Would give zero stars if I could. They now have no way to call them to speak to a live person.I wanted to see if they could even get the glass I needed. Since there was no way to speak to anyone, all I could do is make an appointment online, two weeks out. After a week goes by they call and tell me that they cant get the glass and I should go to a junk yard. Then they tell me that even if I get the glass, they wont install it.DONT WASTE YOUR TIME. GO TO NOVUS OR A LOCAL COMPANY.

The person I spoke to was new and inexperienced but he tried hard to do a good job.

Walked in with a rear view mirror that fell off of the windshield of my car. I was helped right away, Chris and Billy were very polite and helpful. Everything was fixed in minutes, I was very thankful! I would definitely reccomend this shop!

I downloaded the SafeLite app and was able to get an appointment within 20 minutes. Upon arrival they had me in the shop and repairing my cracks within 5 minutes. Although the repairmen who fix my cracks was new I would not have known unless he had told me as he was so professional and friendly. Would definitely recommend the shy and location to anyone. I thought the price was very reasonable for the work that was done as well.

I was able to get in quickly and they did a very professional job. They were even able to save my parking permit stickers.

When I finally reached a person on the phone, he said they didnt come to our local car dealership, but they do. Kept adding more charges. I had a local glass installed same day at MORE than half the price of Safelite. Im very pleased, plus the local was very accommodating, and friendly.

Really, really good service. Didnt have a reservation and I was passing through Cheyenne but they got me in and on my way.

Todays visit was fine but the reason I had to return there was the original tech who replaced the windshield failed to hook back up the windshield washer fluid line for the windshield. I would have done it myself but it required removal of both windshield wiper arms and the trim shroud below the wiper arms so they could access the fluid line to reconnect.

Good price, average customer service, but dont always finish at scheduled times due to the franchise owner occasionally sending local employees to work in his Colorado facility. The ones left go all out, but....

Horrible experience! Bad staff and management. They put a windshield in, in 41 mins. Forgot to put 7 screws and windshield wipers and bolt covers back on car. My dash was completely loose and they proceeded to tell me that I WAS LUCKY that they still had the bolts when I showed up the next morning! Unbelievable!!

Food was AMAZING, a little disappointed by the service. Not terribly busy. The atmosphere was pretty nice. But my iced tea (VERY good brewed tea) emptied all three times and had to ask for more.

Disgracefully overcharged! After being charged 150 out of pocket for 1 small chip, I learned that I did have free chip repair on my insurance policy. I also learned that they only charge the insurance company 60 bucks for the same service!! SHAME ON U!!!

I couldnt get answers to my questions and when i asked to speak to someone locally I was told it wouldnt matter they cant do anything differently. I gave up and went to a local man. Got top notch service faster than Safelite was offering and $60 cheaper.

After seeing the national ads for Safelite that they will fix a window chip for free, I went to my local Safelite store AT 501 W. Lincolnway in Cheyenne, Wyoming to inquire about fixing a window chip I just noticed on my car windshield.. As I walked in, the ladys first comment was we dont usually take walk-ins - NOT a friendly way to treat a potential new customer by derogatorily classifying me. I inquired about the national ad for fixing window chips and her comment was voiced very strongly: we charge for window chip repair. When I mentioned the national ads offer, her comment was reinforced almost rudely, we charge for window chip repair. Why would I EVER do business with a place like that? ANSWER: I NEVER WILL! I will seek out any other glass shop who appreciates their customers . . CERTAINLY NOT THIS ONE WHO HAS NO CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS!

4/5 because we had some trouble contacting by phone and had to reschedule a time or two due to missing items or faulty equipment on their end. All in all it was painless and the issues I had were probably unique to my situation. Cant complain too much when they can change a windshield at your residence or place of work.

Came in with a 2018 Cascadia. Fortunate to have a shop that keeps our windshield in stock! Fantastic guys and they got us in an out in less than an hour. Billy handled locating our part and getting a tech to replace our windshield in between appts.

Great customer service here! I had them replace a cracked windshield in my 2016 Jeep Wrangler; 2 days after the replacement was installed it cracked! Thankfully, Safelite replaced it again free of charge.

My windshield was cracked by a thrown rock on my way to work this morning. I was easily able to make an appointment online, and they came to me to fix the windshield. I have genuinely never received such wonderful customer service. The gentleman was very nice and apologetic since my appointment had not happened until after the scheduled time. He offered to replace my windshield wipers for free. He gave me 2 cans of his glass cleaner, and voided off the mobile fee for me which saved me 20$. Best service Ive ever received!

Very happy with my first Safelite experience. Mark got me scheduled in for a new windshield on time; showed me a blemish on the new glass that Im not certain I would have noticed; then gave me a very fair discount on that blemish. Installation was flawless. Ill be back next time I need new glass.

I notice many of these negative reviews had to do with repairs at other places then the Safelite shop. I took my vehicle INTO the shop, they replaced my entire windshield in 20 minutes. I was honestly shocked at how fast they completed the job. They were also nice enough to contact my insurance for me and print a receipt for me to take to the insurance adjuster. I was very appreciative of how nice, courteous, and polite their employees were.Should I experience anymore hail damage in the future I will be immediately calling Safelite, theyve earned a customer for life.

