We have been wanting to purchase a new hot tub for years. Had fears that we would not be able to get a hot tub onto our back patio due to very limited space and a very steep hill. The staff at Clearwater sent a person to our home to ensure it was possible. Once assured, we purchased a hot tub and are very happy.

Thank you for John and Bill for delivering the hot tub. The delivery was great! We are still waiting to see about the tub itself as the company did not drain the water out prior to the delivery in the only freezing cold day. We did call and spoke to the owner Ben O. who told us that if there are ANY leaks they will repair it. Fingers crossed everything is fine. I will update on this later. The 5 stars are for the delivery team.

To say I am disappointed is an understatement. I purchased a spa with a cabana (approximately $16k) in August with a promise to deliver in 30 days or less. The spa came, the cabana has not. It is now December.However, shipping delays are not my source of disappointment. It is the complete lack of customer service and integrity. I have been promised every time I call that someone will call me back with a status but, to date, no one has given me the courtesy of doing so. I have been told that it will be there “tomorrow! I am watching them load it on the truck”. It has not arrived and no one ever called me to let me know it was, in fact, not coming. I call weekly now— the result is the same. I am called “hon”, told that they will check on a status and someone will call me back. It never happens. And yes, I have asked to speak with every level of Management — none are ever available. I was recently promised another return call— that was almost two weeks ago. Nothing heard and no one is answering the phone.I put my trust in this company and its sales team. I filled out critiques, I sent emails to try to handle this privately. No response. This team has failed at every opportunity to make it right.

This company is absolutely the worst to deal with. We bought two hot tubs off of them both of which broke within a month. Then they want to charge us 60$ to come out and perform a service call on a hot tub that is under warranty. They don’t answer the phone and are just out to rip people off.

Horrible experience!We purchased a hot tub and when it came to deliver it, it failed a wet test, so we asked them to order another one. When we never heard from them, we called and called with no response. Ended up going in person, and they offered a different tub with an all weather cover. After several weeks of trying to nail down a delivery time, they brought a tub that was the wrong color, and no all weather top. We did not accept it, and talked to the owner on the phone, and he said they will make it right, and never heard form him again. Call after call was met with no response. We told them to refund our money and they have constantly ignored us. Avoid this horrible business!!Update - This is in response to Bens reply.We attempted to contact him several times on the phone and in person, and never responded.

I try to be very understanding and graceful to businesses before leaving a poor review, but this companys inability to contact me back and resolve my issue has earned them this review. I purchased a used spa on a Tuesday which was supposed to be delivered that Saturday. When I showed up Friday for my scheduled wet test the spa was in pieces full, of cold water, making loud noises and there was no one in the building. I was never told it wasnt ready and never even received a call from anyone later that day! After daily calling for over a week I finally did get a call back offering a new spa. The new spa was of lesser quality and I am not interested but I cant get a call back to refund my order. The sales process felt like a used car sale with lots of undelivered promises and the follow through after these people received my money was none existent. I finally had to dispute with my credit card. Just save yourself the trouble and avoid this place.To respond to owner response:I do not have any spa from this business but was contacted this week about trying to help us get one.

This spa purchase was not just for luxury it was to actually give our youngest daughter Sophia the best chance of recovery with cerebral palsy with an ongoing hip surgery that’s taking three years to heal. That’s why we got a spa and Dave knew exactly why we got it. I told them that time was an issue and they had a good 3 to 4 week window which was perfect everybody else was at least six months to a year out. I got a phone call from Dave telling me he has bad news and good news the bad news that the spa was delayed another 4 to 5 weeks. Because of Covid but he said I will give you a brand new hot tub as a loaner because he knew how important it was for me and my daughter especially. So Dave and Roger came and hooked up my Jacuzzi it’s been awesome and I’m still waiting for my other one. But he did the right thing they gave me a loaner they went out of their way to make it happen that was really cool thanks again Clearwater spa Dave and Roger.

Where to begin. We ordered a Nordic hot tub through Clearwater before Labor Day and were told we could expect it mid-October (side note: our salesperson, Aaron was pleasant and attentive to work with). No one called us with an update when we reached October, but when I followed up we discovered there had been a mis-order and our tub was not in the shipment. We were offered a substitute tub that was not what we wanted, so agreed to wait for the next shipment (mid-December). After December rolled around with no update, I again called only to find our tub was again not on the truck. We were given apologies and offers of freebies by our salesperson, and I will note that this time it turned out the error was not Clearwater’s fault but an issue with Nordic. The Nordic rep offered us a substitute tub or the option of waiting for the next shipment in March. With zero interest in turning this into a 6-month process, we opted for the substitute tub which was actually similar/slightly nicer than what we originally ordered. We were told by the Nordic rep that it would be delivered 12/26. We didn’t even hear from Clearwater until 12/28. Delivery was scheduled for New Year’s Eve between 12-3, though we were told nothing about what to expect about the delivery or how to prepare. The woman who collected the rest of our payment couldn’t get off the phone fast enough. On 12/31 the guys didn’t show up until 4:30pm (1.5hrs late), then discovered they didn’t have an essential piece of equipment to get the hot tub off the trailer and into our yard. They waited over an hour for someone to bring it to them, then ended up bringing it in around 6:00pm in the dark. They unwrapped it and positioned it, but despite telling us one of them was a “hot tub technician,” didn’t even hook it up to electricity and told us we’d have to have our electrician back to do that (the next day was New Years Day, so we didn’t have the tub actually working for several more days). I would have appreciated knowing the “install” didn’t include hooking up the tub so I could’ve planned accordingly. Actually, I would have appreciated being told ANYTHING about what to expect from the delivery or how to prepare aside from having the pad and electrical installed. Anyway, 2 stars because we finally did get something close to what we ordered and we are now happy with the purchase, but really terrible experience working with Clearwater after the initial sale. This order was screwed up multiple times and we never received an apology from anyone besides our sales guy, Aaron, and the rep from Nordic. Wish we had ordered from IHT instead!

Awful service and horrible quality of hot tubs. Have had nothing but problems from delivery to trying to get someone out to fix major issues with my hot tub. Sales person and billing specialist I originally worked with both fired and can’t get a hold of anyone for any kind of refund or to schedule repairs. Do not buy from them!

Never ever would we recommend this business..NEVER. Very poor business ethics and they “DO NOT” care about your time or their honesty.. Completely dishonest.Do not shop there,do not waste your time..they should be investigated by the BBB or any business ethics committee..this business should not be in business..

Waited 2 1/2 weeks for an appointment and it’s a NO show. They said there too busy. No sorry and no return phone call. Stay away like it’s the plague. They get a NO star! Need to revise my review. They called me back at 4:36 and said they would need to reschedule. No thanks!On the ball as expected. Only took them a year to reply to my review. Reply says this is a fake review?Nice try but people know better!!

Checked this site hoping the reviews have gotten better... and maybe Id try them again. But.... The owner made promises to us that hes never kept. Service? Average at best. Ive had to re-introduce myself AND our issues each time, and just got tired of it. The unit itself is working fine, because we have Jon from Chipita Park doing the maintenance! I will only buy from Bliss as a last resort.
