They provided useful information and it wasnt a hard sell at all. They left the decision totally to us! We picked a used tub that they had refurbished at a fraction of the cost of buying new. They stood by the product from start to finish, and when there was a minor delay in the delivery, they offered to extend our warranty as a gesture of good will. These guys are not like the big retailer chains with massive overhead cost and fancy showrooms. Martha at Colorado Springs Hot tubs helped us select a new Dimension One hot tub at a nice discount. We scheduled an installation with a local crane company to remove our old hot tub and lift the new one on the roof. Jordan and Arley set it up and showed us how it works. The old tub needed constant testing and monitoring but our new Dimension One has an ozone generator and only needs Dichlor added after each use. We enjoy our new tub year round and are very happy with our purchase!

This post is a long time coming, we bought our hot tub back in May. Overall great experience, we were hesitant for the refurbished hot tubs. Them they told us about the blemished hot tubs, overall great deal. Saved over 6-7k versus going with the competition at Hanson and got lights with it. The reason for the post now is because of their responsiveness for a warranty call. Called yesterday and they are coming out next Wednesday to fix it completely. That is what customer service should be.

We bought a demo- new Dimension 1 spa from Colorado Springs Hot Tubs. All transactions were smooth and professional. The installation was quick and clean. One small leak was spotted on a diverter valve and the tech spotted it and fixed it quickly. He also instructed me on proper maintenance and cleaning. I waited a month from installation before writing this review in case we ran into troubles. Well the spa has been perfect. I can highly recommend this firm. We were looking for a hot tub to make our Covid-19 quarantine bearablein late April 2020. The minute we walked into the showroom, we weretreated with great care. The delivery and set up was flawless. We had anissue with the hot tubs heat that day and Dusty returned on a dark andsnowy evening to fix the issue. And, we live far out of town. His expertiseand customer service was extraordinary. Bought my tub in late August of last year and the entire process was amazing, went in and found one that I liked right away and for a fantastic price. Wow... what a great experience! After visiting several of the new hot tub sales places in the area, we were frustrated with the pushy sales people and the markups were just ridiculous. We were about to give up and we then stumbled upon Colorado Springs Hot Tubs. John and his crew work out of a showroom workshop where you can see all of their tubs in during the refurbishment process. Super friendly, courteous, and knowledgeable. ZERO pressure to buy... they ALL seem to truly enjoy helping folks. Price for our slightly used 100% refurbished dimension one tub is probably 60% off retail. Delivery and help setup was awesome. If you are expecting a glorious showroom please keep in mind their showroom is a working warehouse. I love this as it keeps coat down but it also gave us insight into the work they do.1 Year Update: Our tub is doing great ... zero issues after the first. I purchased my hot tub from Colorado Springs Hot Tubs over two years ago and I have been so happy with this company, I just had to tell someone. The whole purchasing experience was wonderful and they followed through on every single promise they made. When the hot tub was delivered, it looked brand new. It has been incredibly easy to maintain on a regular basis. Last winter I was out of town for a long time and my house sitter allowed the hot tub to freeze. My wife and I went to Colorado Springs Hot Tub to look at used refurbished hot tubs. They had several to choose from but we decided to buy a new one. John was very helpful and patient while we decided which one we wanted. We told John that we needed to have it set up with 110 volts when delivered and needed an extra long power cord. It was delivered as promised and set up was quick. Later we had some questions for John and he was very knowledgeable and offered some good advice.We have recently moved and brought our tub with us. After setting it up ourselves, we noticed a small leak. I called Dusty and he set up an appointment right away. I described what I thought was wrong, looked like the seal at the motor shaft and pump was leaking. He said it was an easy fix. Sure enough, He was out to my place today and had the seal put in straight away. We had purchased the tub just over a year ago and he honored a warranty service call free of charge. Dusty was extremely knowledgeable and gave me some good tips and explanations of what he was doing in laymans terms. I will refer Dusty to anyone that needs any type of hot tub repair. John is a very nice guy, especially while youre in the process of buying a tub! Paid $3600 for a Jacuzzi 315 in 2012 and problems were both immediate and many. After a dozen or more visits inside 3 months, I asked him to come get the tub and refund my money. John refused while promising theyd get it fixed. More visits continued while the response time got worse! They claimed that one time the water was low--it was not! Another time said the filters were dirty--they were not, certainly not new filters within 3 months! Those problems included, but not limited to, the Heater, the Circulation Pump, and the Ozonator, multiple visits on each! Finally appeared to get it fixed at the end of the 90 day warranty period. Then, the tub died 9 months later with the motor going out. A $1000 fix for that and tech said 2 or 3 other parts would also be going out soon. Essentially, totaled a year after the 90 day warranty! It sat while I considered options. Early 2014 I asked for a settlement of half the original cost. That request was ignored and no settlement counter-offer was made. I went to the BBB and that was denied for some unknown reason, maybe because I asked for a monetary settlement in my claim. It was a total losing situation. Due to the numerous service calls trying to get it fixed from the get-go, its my opinion that very little is done to prep them beyond aesthetics. If they seem to work, they are up for sale. I dont believe they are gone over closely at all! I would carefully weigh any decisions to save money there. If its a lemon, you will probably be drug through the warranty period and then its yours! $3600 for one year including a lot of frustration and a bunch of heartache sitting under your deck is no bargain!

