the employee in charge of the fryer. I asked how long it will take for the chicken to be ready and they told me 15 minutes. I waited patiently for 40 minutes, until I realized the guy was ignoring me; even though I let him know what I wanted. He had the chicken ready, then he took half of it and carry it to the Deli. Then, he lifted the wins and packed them all. Then, I asked again how long for him to pack the 8pcs regular chicken and he said it will take a while. I try to find out who is the Manager by the Deli, and it seems nobody knew. I asked a lady seated in a desk by the flowers and she said she will call the assistant manager. The amazing thing is I explained her what was the situation and I was amazed about the attitude of careless she had.Finally, i left with empty hands. The chicken was still not ready.I went home and the face of the kids made me feel how people can pass the hate across others and let us bring that emotional negativity and vibes to ours home and bring sadness to our lives.Its sad employees like those are in our neighborhood and ruin what it seems a beautiful Sunday at home with the kids.What a shame...

Employees dont even know where things have been moved! Couldnt find an item and 2 employees that I spoke to did not know where it was moved.Cashier never looked at me or said a word other than did I want to contribute a dollar for special olympics-- too busy talking to a friend who came in the line behind me.The bagger kept commenting that there was so much stuff, yet it all easily fit in one basket.Been shopping at Publix for as long as I can remember.Not a positive experience at all today!

Deli department has no regards to anyone standing on line at lunch time. They would rather pretend they are busy then tend to customers. I waited on line for 20 mins before I had to say something and then the worker said she will get a manager to help and never did. Other people on line said the same thing. I left and went to Sublicious and waited 5 mins from line to finish. I will be going there from now on.

VERY UNHAPPY WITH MY DELI SUB...THE GIRL WAS RUSHING AND NOT LISTENING TO ME AT ALL...SHE PUT WAY TOO MUCH MAYO AND MY SANDWICH IS FALLING APART! ALSO DID NOT GIVE ENOUGH VINEGAR BUT PLENTY OF OIL WHICH I DID NOT ASK FOR. WONT GO BACK THERE FOR A SUB EVER AGAIN.

Everytime I visit publix at sawgrass center the store is clean, well stocked and most of all customer service is great. They always ask If you found everything I needed. They will go out of their way to help you.

Clean store and easy to find what you are looking for; however deli is run horribly! Plenty of staff but not helping customers, consistently bad service, took 17 minutes to get 2 subs made with no line. No chicken made and placed out during dinner rush. Now go to the other Parkland Publix for deli services

We do all our daily grocery shopping here and we have done so since we moved to Parkland in 2009. Everybody is so friendly and nice at this Publix and we actually love coming there just to say hi to the people working there. Thank you!

When the store is over run by a group of children and they lay in the isles Blocking people from doing their shopping. The manger could have made a trespass order on all these little brats and had them removed by force if needed. Publix you caved into the demands of a domestic terrorist.

I normally love publix however the store in parkland on coral ridge is always put of somthing Of I do shopping there I usually have to find another publix to finish my list. On almost every occasion at this publix. Store is very clean amd employees are wonderful but would like to not have to go to two different ones to finish shopping.

So I walked into this publix and I was trying to get some water to prepare for Hurricane Irma so I see a 6 pack of smart water individually bottled so I go to pick it up and the employee tells me its $32 so Instead of trying to help people they trying to price gouge smh thats so ridiculous and I should report this
