These guys are insane with their prices. The first visit for a fan was okay but when I had to get a new radiator they piled on all these tests that they said needed to happen before replacing it. Got quoted $1000.. I went to Pilgers and paid around $275 for a new radiator. That simple and car has no issues.

Experience was very good.My wife and I did a ton of research about what may have been wrong with our vehicle before going in just to make sure we were going to get screwed over. We told the lady checking us in exactly what we were experiencing and what we thought the issue was.They allowed us to leave the vehicle with them (without and appointment on a Friday morning... Very Nice!), called us about 2 hours later with a quote to get it fixed, and the job was completed within 2 more hours. Very timely!I really appreciated the honesty of this shop, as they could have easily charged us for both wheel bearings instead of one. Thank you very much. They did recommend an oil change at a reasonable price and they were not pushy when I refused the oil change.Total cost was roughly $450 for a wheel bearing replacement and diagnostic.I would recommend this shop due to the pricing and the honesty that I experienced. I will also return for any issues that arise and see if the next experience is the same as this one.

Just got my car diagnosed here, and i’ve never met a more helpful/ friendly staff. They got it done very quick, and gave me the upfront honest opinion about what my car needed without hassling me with extra costly things.

The staff at CarDoc are AMAZING. They do good work and they make you feel good about forking over the cash which is a pretty hard balance to find when paying for that kind of service. I have never felt ripped off or had overpriced service for that matter at CarDoc. I feel compelled to mention that they are black friendly and I’ve NEVER felt uncomfortable here! I’m also a veteran and they always take care of me. To put things in perspective when I go here I’m usually asking them....“Are you sure...?....that’s kinda cheap..”

Very prompt and professional service! I took my car in for A/C issues, knowing and expecting that the compressor was probably dead, and they diagnosed the issue quickly and ordered the part for the next day. I dropped my car off around 8:30am and it was done by 11am! Aaron offered me 3 different options and was very transparent about total costs and the pros and cons of each option. The final price was exactly as quoted. The A/C works better than I have ever experienced since owning this car. I will be back for future work, definitely recommend!

I went to this repair shop with a car problem that I vaguely understood and that the dealership had failed to repair. Instead of forcing me to do their $90 diagnostic, they offered to look over the repair documents I had from the dealer and were able to find a YouTube video that described the problem I was likely having. They provided an estimate and encouraged me to look into the dealership again, this time with the additional information they provided on the problem. While they did not repair my car, I was very satisfied with the experience and will return to this mechanic if I have any issues.

Absolutely AMAZING service. When my car broke down, they were honest about my options and did not take advantage of me. Also Aaron specifically goes out of his way to take care of customers, he even replaced my light bulb because the techs were busy, so I did not spend more than 10 minutes in the shop. Would not dare to take my care anywhere else!

Extremely satisfied is a bit of an understatement. These guys diagnosed and repaired a fuel pump issue within a day on a Toyota Tundra and did it at a fair price. I own a motorcycle repair shop in San Antonio, so with that experience it is pretty easy to tell when another repair business is not honest, fair or professional. Communication was above and beyond. This will be my to go shop in College Station without a doubt. I have two children in college there, each have their own vehicle, so the next time we need repairs or service we wont feel like we should look around and research where to go. No need to look for what youve already found.

Not only was CarDoc the most helpful automotive service Ive ever been to (in ANY place Ive lived, and Ive lived in three states, and briefly overseas), but their price was great, the people there know how to do the job perfectly, and I went in thinking there was one problem, and they actually diagnosed it was something different and fixed it, and my car came back in, honestly, better shape than it was the day before it had had the problem (when it was still running smoothely).I highly recommend ANYONE try this place at least once (and if you still think another place has better service, than that other place must have the Michael Jordan of diagnosing and fixing cars working there, because Im not sure how much better any service could have been than what I received)!

Thank God for CarDoc. I cant remember the last time I encountered a business with such integrity and of such high quality. This place is an oasis in a desert. They are good, honest, trustworthy people and they go above and beyond the call of duty. After a nightmare of an experience at another auto shop, CarDoc made everything right again. Aaron, got me a detailed estimate within MINUTES of me calling, gave me a great price, and they fixed the problem I brought it in for in less than a day. The whole process was completely painless.A few days later, Aaron called me to tell me they had forgotten to replace a part; something I never would have noticed if they hadnt told me. He told me to bring it back in and theyd sort it out right away, no charge. Its rare that you find a business that not only does good work, but both owns up to and fixes mistakes without any hesitation.On top of all of that, when I pulled up to have them replace that part, my car was making one of those mysterious noises that it had been making for a year, but that somehow disappeared anytime I took it to a shop. I asked Aaron if someone could check it out since it was making it right then. He got one of the technicians to go check it out RIGHT THEN, and they told me theyd look into it more while they were replacing the part. They called me just a few hours later to pick it up, and when I got there, they had not only replaced the part, but had also diagnosed and fixed the noise! Ive had nothing but great experiences here. My 2001 toyota corolla locked open and they fixed that free of charge. I called for a price check and they not only quoted me a cheaper price then Midas and Meineke she (Morgan) told me that part doesnt normally fail on my car so i went outside to check and sure enough i found no signs of a leak and my levels havent depleted. Though I havent had a major repair done here I would highly recommend them. By the other reviews their repairs seem solid as well.Ex) Meineke told me the charcole evap canister would cost $1000 to replace and they were like no its $400-500Ex) Midas told me the power steering reservoir was leaking and it would be $400. They said $300 but also told me its a strange part to need replaced.I didnt give them the prior quotes when asking so they werent trying to outplay their opponents. So these are just their genuine prices. For which im very grateful of.

