Great people work here. Don and Nate were very helpful as they patiently talked me through their pillow and bed linen product lines. After months of neck issues and no-return pillow mismatches elsewhere down the street, I can officially say now I am heading toward a full recovery, because these guys helped me find the RIGHT pillow. If you are intimated (like I was) of entering “THE FLAGSHIP STORE” - definitely do not be. No hard sells and the customer service couldn’t have been any friendlier. James was very knowledgeable and helped me figure out a temporary solution for my sleeping situation.If any one finds themselves sleeping on an air mattress (or has guests on one), the mattress topper is an excellent solution. It’s like putting a tiny little fluffy cloud on top of all of that air.

Didnt really know what we were looking for, but James helped us find exactly what we were after. Really appreciated the laid back experience and how we were able to find something that fit our price point. James is very on top of it and knows his stuff.

Don did a great job showing us the different options so that we feel we made the right decision for our needs. Can’t wait for the new mattress to arrive!

We stopped in as we were starting our search to replace a top of the line bed from their competition that didn’t last as long as we had hoped. James was the associate whom assisted us and he did a great job explaining and educating us on the differences between the beds as we tried them. We were impressed with the assortment of beds and were able to zero in on the bed that felt was right for us. James asked us questions about how we sleep and explained which beds are better given our preferences and I feel like his knowledge helped us narrow down our decision and we really appreciated his expertise and experience in the industry.

Great Experience! The store is super clean, well spaced and makes you feel very safe during COVID. Equally as important was the staff- they listened to my concerns, understood my budget and gave really helpful suggestions. I never felt pressured or that I had to make a decision immediately. They have a great variety of beds for all sleepers and really look to find the right fit for the shopper. Highly recommend giving them a try!

Stopped by the Tempur store while on our search for a mattress. Don was the associate who helped us, and couldnt have had a better experience. He is very knowledgeable about the products, prices, and isnt your typical salesperson. You can tell he wants the best for you, is not pushy, and gives you space/time to try out the products. Been to other places where they just hover over you, try to sell you the most expensive product, but Don wants whats best for your investment.

I came in to try out different models for my mattress that needed replacing. Dan was very knowledgeable and is amazing at explaining the difference between all, not pushy in recommending the more expensive models but actually listened to feedback and our needs for a new mattress. We wanted a new bed but didn’t know what kind to buy. Of course we knew Tempur-Pedic was quality and expensive, but we had just bought our first home and wanted to invest in ourselves. Looking at beds was a bit confusing and overwhelming at first, but Don (who sold us our new bed) made it easy to understand the different beds and options available. It was fun trying different styles and levels of firmness and imagining what is right for us. His safety measures put us at ease, and because we went when the store had just opened, there were no other customers. Don made bed-buying hassle-free. I’m especially thankful that, as a gay couple, we felt comfortable shopping here. Would shop here again, hopefully don’t have to for another 10 years.

Don Simpson was just the right man to sell me a bed. Don showed my wife and I all of the Tempur-Pedic models on a recent outing. He went above and beyond answering our questions about materials used, comfort level, and price ranges. What he did not do was just sell us a bed. In the short time that we worked with him, we felt that he really cared and developed a real relationship with the guy.It can be scary to buy a bed for large amounts of money and fear you will pick the wrong one. Our experience is that many chain stores care more about profit and hire cheap sleazy salesmen to push sub par products on you. Don eased our mind and helped us see how the Tempur Line can fix all that was wrong with our current sleep system.He never used sales tricks on us or tried to hurry us out of the store for the next customer. In the end the experience working with him made us so relaxed and excited that we went with the Luxeadapt King with the Ergo 2.0 base.We got just what we wanted and my wife who often leaves when sales people are annoying and pushy, was happy. If she is happy then I can sleep in peace.We are waiting on delivery now but I have to say Don has called when he can giving updates and even helping us save money on a bed sale after we bought the bed!I would reccomend you the reader of this review to ask for Don Simpson next time you are at the Clybourn location. Just bought our first tempurpedic. This review is for experience at the store. I was so happy with the service here. First, their Covid protocols are great. Sani station upon entry with signage telling you what to do. Then, remove coats. They use gloves and disposable sheets and pillow covers in addition to sanitizing the beds. Been putting off bed shopping in a pandemic, but our backs need the matress. Tempurpedic made me feel very safe. James helped us and was terrific. He explained all features and warranties and was real and honest. I didnt feel like he was just trying to make a sale like so many other stores are. It felt more like a friend trying to help us find what is best for us. We went to another store after this and the atmosphere was so disappointing compared to the cleanliness here. Highly recommend for a pleasant bed shopping experience.
