Secret Location, Great Service!!! This store is hidden away between the L and the Chicago Theatre on the second floor above Chick-Fil-A on State Street. The store manager, Tony, is very nice and really seems to know all his products well. We initially wanted a Purple Mattress, but after trying it out at home decided to exchange it for a different brand. Tony made everything incredibly easy. If we had ordered direct from Purple, we would not have been able to seamlessly exchange their mattress for another brand. We never incurred any hidden/additional fees, and we are very happy with our final product. Highly recommend shopping here!

I walked in and was immediately greeted by a wonderful guy named Tony. He was very helpful, he let me experience each mattress and was very well versed on every product in the store. Stanley helped us out with our mattress purchase and he is clearly an excellent salesman - he knows his product, how to match his clients needs to the right product, and how to make a sale without ever feeling pushy. He walked us through options, listened to our feedback, did some very smart demonstrations, and won our business. I feel like he gave us the best deal he could without us needing to haggle. The minute we didnt like or want something, he moved on to a different option. He gave us space to think and discuss. All in all a really positive experience, and we went from just knowing we hate our current mattress and being unsure about what we want to being able to articulately describe what we wanted and needed. I had the best customer service here. I walked in during my lunch break and bought a mattress. They promised to have it delivered that night between a certain window. I got two calls from Mattress Firm to confirm they were coming. The delivery men arrived and were friendly and professional. They literally rolled out a red carpet in my door way so that the hallway didnt get dirty. They set up the bed and removed the plastic. Great experience!
