The Trek Bicycle Store has been my service provider for several years. Their staff is knowledgeable, professional, and courteous. The store has a wonderful atmosphere and a large selection and types of bicycles to choose from. Also, there is a variety of lifestyle accessories available. Highly recommended.

Although there were many bumps along the way, the management at the Blue Ash store was able to satisfied our needs for a new TREK Verve 2 cycle. There were many phones calls, visits, and frustrating moments in our 1 year saga of acquiring the TREK that we ordered in September, 2020. We realize that the cycle industry itself is in some trying times and we sympathize with their situation. Therefore, we tried to be patient but some of the communication, or lack of, made it difficult to accept the reason for the delays. However, the bottom line is we have the new TREK and appreciate the effort that went into making it finally happen. I cant wait to go on a ride with my 7-year old grandson, who we purchased a TREK bike for also! Sincerely, Larry Starr

Disappointed with the lack of communication. Bought a bike in March, was told it would be delivered in may, then Aug. I called two weeks and was still told it would be delivered in Aug. Heard nothing so I am calling to hear that it is now October. I fully understand there is a shortage on bikes but that does not justify the lack of communication and the tone of the sales team. When you share your concern, the first thing you get oh do you want to cancel? Some empathy for the frustration of a customer would work better. I hope the manager of this store reads this.

Very helpful and accommodating staff! I’m a newbie, and I had no idea how to fix my flat. The young man at the store showed me, step by step, so that I can do it myself in the future. He gave me tips on oiling the chain, and he even carried a bike rack out to my car so I could see whether it might obscure my backup camera. Another tech checked out my not-so-new tires and said he didn’t think they needed to be replaced just yet. I appreciate the integrity.

I love the people there! When I got a tune up on my bike we all realized that i was outgrowing it and needed a new one. When we decided on a bike someone overheard the conversation and asked about the bike we were talking about, the Marlin 5, and let me take his tricked out one for a spin around the parking lot! Great people there!!

I went into this store roughly four months ago. At this time, I was looking for a specific roof rack accessory and they were the only ones in the area to have it. I walked in the store and was immediately greeted by Mike. He walked me through how it worked and attached, through that he discovered I was in the market for a Bike. I’ve only ever had mountain bikes previously and hadn’t ridden a bike in roughly 10 years. Through several test rides of mountain bikes and a short rental, I realized a mountain bike didn’t fit the style of riding I now knew I wanted to do.Walking back into the Trek store with my mountain bike in tow I was immediately met by Mike again. I explained to him that I think I made a mistake, expecting a good amount of distain his reaction was anything but. He totally understood and was more than excited to show me pavement specific bikes. Again, I test rode several bikes, went through the features, benefits, etc. Mike showed patience and passion through the entire experience.I really felt that finding the perfect bike for me was Mikes top priority. I eventually landed on the FX3 Disc. I am beyond in love with it! Its quick, comfortable, and tough! Cycling has brought something into my life that I didn’t expect. My vision was to ride this bike for fitness, but in just a couple months its transformed into a hobby. It makes me feel like a kid again! Meeting up with my friends and just exploring, stumbling across a new brewery, riding to breakfast on a Sunday morning, and just enjoying life.I live in Liberty township. I have at least two TREK stores/retailers closer to me than Blue ash. The level of service I receive from Mike and his staff makes the additional drive worth it.

This is a fantastic bike chain who (unlike another local chain) provided me with an affordable way to reserve a bike without the ridiculousness of paying in full up front for something you may not have in your hands for awhile. They will give you an accurate estimated delivery date, again, less than what the other big chain offered to give me.Great management and staff are at this location who actually care and want to work with their customers in this time of uncertainty.

These guys rock. Daniel, Leon and crew were excellent. I was a little nervous about upgrading my bike and they were very patient and helped me every step of the way. They never pressured me and were very attentive to what I wanted and ensured I didn’t compromise. I ended up with my dream ride and Leon did an absolutely amazing job setting it up and making sure it was all tuned and set up exactly for me. Cheers to these guys what a great team.

