Ok could have been better service.

Consistantly good service and consistently great prices! I have been bringing my work trucks and personal vehicles here for over 10 years. In that time I have only ever had 2 issues which management was quick to resolve. In my opinion this is one of the most customer focused and well run oil change and carwash places in town.

Today I took my daughter in for an oil change and Mr. Carroll at wolf creek on rock prairie was the individual who assisted me. I am impressed with the timelines and willingness he had to assist me in a time that moneys tight. Mr. Carroll went above and beyond to satisfy not only myself, but other customers as well. He appears to be an asset to your company and deserves to be recognized, thank you Mr. Carroll!

My oil change was quick! The guys helping explained everything very well including why there would be an extra charge (my car used a different oil filter). And car wash was free and made my car look brand new!

This place is great. They are efficient and friendly. The price is reasonable and complimentary car wash is great too.

Fastest, simplest oil change of my life. They asked about my wipers and my cabin air filter as courtesy checks and didnt question me when I let them know that both were recently replaced. I was in and out in 5 minutes tops. I had barely pulled out my smart phone and they were ready for me to pay the bill and send me on my way. Kindly let me know my receipt is good for a free car wash within the next 30 days at their Harvey store.Will go back again and again if service remains this exceptional.

Fast, professional, reasonable! Informed me that I needed a power steering pump fluid flush, while he was doing the flush he realized my power steering pump was probably going bad, and did not charge me for the flush since it probably won’t help. Much appreciated. Glad to know of a car service place that doesn’t try to con me into doing things that are unneeded for extra $$. Will be back!

I only rated this business poor to fair because it is the lowest option. I would have picked unethical or atrocious. I went to have a simple oil change, and thats it. The attendant asked, How is your air and fuel filter?. I replied that we could take a look and see. He said Oh yeah, you definitely need a new one. The he asked, are you paying with cash? I said I was planning on using my card. He said, well if you pay me $120 in cash Ill change the oil, and oil filter (of course), windshield wiper blades, air filter, and fuel filter. I thought this was a great deal and immediately agreed. I walked over to the store for a coke , and when I got back he said, you can pull your truck forward. It was completed he said. I didnt believe it. I did not receive a receipt, I did not know what kind of oil was put in, and when I got home I looked under the truck, and the fuel filter had not been replaced. I dont think I can do anything because my attendant was the boss. Ill never go back, and always get proof before I leave any maintenance shop.

Great service

Drove up from Houston to get a daughters oil changed and this store was very helpful. Got the oil changed correctly and quickly. They helped me clean the windows, and checked the tires. Got a free car wash and a vacuum using what has to be the strongest vacuum in the area.

STAY AWAY FROM THESE GUYS!At the end of the Car inspection the technician approached me and told me that if I dont replace the windshield wipers my car will not pass inspection. He offered me two kinds of wipers: $20 low grade and $22 for the better ones. I knew they were overpriced but went for the $22s.When he came back with the balance it was over $50. I asked why, he said $22 dollars EACH wiper, not for the pair.

I had the same cash special as Troy, and learned just recently that the fellow who was doing that had been fired.Otherwise, these guys have been taking care of my car for two years now. I really appreciate them and their quick service, and everyone is very friendly. We usually dont even get out of our car for our oil changes.edit: Editing this as I will no longer be returning. Charged me for premium oil, put in low grade. I had to take my car back to the dealership due to them also not resetting my oil sensor. Going to the dealership for any needs with my new car now.

Quick if you are just getting a oil change. Dont get any major maintenance from them though. They tried to tell me that my lift kit on my truck was installed wrong and the front structs were in bad condition. Funny thing, my truck does not have a lift kit installed, my dodge ram is just that high out of the factory and there was no damage to my struts.

The staff are great and always quick to take care of anything I think needs extra attention.
