We are extremely happy with our hot tub... but here is the reason I am writing this review. With just about any product weve ever purchased as a family whether it be a $200 lawn mower or $40K car... Ive never experienced the level of immediate customer service and question answering availability as I have have with the purchase of this hot tub. You buy a hot tub from Hanson Hot Springs and you are getting a lifelong partnership with with Jennifer and her team!!

Me and my wife were out getting things for our house that was being built. We drove by Hanson HotSpring Spas and decided to go look around. Neither one of us were in the market for getting a spa, but were curious. Walking in we were greeted with Jennifer who made us feel like family. She is very bubbly and fun, but to the point on answering all our questions and concerns with honesty. I mean she can answer technical questions for the most part and not to many places you go in now a days cant even do that. I am an ultra conservative and very hard to commit to such an investment. But I have to tell you every time I asked her a question, I was reeled in further and further. What I loved most about this experience was Jennifer made us feel important and not like a piece of meat. She was not pushy, listened to us and asked us questions(family and entertainment) helped us decide. You can tell she cares about the customers and the experience with a lasting impression. My spa has been the best investment I ever made. THE ENTIRE HANSON HOTSPRING SPAS FAMILY IS SO WONDERFUL AND I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM.

We bought elsewhere. One of the worst sales experiences I have ever been part of. We spent 40 minutes in the store and never got answers to our questions. The salesperson said she would get right with us upon walking in. While waiting, an older gentleman came to us and first thing he said - Buyer Beware When Buying a Spa. No discussion of our wants. No discussion of why Hanson except theyve been here for 40 years (you mean you have been selling bad products for 40 years with that statement)? The salesperson finally came to us and never was able to present options due to a personal issue (which we understood). Another customer walked in, who said she had an appointment for an hour later but needed to speak now. The salesperson proceeded to help her. The older gentleman basically shooed us out. Terrible experience. They need basic sales training. So glad we had a great experience at another dealer where the salesperson (who was more busy!), patiently took the time to explain features, options, differences - We purchased on the spot!

I went in today to get chemicals for my hot tub. And the lady that was working there didn’t want to help me because I didn’t have one of their hot tubs. She wouldn’t even listen to me. I will never go back there again ! Save some time don’t go to Hanson’s

The lady who greated us today rubbed us the wrong way as soon as we entered. We were just window shopping to look and she proceeded to tell us she would take our information and give it to sales. We told her we were just looking and she proceeded to rush us out and even went as far as talking poorly of other businesses. This is extremely unprofessional. We were excited to check this place out for awhile now, except their hours were never accomadating for our time frames. Definitely dont reccommend this place. She says shes been there for 10 years... Yikes... Surprised shes still there... Not good for business. Seems like the owner responses are always in defense like a child rather than a bussiness owner. Apparently Im lying about the woman stating she would take our information down for sales... Why would I lie about that??😂😂😂

We bought a hot tub from this store in 2019, and have had nothing but issues with it from the start. After giving hansons every chance to correct the issues and always being directed to fine print in warranty paperwork, I have decided to finally give my two-year review. Their product has electrical issues with them having to fix this seemingly same issue multiple times which should be the first Red flag for one of the most expensive dealers in the area. The pvc glue you can visibly see around the spa looks like a 2 year old finger painted pvc glue all over the pipes. In addition, their workmanship toward putting panels on, screws in, etc. Is laughable for multi- thousand dollar products and we have had panels fall off or seriously warp multiple times for just the fact that they were not installed properly with stripped screws, damaged anchor points, etc. This is in addition to the spa coming dirty, needing cleaned, and missing the cover we purchased from their warehouse, without so much as an apology and taking nearly a month to finally ship the cover I paid for. Their customer service is garbage as they tell us to go ahead and fix the screw and panel issues their installers caused by myself under their Amazing warranty while asking me if I want them to ship me the screws. The Spa pillows are not great quality and deteriorate which they do not inform you about, until you have an issue with one and now have to order them special order for probably much more than the price of other brands spa pillows, while they send you an email telling you that you are out of luck with this great warranty that doesnt really cover anything but the standard big ticket items. Either way, good luck getting them to get back to you with the price of a pillow as I am still waiting a couple weeks later. The Chemicals they sell in the store are horribly overpriced and they tell you that you have to use theirs to ensure longevity of your spa over other companys normally priced chemicals. The customer service ends on the date of the original sale, and since you can get all of what they have to offer from a company that sells a similar sized unit with more features at less than half the price, please let my experience guide yours to a much better one. Let me dispel their selling point myths: their quality is not better, more like comparable; you still have to use chlorine by their own maintenance requirements; the verdict is still out on their warranty being honored by stores across state borders, but with the warranty service I have received so far, it is not looking good; and the Low maintenance they sell you, for my spa is actually as follows: 1 to 2 tblspoons of oxidizer every time you use it and 1 to 2 tblspoons of shock at least once weekly, monthly filter cleaning with their $35+ special filter cleaner, and draining and thorough cleaning with silver cartridges, stabilizing chemicals, filter cleaners, water treatment (ph,alk,chlorine,oxi ~$145 depending on size) and changing the filter, additional~$120 every 6 months. [*prices will vary (increase)], and in addition to all of this, you Must clean the sides and filter drain catch every time you get in because the material and design loves to attract and solidify your organic matter. I hope this review helps and may your experience be better than ours.