I really appreciate the effort all of the employees made to assist me with the purchase of bikes for my daughter and wife. I was able to make an appointment and when we arrived they had the bikes ready to go. They were quick to add a couple of accessories to each bike. Overall I am very happy with their service and selection. I cant wait until it is time to replace my bike, so I can go back.

The costumer service was awesome. We were in and out in 12 or so minutes. I got great suggestions on new mountain bikes and gave me a perfect bike to try out. I am very happy with my visit.

My friend was ready to purchase a bike and a few accessories totaling $3,200. However, the front brakes squeaked and we asked about having them replaced. Both the sales person and the store manager (male, long beard, drives a Prius — didn’t get his name), were unwilling to give a time estimate to replace the brakes AND were unwilling to swap out the front brakes from an identical bike in the store. The manager abruptly walked away, to the back of the store — not to another customer — without a “sorry about that”, or “here’s something else we could try”. He simply made the choice NOT to help us, and in the process, LOST the sale. I seriously doubt he is one of the owners of the store, and I hope one of the owners sees this message. As a business owner myself, I cannot have leaders like this person FAILING on the job.

Took my Domane 6 SL in for service. They noted a worn chain and also explained need for new cassette. They addressed my questions and we went ahead with the work. During the maintenance they noted the front derailleur was malfunctioning and rusted. As this was not to be expected they were able to find another and replaced free of charge. They recognized my customer loyalty as I purchased and maintained the bike at the Blue Ash shop. Hats off to the Blue Ash Trek store!

Worst experience in this pandemic ever. We called before-hand to make sure that customers could go inside and look at bikes for the possibility of purchasing and were told over the phone that we could do that.After making the 40 minute drive, we opened the door to get in and one of the sales people walked up to greet and talk to us. I told them what I was looking for and asked if we could look around. He immediately said no and said that I needed to be specific on the bike I wanted. I politely asked if I could walk and look at the bikes on the racks and he refused. This is literally what they said we could do over the phone less than an hour before. I thanked him and we left.I am BLACK, and I can afford a trek bike - he lost a sale.

This place is amazing. They got us in and out in 15 mins. We now know exactly what we are getting, and all the info about it. Very friendly, and knowledgeable.

My husband and I just moved to the area and are super excited to get bikes again :) its been a while since weve owned our own and were happy to walk in to a bike shop and get all of our questions answered. Best price point for leisure and off road biking, best helmets, and difference in styles. They were very kind and knowledgeable and they even let me try them out. They definitely have our business.

I took it in for a broken spoke, they fixed the spoke no problems and very quickly.They also realigned my shifting and its running so well its insane.They were also friendly and knowledgeable.

Bought a new ebike las spring and recently purchased some cycling shoes. Keith was so helpful and friendly! My bike and shoes are just fantastic and I’m very pleased with my purchase.

My sister, my brother in law and myself were out looking for a bicycle for my brother in law. My brother in law walked into the store since he was the only one with a mask which was not a problem, my brother in law walked out with two masks for us, we were on our way into when we were stopped at the front by a different sales person asking what we were looking for and that they were in the process of closing and that their inventory was low. We were not allowed back in. My brother in law is white and my sister and I are Black Americans. Why was he allowed to walk in initially, however we were not allowed back in. It does not matter if you were closing we still had the option of coming in for a quick look. Very unprofessional and not welcoming.

The folks at the Blue Ash Store have been nothing but helpful and enthusiastic. Michael restored my old 1987 Centurion Le Mans RS. It looks and rides great. Had them service my current commuter bicycle. The turnover time was quicker than I expected. They did a great job too. The people at that store have always been very helpful with questions and suggestions. Ir was also fun to try out one of the motorized bikes. We have been customers for a few years and have always been impressed with their service and willing to help. They have a great team and a great facility. The selection is always great, and they do a great job on repairs. We truly enjoy our visits here and stop in when we are passing through.

