I had gone to Bob’s furniture store and Ashley in the same area and no one helped me. I came into this store and Candice was there and listened to what I was looking for and offered me all the selections that matched my interests. She encouraged me to check the different options and explain to me why they felt so different. I had an email coupon so that helped with the cost. I was looking for a bed frame and headboard as well but the only option I found online that I did like at the time was out of stock. Candice is a great sales person, very knowledgeable, no pressure. The checkout and credit procedure along with setting up delivery was seamless.

I visited Mattress Firm located in the Ford City Mall lot. I was greeted and serviced by Candice. Candice has impecable customer service skills. She had a pleasant smile and was very knowledgeable about the company’s products. I went to exchange a mattress and ended up with the exchange, an adjustable bed base and Purple seat cushions. I’m giving Candice 5 stars because she handled me with care. Thank you Candice and thank you Mattress Firm for hiring associates like Candice. The next time I need a mattress I will be returning to the Ford City Mattress Firm.

These folks work in excellence. It was about 10 minutes to closing time, me and my wife just moved into new home and needed a mattress asap. We called and they said dont worry were wait here for you. They honored us and took care of us. Definitely a store to shop from.

Darrell and Leonard were very professional. They assisted my husband and I with making a great purchase. We interacted with Darrell recently and returned because we appreciated the warmth and customer service that was unmatched. The manager Mimi was great to work with, and incredibly patient. She met me and my wife three months ago, and showed us the best bed for us. We werent able to purchase the bed until yesterday, but she remembered us and our order. She gave excellent customer service.

Im not sure if you got the first one that I sent the only problem that I have is the delivery guys they seem not to know exactly how to install to the two beds. I just left mattress firm about 2 days ago because my bed just about fell apart I have someone coming by here one day next week to redo it which I shouldnt have to I paid lots of money for those two beds to be installed properly also hopefully theres one of the two that speaks well in English I have no problem with mattress firm and Ford City Mall I will give them a seven. I visited the Ford city location may 25th 2019, I was in the process of looking for new mattress set, this was where I met Shauntell, I came in only knowing i needed mattresses, she literally had me lay on every bed from soft to firm ( Im a medium) to find which bed suited me. Before coming to the store, I looked online and had a mattress and budget in mind before I entered the store, Shauntell asked me a lot of questions, trying to find out exactly what I needed/wanted once we established that I was a medium sleeper, I stayed in the store 2 hrs, testing beds asking questions, the mattress I thought I wanted turned out not to be a good fit for me (turns out I dont like memory foam🤣) , with shauntells assistance I ended up getting the king plush vinnings beautyrest and raised metal platform, box springs, and total encasement protector I spent way more but I ended up with exactly what I wanted!!!!! this an amazing mattress and great investment I wake up refreshed I love it!!! Shauntells knowledge is impressive and her customer service is impeccable she truly is an asset to the company.