We have purchased 4 Hot Tubs over many years for different properties. They have always provided great customer service and support. We had ordered a cover replacement which had delivery delayed due to pandemic.... Jennifer even stepped up and allowed us to have one she had ordered for her personal spa but had not yet installed, so she really put the customer first ! Thank You !!

Make sure that you get in writing the delivery date. Were were told that the exact model and make of our hot tub was already ordered and the date would be sometime in November. I call in on November 3rd and was told March.. So Hanson Hotspring Spas use sales tactics to make you believe that you will get your product sooner than you really would, thus sitting on your non-refundable deposit for 7 months. I would look elsewhere before doing business with them first.

We’re into our 12th month of owning our limelight flash spa. We’re extremely happy with it and amazed at the ease of taking care of it. Also, we compared our utility bills this year over last year and found the difference only to average out to $10/month increase. Can’t believe how efficient it is and we use it everyday, and sometimes twice per day. Jennifer told us this would be the case and she was right, and she knows everything there is to know about these things. So glad we made the investment!

The lady who worked there talks 10 miles a minute wont let you get a word in or even give you time to ask more than a half a question. She will leave you and answer the phone multiple times letting you know you are not the most important part of her day.the man at the counter appears to does nothing not even answer the phone. I wish I could give it zero Stars. I definitely will be taking my business elsewhere.

I went in to purchase an O-ring seal for my hot tub. The lady asked me if I owned a Hanson spa. I said no and she said sorry we cannot sell parts to you. Well I know a rubber O-ring is not a propitiatory part so I was baffled. I have a 20 year old hot tub that will need to be replaced in the near future. Guess what I will not be going to Hanson. They could have chose to help me and won me over. Remember the old Midas Muffler commercial If they were working for me, they wouldnt be working for me

We have been customers of Hanson HotSpring Spa for years - since we bought our Relay spa from them when we remodeled our deck. Jennifer, Jeff, Josiah and the rest of the staff are wonderful - friendly, nice, professional, and always helpful with advice on spa care. We love our hot tub and use it year round. There is something special about relaxing in the hot tub while snow is lightly falling. If you are in the market for a spa, you owe it to yourself to visit the folks at Hanson. We bought a Pulse hot tub from Hanson HotSpring Spas in August and had it delivered just recently to our home. Josiah was our salesman and he was awesome! He was very patient with our questions and is extremely knowledgeable and willing to share information that the average consumer may not know--but needs to know. We had a misunderstanding on the cover lift that we wanted, but it was resolved with the help of Matt (Manager) and Hansons owner (Andy) with great emphasis on our customer satisfaction. We definitely want to thank Andy for his understanding of the situation and his resolution which we truly appreciate. The quality of our spa is amazing and works great. Josiah (our salesman) came out and gave us a VERY detailed lesson on how to operate and take care of the spa after normal business hours. His presentation was way above anything we could have imagined and we definitely appreciate his flexibility on our schedule. When he left, we felt well prepared to take care of our new spa! If you are in need of a high quality spa, we definitely want to recommend Hanson HotSpring Spas and DEFINITELY ask for Josiah as he will take great care of you!