The bike mechanics at my local store are very knowledgeable (particularly Leon) and have helped me get a hold of parts to rebuild two of my old bikes. I ride both several times a week to work, on errands, and when picking up carryout.

Called the store for a part I needed, they had it in stock and had it ready at the register when I arrived. This is just one recent example of the great service I have experienced from Trek Cincinnati stores over the years!

With a service like that, and such a professional and welcoming team, I have nothing to look for in other stores. Ive recently replaced my tires to get ready for the winter. Ive suffered from several incidents of flat tire which caused a serious damage to the new tire. Warranty took place and i was not charged for two replacement including work. And this is one story out of many.This is the kind of service that makes you feel at home.

The mechanics, Robert and Leon, are excellent and fast. Daniel, the manager, goes out of his way to make things right. I’ve never owned a Trek and may never own one, but these people have made this my go to shop!

Extremely helpful! great to work with. I didnt know much and looking for my 1st road bike. They helped me understand what to look for and test rode several bikes. Although I think Trek is a little overpriced compared to some of the other brands, this shop has great service and support.

My husband and I went in for a basic bike maintenance class they offered a couple of weeks ago. We got personalized instruction and great explanation for the issues we were specifically interested in. Chase gave us as much time as we needed and made sure all of our questions were answered. They had a sale so we walked away with shoes and clip-in pedals and a used (new to us) bike. I would definitely go back for any of our future needs.

Solid customer service. Although I usually go in knowing what I want the staff is always friendly and eager to help. Prices are fair, although not great, unless theres a big Trek event. The bike mechanics seem knowledgeable and have been incredibly attentive in addressing my friends bike issues.

Sold me used training wheels and charged me full price. Tried to convince me they werent used even though they had no box, and the tread on the trainers were clearly worn. Glad I noticed before I left the store. I promptly got my money back. Only offered me a 10 percent discount, and that was after I asked for one because of them being used. I passed up 2 bike stores for this one. No thanks Trek. 5 thumbs down.

The people who work there know what there talking about. Im really happy with the technical support and advise Ive gotten. I love my Marlin 5 and my wahoo snap. It was awesome the store had the wahoo demo set up for me to try out. It was a game changer for me. I was able to test out the trainer and the zwift site which was amazing! weather is no longer a factor in my decision to ride or not and I can also ride at night without fear of cars. Over the last six months Ive been able to see real progress with my stamina and speed. I hope all the Trek stores are as good as mine. 9 out of 10. Good job guys! and thank you!

I went to buy two bikes for my children and the customer service could not have been better. The gentleman who helped me was very knowledgeable and didnt push me one way or another on whether a balance bike was the right one for my child. They measured my child and he said I could do either one which saved us the money from purchasing a balance bike for a year and then another bike with training wheels. Another local shop told me I had to get a balance bike and didnt even measure my youngest child. Glad I found the trek store.

We just purchased our 7th bike from Trek Store Cincinnati. Both West Chester & Blue Ash locations have knowledgeable and friendly staff. Jason at your Blue Ash Store did an outstanding job assisting with purchase of my Domane SL 6. I appreciate the no pressure atmosphere and eagerness to ensure Im satisfied as a customer. They have great deals on bikes in Jakes Garage online and Ive found prices to be very competitive in the area. Ive met the owner a few times and I appreciate how involved he is with his stores. Jacob runs a great business and also does a lot for the community. Highly recommend this bike shop!

I dropped off my 2 kids bikes for simple chain replacement. I was NOT told an estimate. I was NOT told about install charges. So needless to say when the mechanic called to say they were ready and quoted almost $50...i was quite upset! I only chose Trek because Smittys closed, otherwise they wouldnt have had my business but now they wont get it again!

The people that work in here are so polite and friendly and they always have some biking tips whenever I go in here. They are truly passionate about cycling, that is something rare for a business to have, passion.
