Over the years I have purchased many items from Save and Tell. I recommend them to anyone who will listen. I cant say enough about this place, their helpful and honest employees, and the quality of their stuff. They literally have EVERYTHING from furniture to clothes and household items.. curtains.. rugs.. bedding.. you name it! And their deals are amazing.If youre contemplating getting new furniture.. come here first!

Drove 40 minutes to shop here and the guy closed and was locking the doors at 6:28.Will not be back. Cant waste time if youre not going to be open when you say you are.

Lady that work there said money back when you return merchandise she is a liar be careful when you buy something dont believe that lying lady that work there at cashier. there is no misunderstood she clearly said money back with receipt you just posted those sign liar no misunderstood

Been going here for a year. But today when i came with my family i had came to get a rug i saw last week priced at 99.99. I took it to the counter to when the cashier was like im not sure about the price when the price was right in front of her. She called the owner and he was like its 299.99. My mom tried to talk to hin in her broken english when he started yellong that dont argue with me.This was so disappointing and disrespectful i will not be coming back.

I’ve been researching for a while on a bed room set and sectional after seeing prices/talking to the other Elgin location about a bed I’ve been highly interested in , i decided to go to my local save and tell as they would have the same price or match price apparently i was wrong . Walking in was pleasant greeted immediately talked to Lucy (Lucy was extremely nice very helpful good customer service) about the bed she just built same day that i have been very interested in She gave me the price talked about it then it all went to the worse when Ali came over and took over. He was really nice in the beginning had no problem checking inventory about the bed when i told him i was brought here because the Elgin location had the same bed i wanted but it’s too far showed him a screen shot of the bed with recent date he said “it was last weeks deal “ even when i told him i just spoke to Elgin location and the price was off by literally hundreds of dollars . I still purchased because i been pushing it off for so long i decided to do it any ways immediately after leaving i called Elgin they confirmed it should have been priced matched and i felt extremely cheated when returning because the head board wouldn’t fit i was told i would have to change the bed not priced match nothing i had to spend 300 more now for a different bed even after spending over 1500 on 2 items i started to get a nasty attitude and looked at wrong from Ali i felt totally cheated disrespected and some what racially profiledwhen spending big money you want to feel like you made the right choice and from him i didn’t the only effort was from the lady Lucy she was trying her Best But i can see he would over power her opinion ultimately i got a full refund because i purchased a bed that wasn’t even in stock and didn’t verify if it was. I felt relived when i left, WILL NOT BE RETURNING IF ALI IS DOING SALES THERE OR UNTILL HE KNOWS HOW TO TREAT HIS CUSTOMERS ESPECIALLY INTERRACIAL ONES AT THAT I LOVED THIS PLACE BUT NOT SO MUCH NOW THANKS ALI‼️

Public Service Announcement:Buyers beware!!!!My experience with this company has been a nightmare. We purchased furniture from Save and Tell located at 5619 W Belmont Chicago Il twice and both experiences ended poorly as a result of bad customer service experience. The sales side was pleasant but the delivery of products was a nightmare. The first delivery the delivery driver forgot a piece of my order and had to go back to get the missing piece. Then following set up they left the packaging in my dinning room and told me they do not discard and that we were responsible for that. I complained to the sales rep later that week and he said he would talk to the delivery guy about it and apologized for the bad service. Then 3 weeks later we decided to give them another chance and purchased additional products that were delivered today 12/30/21. The delivery/installers delivered the goods and once again left the packaging in my house. I asked them if they would remove it. They refused and at some point even disrespected my wife by swearing at her and calling her an offensive name. It escalated from there....the bottomline. I implore any sensible potential consumer considering shopping at this establishment to go elsewhere. They are incapable of providing basic customer service. They have policies that run counter to the core principles of retail marketing. It is not worth trying to save a buck and lose your self respect. I ended up sharing my grievances with the owner this afternoon and he was appalled and promised he would address with that stores staff. WE WILL NOT BE BACK!!!!

Horrible service.Manager was racist and got mad because my son sat on the sofa. Isnt that what sofas are for? Not like he was going to ruin it.If you are trying to purchase a sofa, it is reasonable that you need to try out the sofa before hand.My family has gotten stuff from here before and for the manager or whatever he was, to come up and tell my son to get out was not right.Learn how to treat your customers.Since we are what keeps you in business.

Had a wonderful experience shopping here. Came in there looking for a mattress and came out with it, plus a bed frame and a dresser. An employee, named Mariana, sold me all of this for a reasonably cheap price. Mariana was very nice as well as helpful. I purchased a Memory Foam Mattress which was the best money I have ever spent. I sleep like a little kid again. I highly recommend this mattress for anyone having trouble sleeping; and recommend the store for the prices and friendly service.

Went in to buy a bathroom throw rug. Ended up buying a complete outfit (jeans and shirt) for under 30 bucks... oh and the jeans were Levi the button up was RALPH LAUREN polo. Easy five stars

I will never shop in this store again. Due to a kitchen table where we spent more than $440.00 and our chairs were not label right. They promise any porblem we will fix it and they gave my girl a hard time. It was only 5 days and the manager on duty disrespected her and I feel bad because I wasnt there. But God will take care of this, that the manager needs to take a class of customer service to deal with situations. His name is Ray who works at the Belmont Save &Tell store.

They say bed sheets are cheap but in reality youre looking into $40.00 and up . And the sheets arent even that nice. Rather go to Walmart,target , or Kmart and buy better ones for a better price.