I went to change the Transmission Fluid. They said its not necessary. Its rare to see a car shop to give honest opinion and turn down an opportunity to make money.

The representative that I talked to was nice, but the price was not. My alternator went out on my 07 6cyl Camry, which they estimated me at $900 for parts and 4 hours of labor. They also kept pushing the more expensive alternator, even when I told them I would not be using their services. Called another shop and was estimated $750, but in the end I used YouTube and spent $275 (alternator and tools) with around 4 hours of amateur labor.However, the reason for my review is that I keep getting phone calls asking me to complete a short survey about my satisfaction with a shop that did not work on my car. One call would be understandable, but I have received 4.Overall, the estimates were very high, and my experience with CarDoc was negative.

I have been using cardoc for years(10+) now. They have always steered me in the right direction and they have also done there best to keep the prices reasonable. In my last job they pretty much saw me once every other a month because of all the miles I drove for my job. when I needed something they would usually suggest it, or would suggest it so I could get replaced the next time I was in not waiting until I was broke down some where. Anytime I went to them with an issue I wasnt sure what it was they figured it out and fixed it if it was warranted. I trust the guys at this shop they do great work and I dont hesitate to recommend them

Its hard to find good mechanics these days. I felt like the price quoted for the job was fair and they completed my alignment and oil change on a hard to work with 4x4 Excursion in lightning fast time. I will be recommending this shop and using them in the future.

The staff went above and beyond in both diagnosing and repairing an issue with my Mazda6. They genuinely care about their work, doing a good job, and making sure you as the customer are happy.

The people are friendly here but they tried to overcharge us a great deal. They gave us a quote at around $700 so we began to call other shops around to get a quote. We ended up going to another shop and payed around half of what they were gonna charge us. When we came in to pay and let them know we were taking it somewhere else it didn’t really seem to bother them. The people here are friendly but I would be careful about what they are charging you.

Our daughter is in school in College Station and we needed a mechanic to repair her car. Since we live an hour away my husband called and spoke to Tyler who was very professional. We were extremely happy with the work. We will certainly recommend and use the for any future repairs. It feels great to know our kids can be taken care when away from home.

Jeremy Hockley is the lead mechanic, he used to work for Ford in Research and Development. I had some MAJOR electrical problems that Jeremy was able to fix. The car now runs better than before I bought the car. THESE GUYS ARE VERY GOOD and VERY FAIR on their prices. Would recommend time and time again :)

Be careful about trusting these guys. Brought our mini cooper in for a break check because they were squeaking. They said they didnt hear squeaking but it was suggested that the front breaks needed replacing based on pad ware but the rear were fine. Got them replace and rotors machined, but the breaks still squeaked after we took it home. Brought it back in a week later to tell them the breaks squeaked. They took it for a test drive and said no then dont and the breaks are fine there is plenty of pad left. We trusted them after the owner of the business told us I wouldnt be in business if I did a bad job. 20,000 miles later the breaks always squeaked. Took it into a different shop and found out all break pads were completely worn and the rotors were damaged beyond repair. All pads and rotors replaced $$$ super expensive repair. How do fresh pads ware out after 20k miles?

It is very hard to find an good mechanic and Google put me an ease to find CARDOC. After reading all the positive reviews from customers, I am not dissapointed at all: they were honest about what they could and couldnt do since my car is an international import (they are not wired the same) and made my day by being fast and affordable. Aaron is very nice and the specialist that looked at our car was knowledgeable. I definitely recommend this place and Im sure they will have my business since I know they are reliable, honest and not pricey.

Even after a debacle with a bad engine and warranty for repairs (engine and labor), CarDoc honored the warranty, saving me more than $600 on that repair alone. My wife did mechanic inspection before purchasing a used car.They told the seller that the agreed price was too low.Also, it cost us $105.4 to have visual inspection and computer scan. However, on the initial receipt, they did NOT provide results of computer scan so my wife asked them to provide the results, and they refused. So I asked my wife to handover her cellphone to the agent (so I can argue with him) . Finally the agent agreed to modify the receipt to include the results of computer scan.This shop is not eligible for such high review.