I bought a hot tub and started out with saltwater system. For whatever reason, struggled to keep water balanced and smell pleasant. Rather than leave me hanging, Josiah offered to convert tub to their ozone system at no charge. Now a few months later, I couldn’t be happier. We decided we wanted a hot tub for the backyard September 1st this year. We went in and spoke to Josiah. We didn’t have an appointment but he gave us time and attention and answered a lot of our questions. He didn’t have a lot of floor models due to covid but he had an Envoy to show us that immediately ticked all the boxes on what we were looking for. We were told they were all sold out and we were looking at a minimum of 3-6 months before they were in stock. We thanked him and left. I looked around at all the other spa shops to compare but kept going online to look at the Envoy. I reached out to Josiah again a few weeks later and he told me they had one Envoy available on the very next truck that was an order out but the purchaser changed his mind on a smaller one so we were able to grab it. It was delivered a week later! What a dream! We filled the spa Sunday October 11th and we’ve used this spa twice a day every day since last Sunday and it was by far the best purchase weve made in years. Its created a bonding family time for us every night after dinner when the stars come out. The teens actually want to hang with us in it and we have great conversations. Wish wed done this years ago. The salt water system is super easy to maintain too, way easier than I thought it would be so far.So thankful. Glad one opened up so we could jump on it asap.If you’ve been thinking of a salt water system then look no further. Josiah and/or Jennifer will help you get an amazing Hot Springs Spa too.

Outstanding service! A year ago, my wife and I were across the street looking to buy a hot tub at another spa place and didnt feel good about how we were being sold. On a whim, we walked into Hanson and were immediately greeted by Jennifer. She was friendly, knowledgeable, not at all pushy and we felt an immediate trust. We bought a tub right then. But the service story gets better. Every time we have a question (not many) everyone at the store has been willing to help. Case in point: Our tub recently started powering down for no apparent reason. I figured it was time to get it serviced. I couldnt remember the model or anything, so with little hope I called Hanson to try to get someone to help me figure out what model I had and set up a service appointment. Jennifer answered the phone and as I started to say my name, she immediately recognized me, told me what kind of hot tub I had and asked about my wife by name! I told her my problem, and she gave me a home remedy to identify and solve the problem. No charge. THAT is customer service.

Do you need a spa? Chemicals for one? Maybe even a repair referral? This is your place. The showroom is super neat and full of a wide range of products. I also enjoy seeing the wood building from Dublin and Academy. Service is quick and easy. I havent bought a hot tub from them myself, but the girlfriend has purchased two from this place. No complaints. Prepare to spend some money 💰.

Wow! Why would anybody go anywhere else? My wife and I bought our hot tub over 6 years ago and it is still running great. And thats not just by chance. Jennifer and the Hanson family have been with us every step of the way. We knew nothing about the care of our hot tub. But the Hanson crew made sure we didnt have to figure things out on our own. They gave us such good instruction that the cell in the hot tub, that generally last 3 years, has lasted 6. Again, why would anybody go anywhere else?!! Thanks, Jennifer, and your great crew!!

We’ve had our Vanguard for nearly 2 years, and just this weekend had our first issue with it. Hanson had a technician promptly to our house within a day of calling to fix the issue. He explained the issue, was professional and quick to triage and fix it. Customer service like this is rare these days, and I appreciate the rapid attention to our issue. Recommended.

I have been coming to this store regularly for about a year and a half to buy my supplies. The staff are fantastic and always treat me like a king. My spa was purchased elsewhere by the homes original owner, but that does not keep Hanson staff from giving me advice. These employees and the overall company know their stuff. We had a very complex situation regarding a high deck and lots of trees in a small mountain town. We had to use a crane operator and they coordinated it all! Josiah was a pleasure to work with. Highly recommend!