We bought a beautiful used hot tub from Colorado Springs Hot Tub, have had it 2.5 years without any troubles. Why spend so much money on a new one when they totally refurbished all parts.

These guys are great! I didnt know a thing about hot tubs, except that I wanted one. After visiting some of the other stores in town, I was pretty much resigned to the fact that this was a dream for the future, if ever. Then I heard about Colorado Springs Hot Tubs and decided it was worth a shot. Im glad I did. One update I have to share is that recently our hot tub needed a service call and just like we would have expected when we first met these guys Dusty came out and took care of it wonderfully. My wife and I were on a search for a hot tub that would go in our basement. We went to every spa dealer in town and after we realized the prices of new ones were way out of our league, and the lack of customer service the new hot tub dealers dont provide, we ended up at Colorado Springs Hot Tubs to look at used. From the time we walked through the door these guys have been absolutely awesome. John was very friendly and answered all of our questions and never pressured us. Dusty came to look at our house and see what would fit in the basement. They delivered one hot tub and we couldnt get it in so they searched for a different one for us. Two weeks later they found one that would fit and Ellis totally refurbished it and made it like new. Dusty and Ellis delivered it and Dusty answered all of my questions on how to run it and water treatment. If you are looking for a hot tub dont go anywhere but Colorado Springs Hot Tubs. You can get an excellent spa for less than half the price of new and get treated like you are family from the start. These guys will be our friends for life!

And while they were correct in their evaluation of what was wrong, the price of their solution was unbelieveable. My Dad and I were searching for a hot tub to replace our old Sundance tub that had broken. Jackie, who does our Spa Maintenance had recommended John and Dusty at Colorado Springs Hot Tubs. From day one, they were Awesome! John not only helped us find the right tub to fit our needs, but assisted us in finding someone who would dismantle and remove the old tub. Once we had decided on a tub, the delivery and installation was very efficient, and the customer service was great! Dusty took the time to explain the all the features and parts of the spa. After a couple of weeks, I worried that the spa was not an exact match for our therapeutic needs. I called John and discussed my concerns. He took the time to explain why the new spa may not match the features of my old Sundance Spa. After some discussion, I decided to upgrade to a different used spa. John was more than flexible with my decision and made the arrangements to swap out the spa, and even waived the delivery fee. Almost 10 months later, we had an issue with the heater, I knew it was out of warranty but I called Dusty for his expertise. They sent Dusty out and he fixed the heater, no charge. I dont normally write reviews, but had to on this one. We are on our second hot tub from CS hot tubs. The only reason we are on our second tub is we loved our first so much we outgrew it really fast and upgraded to a bigger one. These guys made the process of not only buying a 2nd tub, but removing and replacing that tub so smooth, I was truly amazed. Between the 2 tubs we have had only minor issues that have been addressed so quickly one could only wish all businesses operated like these guys. 1 example we had a problem one evening and Dusty arrived at night while it was snowing to get us up and running. Unbelievable. John and Dusty please know that all future tub purchases WILL be at CS Hot Tubs.

WEBSITE IS MISLEADING, CAUSING ME TO WASTE TIME. THEY DO NOT HAVE THE MODELS THAT THEY SHOW ON THE WEBSITE. THE MAN WHO WE SPOKE TO WAS RUDE, HE ATE A HARD BOILED EGG WHILE SPEAKING TO US, AND IT WAS DISGUSTING TO WATCH... AND HE ACTED LIKE I DONT HAVE ENOUGH MONEY FOR A HOT TUB, HE TOLD ME TO CREATE A HOT TUB SAVINGS ACCOUNT HAHAHAHAHA... WHAT A JOKE OF A BUSINESS... KEEP INSULTING YOUR CUSTOMERS AND SEE WHAT HAPPENS... HE WAS NOT DRESS PROFESSIONALLY, HE DID NOT ACT PROFESSIONALLY, AND YOU DESERVE ZERO STARS...

I purchased my Tristar Hot Tub from Colo Spgs Hot Tubs and they were fantastic! They carefully explained to me how to take care of the tub, and even helped me find a great electrician who helped with hooking up the tub. I had a question about my hot tub a few months after purchasing from them and they were still so helpful! Customer service is important, and Colo Spgs Hot Tubs excels in that as well! I cannot say enough good about this company. If I could give them a higher rating, I would!
