My experience with Clearwater Spas was very pleasant. To start off, Dave the sales guy, was very informative and helped guide me in the right direction for a tub within my budget. Unlike many other hot tub stores in town, Clearwater had a great selection of tubs in stock with no 6-8 months waiting list. I was also able to get my tub delivered in less than a week! There was a small mishap with the scheduling of my delivery, but I was able to get it immediately resolved with the help of Jennie. She was amazing and got me on the schedule with the next truck for the following day! During delivery, Donavan and his crew were very professional. He made sure I knew how to set up the tub once I got my wiring installed. They also gave me some extra supplies (separate from what was in my sales contract) like more frog-ease, PH balancer, filter cleaner. This was to make up for the little mishap but I was so appreciative of that! They really went the extra mile to ensure I was taken care of as a customer. This just shows its a good and honest business. I will update once I finish setting up my hot tub but overall I am extremely satisfied!

Awesome experience working with Clearwater Spas! Dave is the best....he coordinated *everything* for the deliver, electrician and even getting a giant crane to install the spa. Definitely recommend---no hassle, no pressure, no gimmicks. Solid all the way around. Thanks again Dave!

Brad was awesome. Even though he was helping someone else, he welcomed us and let us know that he will help us once he is done. He also told us where everything is and what to expect. We looked around and within 10 minutes he was helping us and answering all of our questions and asking us questions to find out what best fits us. We ended buying a hot tub and they gave us a military discount and other discounts. He also helped us get electrician to get the tubs set up. Brad is awesome.

My husband and I spent several months and went to 6-7 different hot tub locations before we decided that this was where we wanted to purchase a hot tub from and we couldn’t be happier! Each time we visited them, they spent as much time as we needed answering all of our questions as we are first time owners of an amazing tub!! Every employee (Brad/Ben/Jessica) we had contact with from the moment we viewed the inventory to the day of delivery, with Donavan and the crew, we had an excellent experience. They take good care of the military members as well.We are very thankful for the care of delivery. They took they time to be sure nothing was scratched or damaged in any way. Very respectful of our property. I highly recommend Clearwater Spas.

My husband and I bought a passion swim spa and hot tub combo in March 2020. It was delivered without any of the side panels, and it took eight months for the panels to come in. Because of the winter weather, we had to insulate the siding of the entire thing to prevent the inside from freezing because we did not have the panels before the weather got bad. When we called for an update on the panels, we were told they could not get a hold of the manufacturer because of Covid. After we finally got the panels, our swim spa was complete. In March 2021, the hot tub was blowing the fuses on the breakers, so we called Clearwater to come check it, mind you it was still under warranty. They came out March 31 to diagnose why it was doing that and said it was the mother board on the hot tub. Today is July 21, 2021 and we STILL do not have the replacement part for the hot tub. Every time we call, we’re told they’re a new employee and do not know what we are talking about. They say they will take a message to pass on, but we never get a call back. We have asked to speak to the owner or if someone could get the owner to call us, but that has not happened. Terrible customer service, it seems like employees don’t last more than a week because every time we call we speak to someone new, and you can NEVER get a hold of someone or get anyone to call you back. I’ve seen the owner reply to peoples complains on google review, so I wrote this to get your attention because nothing else is working.

Experience started off great and then went down the tubes quickly. Hot tub did not work upon arrival and Clearwater would not respond to calls for service. In addition we paid for an upgraded filtration system that was never installed. It took a month and several visits in person to the store to get a refund. Sad to see a company that had 4.9 stars just a few months ago drop this significantly. Cannot recommend them.

With the Hot Tub Shortage due to Covid, we had been looking for a spa for quite awhile, but were finding a 4-6 month wait period. Clearwater Spas of Colorado was our dream come true. Not only did we find an incredible spa, but they delivered to our backyard within the week! Dave did a great job showing us his inventory--he was a pleasure to work with! Reuben and his crew delivered our spa on time (they called and let us know when they would be arriving) and placed it in our backyard with no problems. We have been enjoying our spa nightly--it been a great purchase for our family! I highly recommend getting a spa from this business.

If your looking for a spa this is the place to go, I had tons of questions since I’m getting it for physical therapy. They didn’t try to sell me on the most expensive product but instead worked with me through the whole process and made sure once it was on site and installed that it ran all functions and that I knew how they worked before they left. Recommend them 10/10 times

Purchasing our first hot tub was a little overwhelming! Clearwater spas staff walked us through the entire process, beginning to end. From picking out what would best suit our needs, to delivery and set up...the entire process was above our expectations! So greatful we found them! We are lifetime customers.Our purchase:Wellis Taurus Deluxe, with 1 lounger. Perfect mix of relaxation & therapy.Mostly used by my husband and I, but our 3 children really enjoy it too! It is big enough for everyone in the family !