We had an initial problem with the electrical box which was resolved within one day. Jennifers always responsive to any questions we have. We bought a hot tub from Hanson two months ago. Jeff Dubuc did a great job of representing the product and working with us to make sure we made a good purchase. We bought a salt water tub and have been very happy with our purchase. The delivery to our home was on time and we enjoyed our tub the very next day - and almost every day since. Jeff came out to demonstrate the features of the tub within two days of delivery and he has made himself available to answer all my questions regarding the function and chemical balance in our tub. What a FANTASTIC experience at Hanson!! We had just bought our first hot tub, used online. We got it and I realized I had NO clue what I was doing. I called and talked to Nick to see if they sold a chemical starter kit...he explained they had what I needed and would be happy to help explain. I let him know I would be there shortly, and when I walked in they had everything I needed ready to go on the counter. Jennifer was SUPER helpful in explaining how everything worked, gave great advice for keeping our tub clean, and answered all my questions. I really appreciated how helpful she was especially considering I didnt buy my tub from them! I will absolutely be using them for any of my spa needs going forward. They rock!

I am so glad I went to Hanson! Jeff was awesome during the whole process- which included working with us to coordinate a delivery in the middle of a deck build because of a delay in the builders schedule! Even after the hot tub was delivered, when I asked to upgrade to the ACE Saltwater system, Jeff worked with me to make that happen. The delivery crew and the crew that did the after delivery upgrade were amazing too! Everyone explained what they were doing and walked me through everything I needed to know about using and caring for my new HotSpring Spa- and I know if I have any questions I can call or email Jeff and hes happy to help me out! I recently purchased a spa from Hanson HotSpring Spas and it was wonderful experience. The salesperson was very knowledgeable of all products, very friendly, and was concerned about me getting the best spa for my needs. She, Jennifer, met me at the front door with a smile and was ready and willing to answer all questions, which she did in a very professional, yet relaxing manner. I left that day with a new spa and some new friends. These people make you feel like family. I probably should leave this out, but it shows how much these people care. I recently had an issue with my spa, that I caused, and needed some filter cleaning supplys. I called the store for advice and was told what I needed to get back into operation. I was not able to get to the store before it closed, so Jennifer took the order over the phone and dropped the items off, on her way home, after work. Im 58 and have never seen that type of customer service. Now, Im not saying they will run parts all over town, just saying it meant the world to me. Since purchasing the tub, Ive met other salespeople and everyone seems very personable and helpful. BTW, I love this hot tub!

What a great experience! The staff is extremely knowledgeable and so willing to help. If you get the chance to work with Jennifer, take that chance and run with it - shes incredible! She continues to be a genuine treasure even after the sale and installation of our tub. We stopped into the store to buy additional accessories that we thought we needed. Bought a house with a sauna. Without instructions I was not able to get things to work properly. Called Hanson and asked to set up a tech appointment. Instead they walked me through my system over the phone and got me up and running at no charge. Not a lot of businesses would save you the tech free like that. Definitely wont forget it!

I have owned Hanson hot tubs for over 20 years. When I moved to CO 4 years ago, I bought a new hot tub from the Hanson in Colorado Springs. Even though I had some issues, Andy worked with me to resolve the problems. Andy and Hanson have great customer service and they definitely stand behind their product. Honestly, Hanson wasnt our first stop when shopping because we thought it was out of our price range. We swung in an hour before closing just to see. Glad we did. Jennifer was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. We found a better quality tub, from a great family-owned company, for a better deal! We are very happy with out purchase - Relay 7x7 Lounger.

Mark and Jennifer are both fantastic! I recently purchased a High Life Envoy hot tub from them! Jennifer spent some time with me explaining each tub and the benefits of each. After the sale, Jennifer pulled strings to ensure I would have my tub prior to a party I was throwing during the holiday weekend! She came to my house and showed me step by step how to test the water and to properly take care of the tub! The delivery team was exceptional! I was not present, but I observed them with my security cameras and they worked very hard to make the tub fit exactly how I wanted it with very limited space! I spent some time researching tubs and visited every hot tub store in Colorado Springs and found the quality of these tubs to be superior! Iwould rate the overall experience six stars if I could!

My wife and I bought our spa about four years ago and have had absolutely no problems or issues with our tub. we bought our tub from Jennifer and she was very professional, courteous and answered all of our questions. When it came to delivering the tub they were on time and did a great job placing the tub right where I wanted it. When I go back to the store to purchase supplies and chems Jennifer always greets meet and calls me by name. Amazing she remembers my name. Now thats customer service!!!. I am I business owner myself in the service industry and Hanson Hot Springs is second to none.

