Great service and very friendly! I didn’t think I would leave with a mattress, but Emmanuel Chan was very nice and made various suggestions on the different mattress. He also informed us about the 50% discount on select mattress, and I ended up leaving with a brand new mattress. It all took about 30 minutes.

Big thanks to Roy who helped me choose the mattress that I wanted, Not only did he help me over the phone and stayed with me on the line for over 20 minutes but made sure that I was comfortable with my decision. I felt so comfortable with that store that I ended up going in, buying the mattress, protection for it and also a pillow! So worth every penny, especially with his customer service. Melvin was also nice enough to help us to the car with the items and made sure everything went well. Thank you again Roy and Melvin! David seems like an awesome manager for having employees like them two!

My partner and I walked into Mattress Firm with 0 expectations but walked out completely happy and excited about our decision! Roy was so helpful and considerate of both our needs. My boyfriend and I have different sleeping habits but he was still able to accommodate the both of us when choosing our mattress. Went to this place to compare prices on a bed.The wait was long, but was patient enough to wait. Dennis was alone. So I understood 2 families were there before me.As soon as the associate was done, he deeply apologizedFor our wait. I brought in a special order ticket fromAnother place. With “clearance” mark down.Well, Dennis, was the associate who helped us. He explained something that I over looked .He pointed out as far as warranty from the other place was limited and not life time like they had explained at the other store. In order to even get the price from the other store I had to do a mail in rebate. Dennis cut to the chase and said “you know what We will price match your items no mail in rebate and help you out with something else for the wait”.Dennis saved us 300.00 on our purchase helped me with 2 pillows and also with a cover protector for our mattress.Over all I didn’t expect to walk out of there with a great deal..thanks for the overall experience.. Luís Jesus asked me about my preferences of mattress firmness, sleeping positions, comfort level, and let me test out mattresses. I found 4 within my budget. I tested them and selected the one I was happy with. Dennis, the manager, helped me get a bed frame on sale that matched my mattress type. It has controls to life head and feet and even go into Zero Gravity position which is the most comfortable. Financing was easy and I can make affordable monthly payments within 3 years. Delivery was within the week. The delivery crew removed the old mattresses and put them in their truck to haul away. The delivery crew set up the new mattress and frame within 17 minutes and had me test out bed controls to ensure they were fully functional. They took all trash (plastic bags, tape, and boxes) to garbage and recycling bins. I am extremely satisfied with myself Mattress Firm customer service and purchase!! The delivery was very bad they had the wrong address and kept calling my phone then they ask where l live at I gave him directions he said ok we be there past an hour still not here then they call again after an hour asking again where I live told him he said were still far after I hung up they were here he lied very bad service then they came in with their dirty shoes got my floor dirty

Went there on the Memorial day and spend over $ 3K for two mattresses and we paid in full. The computer was down and we spend over an hour to get our receipt printed.The delivery suppose to be on Saturday....in about one week. Our sell person was Devin and he was very polite and helpful. We had a call from Rick, his associate who canceled our delivery on Friday because too many people bought the same mattress and ...it is not available. We finally got the delivery on Tuesday evening and here is where it gets worst... Devin promised that the delivery company would pick up the old mattress free of charge...The delivery company refused to pick the old mattress and told us that the selling person was a lair and he just want to sell because they do not pick up any old mattress. They called the selling persons form the stores lazy because they did not put the remote control batteries on the delivery and asked me if I have new batteries... . I try to call Devin few times and he never answered. The delivery person pulled out the batteries from his pocked and told him that he found it. The delivery person was asking for a drill as well because theirs had a dead battery.This delivery company it is very unprofessional and the worst I ever had. We are very disappointed and we will never get back to this company or refer to someone. DEVIN, you once said I have to ask my boss when we water to exchange the new pillow and on another call you said I am the boss when I asked why was the delivery was cancelled....

Great service

I had a mattress delivered while I was working, and my wife calls me and tells me they didnt take the old one. I called them to please send the driver back, and they cant re schedule until 3 days from now. A company cant spend a little extra money on overtime to send someone back for their mess up? They shouldve done it right the first time. Now I have to sit here with an old mattress in my living room while I have guest come over for the 4th of July, because they also will not pick up if I leave it outside for them.

Ive been having back problems and had trouble sleeping. My husband and I went in to buy a new mattress. It was our 1st time buying a bed so we had no idea where to start, thankfully Yvette was there to help us. The most important part that I enjoyed of this experience was that not once did I feel pressured into purchasing anything. I cannot stress that enough. She seemed genuine and always stuck to our likes/dislikes and budget. She was also very knowledgeable about my kind of back problems and made sure it was due to our current bed and not something else. She was also nice enough to stay an hour over her shift with us (store was closed already). It was an overall great experience and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for great customer service.

The service here is outstanding! I made a last minute decision to buy a matress under a budget. I’d called the store and spoken to Yvette, which was very helpful and worked around to fit my needs.
