He was understanding when we said we wanted to shop around, even promised price matching.We came back with a cheaper price for what we thought was the same model. We were wrong, but Bob still gave us a discount. He was kind and helpful.We know where were going when we need another mattress!

She even found an extra discount for the delivery and removal of our existing mattress. Went in to the store today and worked with Bob and Stan. Both were professional, accommodating, patient, and made buying a mattress fun. We were not looking forward to it, nor the price but they helped us understand that free financing was an option and discuss other options to make it more affordable. Initially, things were great. I brought a basic low end mattress, I was not satisfied, I traded up. The premium, best seller was defective. I went in with pictures, the transaction needed to be approved by a manager. The next day I went in, and could not complete the transaction. The third time was successful. I was told my initial delivery would not be changed. But it was. What I do not understand is that the defective mattress is counted towards the 120 night period. Also while in the store on the first evening to show pictures of the defective mattress. I noticed a beautiful couple being offered discounts for various reasons, and I thought about the blanat inequality that is happening everyday everywhere. While the salesperson was a young beautiful AA. I too am AA. I did not receive the quality of service. 3 visits, and I am told to inspect the mattress upon delivery. What happens to product reliability, at 70 years of age, it really impossible upon arrival for me test every inch of the product. I am not a 1st time customer, but I wonder about future referrals.

Caroline at the location in Wicker Park-Chicago was very friendly and knowledgeable. I told her my budget and preferences and she did her best to accommodate with a bed on sale! She showed me the difference in bed boxes/bunkies and helped me get free delivery. Very pleased

Karolyn was very helpful and friendly when we needed something at the last minute. She explained the product, discounted for us, contracted me back when she said she would, and set us up for same day pickup without any issues! I had contacted 4 other businesses without any success at all. Hard to find this type of customer service these days.

I showed up at 7:55pm right before closing looking for a quick solution to a bed frame since my sons bed frame had recently broke. The lady closing down the shop was kind and treated me as if she still had hours to be there. (No rushing) I will go back if I need anything related to mattresses. 👍🏻

Bucktown Mattress Firm is awesome. I visited 4 mattress stores over Presidents Day weekend, and Bob and Sharon in this store took the time to figure out what my very indecisive self wanted and then made sure I got the best deal by searching for a mattress (Purple 2) in their outlet warehouse. Bob was communicative with me through delivery. Mattress salesmen have a bad stigma, but Bob knows his stuff, hes not pushy, and hes super accommodating. Ill need a twin bed soon, and will be back to give them my business before any other store.

Had a great experience at this location, which is one of the only ones currently open in my area due to the COVID-19 pandemic. We were in a hurry to make a purchase because we had a warranty credit and didnt want to miss out on the sales, so we called and Tim was able to stay open a little late for us to come in. We were able to try all the different options we were interested in, and he was super knowledgeable, helpful, and patient. He also honored the Memorial Day sale prices (which matched the deals on Purple.com!), accepted our warranty credit with no issues, and got us set up with financing as well.
