Great customer service! Husband really wanted a Bullfrog hot tub and I was weary. Backyards and Billiards was amazing through the entire process and we love the hot tub. Even after delivery and setup they sent someone all the way up to Woodland Park to help us with understanding chemicals and to answer questions. Highly recommend!!!

We got our pool table installed today. Customer Service was wonderful. Rob and his assistant (Im so sorry I dont remember his name) were very conscious of our house. Answered every question we had. We would recommend Backyards and Billiards. Thank you both so much.

Good experience. Guy that comes out and makes the delivery’s is great. Easy to work with. Only downside was the wiring can be a little tricky inside the unit, not because it’s confusing or anything just because if you hook it up with watertight conduit like I did and have the watertight knockout nut and do it all properly it gets tight inside the power unit box and you have to be on point with your wire stripping etc. All said I had to take off two sides and two corners as well as one side of the cover lifter. Fished all electrical and had it full in under 2 hours, looks great. Check out the pics

Bought a bullfrog A8 spa in March, told it would be delivered in June...then July...then August...but then a surprise that it was delivered a week earlier than the quoted August date. So it goes with goods due to the pandemic.Sales guys honored a price they quoted me before bullfrog raised their prices...they didnt have to do it, but that tells alot about a business. Delivery was great. Had one issue with the side panel and they got out and fixed it right away. I know someone else that bought a bullfrog spa from this place and I agree they will take care of you. We love our Bullfrog Spa and the service that B&B provides. Thanks

We just got our hot tub and we’re beyond thrilled with our Purchase at B&B. Michael Luke our salesman was extremely knowledgeable and was extremely transparent. When we ordered the tub in Nov he told us right away that we probably wouldn’t see it until March. We really appreciated that honesty up front. During the waiting months I spoke with Tyler who said I could text anytime with questions and he constantly kept me up to date as he got updates from the manufacturer. And finally our delivery was smooth and seamless. The delivery guy gave me a run down of how to take care of the tub and didn’t mind me recording it to watch in the future. Great bunch of guys who even after delivery have encouraged us to reach out with any questions, thanks guys!

Exceptionally pleased with sleuthing out of an intermittent problem that forced me to shut down the circulation pump.. They worked with me to come out out quickly due to an impending spring snow storm with 2 days of sustained low temperatures in the teens. They were able to locate substitution electronic parts on a 21 year old Cal Spa giving it a renewed lease on life. Pricing was what I expected. Both the skilled customer engineer (mark) and supporting back office staff (zach) were timely, well skilled, and a straightforward. Very first rate!

Just moved to Colorado 2 months ago. Our house we moved into has a spa and us never having owned one before we were pretty worried about getting it up and running. Called Backyards and Billiards to set up a service to have the tub checked out prior to filling. They treated us like we bought the tub from them! Zack walked us over filling and starting the chemical process and made it super simple. Even helping us sort through our box of old chemicals from previous owner. Really great people at backyards and billiards and will be coming back when in need of new spa/chemicals!

Was unable to get anyone to talk about their grills. So I bought a better grill from someone who wanted my business bad enough to tell me all about his products and answer all my questions. The representatives working there made me feel disrespected.

We had a great experience with these folks. From the sales staff to delivery and installation, their entire team bent over backwards to make sure we were happy with our new hot tub. When we experienced an electrical issue shortly after installation (not part of the hot tub...in the house), their technician responded immediately and fixed the the problem FREE OF CHARGE! Just doesnt get any better.

The sales person asked the right questions, quickly determined our needs and as a result we are very pleased with our selection, definitely got the right tub for our family. After the tub was delivered I had some questions that Im sure could have been figured out over the phone, or with some quick research. Jared, one of the general managers insisted on coming by our house after work (on his time), went through everything again, took his time, was extremely patient, and ensured I was completely comfortable with the operation of the tub prior to leaving. Great customer service! A technician came out and tightened the fittings on a slow leak with a large wrench. He also tightened the other fittings to ensure they did not leak in the near term. They also worked with me after a misunderstanding of the trip charge! I highly recommend them!!

They carry the best, most customizable brand of hot tub- Bullfrog Hot Tubs- and then they do a great job of supporting you with advice on chemical balancing and any questions you may have. Super helpful before and AFTER the sale!

I’ve wanted a hot tub since I was a little girl, and when it was finally time to make the purchase, I wanted to make sure I took my business to a reputable dealer. I researched other hot tub places in the Springs and some had terrible reviews. When I called the hot tub store 5 minutes away from me and felt like I was bothering the employee, I decided I would make the drive across town to Backyards & Billiards. I couldn’t have made a better choice. From the minute I set foot in the store and talked with Jared, I’ve gotten nothing but top-notch service from every employee who works there. I love my Bullfrog hot tub and the Covana cover that I got with it. I have complete privacy in a neighborhood where everyone is right next to each other. We purchased our home in 2017. It was a foreclosure property and it came with a hot tub, that we had no idea if it worked or not. Eric came out in February 2018 to evaluate it and was upfront and honest about all that was needed and prices to get it operational.Eric replaced the heater unit, one of the jet seats and fixed a small leak on one of the pipes. We used it for that year and had absolutely no problems. I called Backyard Billards again this year May 2019 to assist with draining and cleaning it and again Eric was amazing. He is always professional when interacting with customers whether over the phone, by text or in person. Our Cal Spa hot tub, we’d had for 25 years, was leaking, and we called Backyards & Billiards for repair. Mark came out a couple of times, found the problem, but was unable to locate the needed gasket to complete the repair. We were considering disposing of the tub, but called one more time, and Mark suggested replacing the pump head, fearing that just replacing the gasket wouldn’t be a permanent fix. We replaced the pump head, and Kitty made us a deal on a new cover. For less than what we had been quoted for removing/disposing of the tub, our spa has new life. Thanks B&B.

Really good place, the pool table are in excellence conditions, the beers are goods. The only thing that i dont like is the bad attention of the bartenders my friends got a two bad experiences with the bartenders with the Bad actitud.

Bought our Tuff Spa from them this summer and we love it. Mark there is very knowledgeable and helpful with anything weve needed.
