I had such a great experience with the sales people at this location. I had ordered from MF online, and everything went seamlessly. However, 2 month later I was not comfortable with the mattress I purchased. I went in to see if I could exchange it and was able to do so with the help of the sales professionals. They informed me about my options, helped me find exactly the right mattress, put through the exchange, and set up delivery for one week later. I would highly recommend going in and letting these folks help you find the right mattress. There is more to it than I knew, and I was pleasantly surprised by the knowledge and help I got from the sales people. Go into to the showroom instead of shopping online. It is definitely worth it.

Yvonne and the gentleman there are absolutely wonderful. They got me the best deal at the time for my bed. When the frame I purchased malfunctioned (which can happen anywhere, I do not blame Mattress Firm for this issue) they made sure to have a replacement sent to me within the week, totally hassle free. These guys are really great and trustworthy. I love my bed and I appreciate both of the employees that treated me so well. I will be coming back for all my Mattress needs in the future.

Walked in with the intent to look at bed frames, Yvonne working this particular location gave us our space yet was very informative, answered all our questions. Our first new bed in 17 years and she made the experience very relaxing. No swaying towards any particular model, but she was a wealth of knowledge on each mattress that they had to offer.

I thought finding the right mattress would be very difficult, but mattress firm made the process very very easy. Roy Roman, the sales representative that helped us throughout the process, was very informative and helped my wife and I find the best product that suited our preferences perfectly. We shopped around at multiple mattress centers, and mattress firm had the largest selection, best prices, and even offered free delivery in our area.

I went in looking for a firm mattress and Anthony listened to what I was looking for and recommended 2 other mattresses- 1 soft and 1 medium firmness. I wish no star was an option. The salesman, Bobby was very pleasant until my mom decided to cancel her order. She explained to him that her son decided to give her his practically new mattress, so there was no need for her to purchase a brand new one. HE ABRUPTLY HUNG UP THE PHONE ON HER! After he was unbelievably rude, she decided she wanted to return the mattress cover and the pillow as well. As soon as we stepped in through the door with the merchandise a few days later, he stopped us with Oh, I meant to tell you, you cant return that. No hello, how can I help you? Its amazing how he can turn the customer service off and on. Since she wanted to return the mattress, he was done helping her. Never experienced such an emotional, rude, and disgusting salesman in my life. His behavior and attitude was appalling. We just decided to leave and go to another store down on State and Roosevelt. The manager there was very pleasant, and explained the return policy that my mom shouldve been made aware of before purchasing these items. Youll find out what the policies are AFTER you make the purchase, as it is on the receipt. Buyer beware! Im shocked that a company of this magnitude would have such shady character representing their brand.
