Fantastic establishment for most price ranges of bikes! Was helped quickly and the sales member showed us exactly what we needed in our price range quickly. Did a quick check up on the bike explained the service warranty, let us test ride it, then we bought and went on our way, the parking in the front is a touch dodgy. 5/5 none the less.

Great services always shines when something goes wrong. Team cycling setup 4 wheels to be tubeless on my Treks with TLR rims. Setup was good, small general maintenance was done. Everything was done on time. After 2 weeks and 50 miles, one of the tubeless tires went flat. I needed the bike for a trip the next day. With no pushback and no delay, they re-taped, resealed and got my bike ready for the trip. And the bike technician was great to work with.

Team Cycling has excellent mechanics and they are well staffed. They keep more products in stock than many shops. Even during summer months, I was able to get repairs done quickly. The business is well organized and managed- it’s evident they have been doing this for decades.

Team Cycling had the bike I wanted (no other cycle shops had similar bikes in stock). Order and pickup process was very easy. Jeff explained everything very well, and I especially like that TEAM provides free tuneup for the first year. Very happy with my purchase.UPDATE: I have had the bike now for close to a month or so. I was able to take it on vacation where we had miles of paved bike paths. LOVE the Specialized Sirrus 1.0! Very easy to ride, shifting is smooth, and it just feels like a very solid bike. Also, I took Team Cycling up on its offer to bring it in a few weeks after purchase for adjustment of the gears and brakes. They got the bike adjusted in less than 15 minutes and Im back out on the road again. Cannot be happier with the Sirrus 1.0 and Team Cycling.

Went to team cycling to buy a bike and was helped by abby she was very knowledgeable. i told her what kind of riding i like and told her i was looking at the sirrus 4.0. after she told me about the bike she fitted me on the bike and i tested it out i told her i would take the bike they had to make some minor adjustments and out the door i went. first ride did 24 miles the bike shifted smooth disc brakes are great very saddle was comfortable very happy with the sirrus 4.0 and the staff at team cycling.

I drove 2.5 hours to get a bike I have been waiting to find. The bike was ready when I arrived, but something happened unexpectedly. Kevin took the time to make some fitting adjustments, before I left the store. He made sure the bike was a comfortable fit for me. The COVID Pandemic has made it super difficult to find bikes, let alone accessories. The store was well stocked with BOTH! Awesome Service, very knowledgeable & friendly staff. Id been looking to buy an electric bicycle for over 4 years, & the wait was worth it. Ended up getting the Specialized Creo, after reading & viewing some online reviews. Its an amazing machine, that combines everything good about a standard road bike, with the power of electric. Even with the motor off, you absolutely cant tell that theres a motor. Just as easy to pedal as a standard bike. But then with the three levels of configurable assist, it can go from up to 80+ miles on a charge, kinda like riding on flat road with the wind in your back (eco)...to 30~40 miles in turbo mode, which will get you over 30 mph. The motor decouples from the chainring so smoothly, you cant tell its there. I was skeptical about the hype Id read, but after a month, its pretty spot on. Just get one!

This place is amazing! We brought a small child’s bike in to get a kickstand and they had one that fit and installed it immediately. We had a problem with our granddaughters bike chain and brought it in and they fixed it immediately and noticed another problem and fixed it too! We brought our son’s old bike that was at least 30 years old to get a new tire put on and they did so immediately.

My son and I stopped in for our first visit a few days ago. The folks were friendly, patient, and knowledgeable. My son and I are relatively new to the world of cycling, but Abby - the worker who helped us - made us feel comfortable and answered all of our questions. Although Im in the market for a bike, I probably wont have the funding until late winter, but right now Im planning to buy my first new bike from them. We were looking for a BMX bike and TEAM was recommended to us by a friend. We stopped in having done some research on them. As soon as we walked in, we were greeted and the staff listened to what our needs were. They explained the differences between the bikes they had in their inventory and allowed us to ask questions. There wasn’t one question we had that wasn’t answered and explained thoroughly. I am extremely happy we stopped in and purchased a Fitbikeco Series One. We will be back for all future bike needs!

Ive had the pleasure of two amazing experiences with Team Cycling. One was for a new bike purchase and the second was to warranty a frame that I purchased out of state at another shop. Great experience. I ordered a small accessory online and the website charge me the default 9. 99 shipping. I was a little disappointed at the high price but happy to pay it since this is the only store I can find it at. 2 days later I checked my account and I had been refunded the difference in shipping for what it actually cost. They ask questions about you, your experience level, intended use of bike and what you want out of it to help make sure you get the right bike for YOU. Service is fast, quality is excellent. The service here is amazing. Greg helped my fiance and I get our bikes and he was extremely helpful. I havent rode a bike in a very long time and was nervous but Greg was very understanding. He helped us find the correct size bikes and made sure they comfortable. They didnt have the bike I wanted in my size built so another employee started building it as soon as he heard I wanted it and it was ready to go with me by the time we picked out all of our accessories. Greg was very knowledgeable about all the products they sold. He was not pushy and didnt try to get us to buy stuff we didnt want or need. Everyone there made sure we left we the bikes we wanted. I always wanted a Surly Long Haul Trucker bike, went in because they are one of the few shops that carry and have on stock these specialized touring bikes. They had one in stock that one really one frame size to big for me. I dealt with Tom and he was great instead of trying to get the quick sell and put me on a bike that was really to big he said lets talk about what I want. He took the time to listen and we ended up ordering what I want and to customize all the features that I wanted. I had even took my one year old granddaughter in with me and I was sure he was thinking this guy is just looking not really going to buy. He walked me through what I wanted and added some minor changes that he thought I should consider. Actually what I was looking for someone who took the time to listen and offer advise. Before I left the shop we had ordered what I want and I called him the next day to make a couple more changes and he listened and offered advice on what he thought would work. By the end of that conversation on a couple of features I told him to use his own best judgment. Order was placed and was in and ready to go in a little over a week. Went in the store they walked through the fitting process not just send me out the door with my purchase. He probably spent over a hour with me making sure everything was right. He even walked it to my car and my rack is a few years old but still good shape he said lets play it safe and make sure it wont scratch the new frame he cut me a foam pad to put on the rack to make sure no scratching occurred by swinging on drive home.