I recently purchased a home that had a spa. Having never owned one before and no record from the previous owner as to their maintenance program I was unsure of what I needed to do to take care of it. I called Hanson and talked with Jennifer on a busy Saturday morning and she not only took the time to walk me through the process, she sent me a well prepared how to guide! We purchased a hot tub from Hanson Hot Springs a year ago. Jeff Dubac sold it to us and has been helpful anytime we needed him for the last year. Anytime I call or have a question, he still to this day helps me. He goes over and beyond and has come to our home to show me exactly how to treat the hot tub if he was unable to over the phone! We got our spa 6 years ago and its been wonderful! Jennifer and the crew there have gone out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed, including setting up delivery with a crane! We had a problem this year (the first one!) and they were quick to get it fixed and back to us. Outstanding customer support and service, friendly team in the store, love the owner appreciation events too! Cant say enough good about them - would definitely go to them if we ever need another spa!

Wow, these guys are amazing. The whole team! I purchased a HotSpring Grandee NXT which is hands down the best spa on the market. The process was friendly, honest and smooth. We bought a Spa from Jeff Dubuc about 3.5 years ago. Jeff and all of the people at Hanson HotSpring Spas have been great tow work with. Any time I have had a question Jeff has been able to assist and helped me. Their service department is also really good. I have owned two other types of spas in the past and never received the customer care that Hansons have given. I wold recommend them to anyone interested in purchasing a new spa.

Hanson hot springs does just that....we had a couple of hiccups with our spa but they resolved everything with grace and respect. We bought our spa two years ago & absolutely love it so much! It is hands down the best purchase we’ve ever made. So many wonderful memories and good quality family time has been well spent. We’ve never had any issues with it & just let me tell you how wonderful Jennifer is!!!! Also, we just recently went through a horrific hail storm that resulted in several thousands dollars in damage to our home & the lid is such an amazing quality that it fully protected our hot tub. On really hot days, we turn the temp down just a bit and the kids love hanging out in a pool like spa with their friends!! I did all kinds of research on spas before we finally purchased ours & am insanely happy that we went with Hanson’s!!

Bought A Tub from Hanson 5 months ago and couldnt be happier with the tub we bought or with the service weve received. We spent more than we thought and we are thankful we did. This is the ONLY place in town you should consider buying a spa from. Jeff treats you more like a long time friend than a sales prospect and they stand behind everything they sell. When our hot tub sustained damage from a major wind storm (that also took off sections of our roof) they were quick to come out and gave us some creative options for fixing it that saved us a LOT of money. Plenty of options for every budget as well.

RAVE!!!! We purchased our spa in March 2017 and Jennifer Catterson and all the other staff at Hanson have been simply awesome to work with. Jennifer helped us to select the perfect model for our needs and budget and there was no pressure as we have encountered at other locations. The installation was professional, easy and Jennifer has always been available after the purchase to help if we have any questions with either an email or phone call. What has been most impressive has been the care after purchase. In July 2018 we had a hail storm at our house which damaged our cover, lifter and controller. Jennifer responded immediately on a weekend and provided us a quote for the repairs and made getting our insurance check fast and easy so things could return to normal. I truly feel that we are a part of the Hanson Hot Springs Family-I know I can call on them anytime. I will never work with another company. Thanks to Jennifer and the staff at Hanson.

Best place for spas and accessories! Ive had my jetsetter to now for 17 years. Only had to replace the electric circuit board for heater and the heater once in 17 years awesome tub! I use it to stretch out every morning and keep my back limber no-more chiropractor! I love you Hanson Spa!

Jennifer and Jeff are by far the most knowledgeable when it comes to hot tubs and spas. My wife and I Shopped around at almost every hot tub store in Colorado Springs and we ended up buying our hot tub from Hanson Hot Springs thanks to Jennifer and Jeff we love our Moto-massage so much that we actually discontinued using our physical therapist which was costing us a fortune. We highly recommend if you’re in the market for a hot tub going to Hanson Hot Springs and speaking with Jennifer they are the best in Colorado Springs.
