We visited just before Memorial Day to try out the Purple mattresses and Jackie was very patient as I literally went back and forth between two options. We ended up going home “to sleep on it” and came back the next week opting for the Sealy Hybrid (plush). No sales person ever wants to see a person leave empty handed but they weren’t pushy. We weren’t sure enough on the Purple so we stuck with a traditional option but in talking to Jackie about my back and neck pain, it’s actually the base and pillow I bought that day that are my favorite. A. Adjustable base beds looks so clean and feels amazing when you want to unwind at the end of the day and B. Ask about the pillow that’s cooling on one side and feather on the other....I’ve got a giant collection of pillows and finally feel like I found “the one”.

I went to the Mattress Firm store on Clybourne in Chicago to buy a mattress. once there I found a wide array of mattresses of various types and brands neatly displayed, labeled, and priced I was assisted in choosing a mattress by a friendly, knowledgeable assistant who took all the time I needed to make a final decision. I found it a pleasant experience and could not have asked for more.

We came in knowing the beds we were interested in, and Stanley Carpel squared us away with a deal on an even better mattress. We have bought mattresses elsewhere in the past but could not have been happier with the selection and service here!

I needed to learn about adjustable beds and mattresses for my niece. Knowing absolutely nothing, I called the store and spoke to Jackie. She walked me through the basics-features, choices, and mattresses. I took up about an hour of her time. I needed a mattress right away - a kind of sleep emergency. The MattressFirm representative In Lincoln Park diligently looked through what was on display and searched through stock in the back room for what I needed within my price range, and he even offered to contact other stores to see what they had in-stock. We found what I needed in his LP store location, at the right price, and I could take it home with me! He actually helped me carry it to the car! He even followed up afterwards via text to see if everything worked out. They are so helpful, truthful, and resourceful - simply awesome!

Bought a new mattress here a month ago and have been sleeping great ever since. I walked in, tight on time and not looking to spend a fortune, and within 30 minutes - thanks to Mark - I was out the door and my purchase was complete. It was so easy. The mattress was delivered (shipping costs were waived) within 24 hours - the delivery team was friendly and quick and did not get a single mark anywhere in the apartment . I had a really good experience at this store. First of all, there is a parking lot, which is a huge bonus for Lincoln Park. The salesman, Mark, was not pushy or annoying. He didnt harass me as soon as I walked into the door. That is a personal pet peeve of mine! He greeted my husband and I and then allowed us to browse for a few minutes. This was refreshing as we went to 2 other stores before this one and this was not the case. We were bombarded as soon as we entered the other stores with 10 million questions. Frank Sinatra and Dean Martin tunes were also a huge bonus! We ended up purchasing a tempurpedic and we both love the bed. Overall this was a really good experience and I would definitely recommend this store.

I went in knowing I needed a new bed but not knowing much about what was ideal for me or differences between mattress types. The salesman I worked with was Mark and he was very patient and informative when showing me different types of mattresses and explaining advantages / disadvantages of each. After explaining exactly what I was looking for in a new bed we decided on a tempurpedic. Seeing as this was the first store I walked into I told Mark I would like to look elsewhere before making my decision, he gave me a price point on the mattress before leaving and assured me I would be back. Sure enough the next day I was back in the store buying my new bed from Mark at a deal that was better than any other Ive seen. I would recommend this store to anyone in the market for a new bed!

I purchased a Tempur-Rhapsody Breeze from Shaun at the Bedding Experts and I couldnt be happier. Both with the product itself and the service I received from the salesperson I worked with Shaun. He was knowledge, personable, and patient. He worked with me to find the best bed for my situation and then helped me meet my budget. I had shopped around quite a bit and Bedding Experts and particularly Shaun won me over with the entire experience. Showroom is clean, customer service is exceptional and a small pre98 boombox plays rat-pack classics to immerse your mind in the dreams that will be sure to come with your mattress purchase. I worked with Mark, who is truly putting on a clinic in customer service and satisfaction. He worked with me to find a mattress I loved, at a price that could not be beat!