Absolute scammer. Several don’t ever get their spas while others get damaged ones when they buy new. No wonder there’s a class action lawsuit forming. What horrible customer service too, watched them flat out lie. Disgusting unethical business. I’ll be sure to spread the word.

They literally stole from me. 14 months ago I paid $13k. Still no tub. Lawsuit time. They lie and call all the bad reviews fake. Rude

EDIT: update from 2 to 4 stars. It may have took some time, but as the owner has mentioned in reply below, this team has definitely made good on the struggle bus ride that was my experience which hopefully is isolated to the nuance that was the heat of COVID. While I may have slight reservation due to my experience, these guys came through in the end and that means a lot. The hot tub seems to be working well, I can count on these guys to send help out if I need it, and most importantly they put their money where their mouth was.

He backs up his products with pride and goes out of his way to make sure the customer is treated above and beyond. In all honesty a one-star is way too much.... My hot tub arrived extremely dirty with hair leaves and other debris and it after supposedly testing it at their facility... Thats just to start the salesman there are extremely conniving they will promise you everything and deliver nothing Ive waited over 2 months now I had heard nothing from them... The Bluetooth radio was not hooked up and half the lights did not work and was disconnected... The most embarrassing part was the delivery man that didnt know anything about the product or how to set it up properly me and my brother had to help them unload it on strap it put the top on and put everything together they were clueless on all that procedures.... These sales people are professional con artist please be on your toes and document every move you do with them...

Updated August, 2021 - I stand by my review! My statements are true. I was able to get my deposit back thru my credit card company. I agree that Ben has been contacting me repeatedly to pull down the reviews (also on Yelp) and has threatened litigation, but I dont believe it will go anywhere. True that I was able to get the exact tub that was originally ordered from another dealer for over $2,000 less, but that says more about Clearwaters pricing, as I did not expect to get a deal, I was just looking to get the hot tub.Original post...Very disappointed...I put 50% down on a tub that I was told was in stock. 3 months later...No tub...still trying to get my money back!Update on a continued poor experience. Clearwater Spas called me yesterday, after weeks of no response to my myriad of calls, emails, and postings to tell me the tub is in. I told them I called Viking directly and have the tub coming from another dealer. Below is the response I get...After being completely ignored, now they have the absurd notion that they can still steal my deposit from me.PLEASE DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE!I have seen all of these very recent Yelp reviews saying how great their experience was - dont believe them!

We love our hot tub!! Ben has been great to us and weve had a lot of questions along the way. Beyardo was fantastic as well. Dave the service manager was also super helpful and has taught us everything we need to know for care and maintanence, setup the new ionizer upgrade and continues to give us VIP service. Well done.

Bought a spa from these guys in December 2020. They were all good to work with and Ben the owner really went out of his way to stay within our budget parameters. This is a good outfit and I am highly recommending them if you are in the market for a spa.

They are the only reason the review got bumped up!Worst hot tub experience ever. Horrible customer service (if I heard I understand ONE MORE TIME) and broken, incomplete products. Product was not delivered as promised OR working. Try getting help? I understand....make ANOTHER appointment. You were 5 hours late for the last one with a broken hot tub and not all the pieces! The job was rushed and we had to complain just to get the filter that came with it. When you are expecting people to pay 8K or more, more is expected from you.Go somewhere else, it is worth it.

Not a real good experience at this point. I had an appointment scheduled for which we paid for in advance because it was in Pueblo West and they are in Colorado Springs. I called because I thought my appointment window was between nine and 12 and no one had showed at that point. The gal assured me that he was coming soon to fix my spa. After 4 o’clock we got a text saying he’s on his way. No-show no call. It’s now the next day at 11o’clock and I still haven’t heard from them. I hope things improve.

Clearwater Spas is the best !!! Dave was our sales rep through out the buying process. He is a great communicator and listener which is why we got the best deal and products. He even answered our calls and texts after hours. We had trouble deciding where to put the swimspa, so Dave came to our place to help us figure it out. The delivery guys were all very helpful and professional. When we received our swimspa, Dave checked with us to make sure everything was good. He also stopped by before work to help us figure out the simplest thing like how to set up the bluetooth..