Me and my wife were on a trip and a rock crack the windshield on our car. Stop at the safe lite in Pueblo Co And the gentleman there was very helpful unfortunately he could not get that particular windshield until the folowing Saturday . So he got on the phone and look for a city on our way that could help us so we didn’t have to delay our vacation he found one in Cheyenne Wyoming for Friday. Got to Cheyenne on Thursday and went to Safelite to make sure everything was right,and yes it was ,they had the right windshield and will install the next day as promised the technician was very professional and courteous,perfect installation and save trip tanks safelite

My tech was exceptional from the very beginning. He walked outside to evaluate the severity of damage on the windshield without making me feel like a nuisance. I was able to schedule an appointment and have the repairs made within a reasonable time frame- before 3 PM. The tech also explained what he had done with the windshield and offered solid advice for the future. I cant say enough positive words to compliment and uplift this shop. Everyone we greeted and met was friendly, good-natured, and especially hard-working!! Thanks!

Tech was professional explained the things they had to do by contract and did the work quickly (30 min) Tech did arrive 2 hours 30min late to the scheduled appointment time which was 10:00a - 12:00a.I did have to let them know that my vehicle location had changed because they were late to the appointment, they took down the updated address and went to service my vehicle at the updated location without issue.While it wasnt a big issue for me with them being late, I would have liked to get a phone call update for them to let me know they were running late and provide and updated est. time of service.

I dropped off my vehicle for a windshield replacement. When I was contacted about the vehicles completion, the technician asked for my payment information over the phone. I provided my debit card number and picked up my vehicle. Later that evening, the receptionist called again, this time claiming that my payment information had not gone through so I provided my debit card number again. Both transactions were deducted from my account so I contacted Safelite to make them aware of being DOUBLE CHARGED. I have been following up weekly for the past 5 weeks and they have NOT refunded the extra charge from my account, despite several promises that they would take care of it.

Employees should remember that people in the waiting room can hear every word they say...even the stupid and rude stuff. Otherwise, work is good. Just dont wait in the waiting room

These people are life savers. Our Toyota 4Runner rear window imploded because of our rear window defroster. The closest glass the dealership could locate was states away and wouldnt be in for 4 days. Safelite got a new glass installed the same day we called and for $400 less than the dealership. Fast, great service. Highly recommended. THANK YOU SO MUCH!!!

They only get one star cause I had to put a star on here in order to leave a comment my replacement of a damaged property took me an hour and a 1/2 on the phone with 4 different people they had nothing to do with what I was calling about the staff was very rude on the phone Gerber windshield replacement was very nice by the time everything was said and done I spoke to a supervisor he gave me my quotewithin 5 minutes after talking over me for 20mins and thats all I wanted and he was very rude about it I asked for corporates number he gave me a false number I had to call back and get a new number I would not go here. When I would ask how much my wind shield would cost out of pocket no one would tell me they just kept trying to set up and appointment. I am still waiting to hear back from customer complaints on how to get my insurance refunded. And will be finding a different place to do my wind shield. So when this place tells you they will make everything good its not trueSide note when I first went to get my chip fixed the tec could not find it I had to show him it was dime size... when he was done he told me it would not crack but treated it anyway 4 months later It is cracking.

Had a small chip happen on the the daily drive. Walked in and repairs were made for free through my Insurance policy. Took about 30~40 minutes and was out the door. Friendly, courteous, and will be my future go to for windshield repair.

Scheduled an appointment to get my windshield replaced, paid in advance and got confirmation emails, but nobody ever showed up. I spent half a day waiting around for nothing, so now Im going through the cancellation process to get my money back. Never got an explanation or an apology, but they have threatened a cancellation fee.

Always get my windshields replaced here for my new vehicles, windows have to be calibrated.

The Safelite customer service was very helpful and worked with my insurance, which allowed me to use my $100 deductible. They came out to my workplace the next morning and had my new windshield installed in less than 30 minutes. They even vacuumed out my car and cleaned all the windows. I was very pleased with my experience here. After the hailstorm on 12 Jun I like many others lost both my rear and front windshields. I do not live in Cheyenne and was worried about getting my car home. My insurance company got me in the next morning to this location and I was very pleased. While they couldnt guarantee their normal 60-90 min repair time, they did promise to stay as late as required to finish all jobs that day (90 cars!), were extremely friendly and patient with customers, and I had repaired windows four hours later and was able to return home. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful under the stressful circumstances and I was very pleased overall. The technician did leave a few glass shards, but he did his best and most glass was removed considering the total destruction I presented them with.

We drove 570 miles roundtrip to have our windshields replaced in Cheyenne, and it was well worth the distance travelled. The installation process was quick and painless. The crew at this location was highly professional and thoroughly explained all details of the install. I cannot thank them enough for the exceptional customer experience they provided! Made an appointment a week before for a morning appointment. Got a call that they didn’t have the right part and would have to move it to an afternoon appointment. Rearranged my day to accommodate and received another call that it would actually have to be in four days because they STILL didn’t have the right part. Horrible customer service and horrible preparation.

I feel bad for those guys, they do great work but only when the customers they deal with are angry or upset due to unforeseen damage to their cars. The Cheyenne location is too notch.

I setup an appointment through my insurance online at 6 pm and was able to get in the next day to get a rock chip fixed. The guys at Safelite were very courteous and had the rock chip fixed, all my windows washed, and my floors vacuumed in about 25 mins. I sat in the lobby, which was clean and comfortable, and watched TV and drank a Mt Dew that they provided. I would definitely use them again, when it was all said and done I was happy, caffeinated, and my windshield was looking good again.

Last weeks I had to take my car into Safelite. I was expecting a 90 min wait in a boring office, I’m glad to say I was very wrong! The front office woman, Liz accessed the damage to my window & explained that for less than half of the cost they could repair the damage with a wait of only about 20 mins. While I was waiting Liz offered refreshments, tv & internet! Liz went above and beyond for a Spanish speaking customer in the lobby making several phone calls to have a person to explain all the details of a chip repair in a way the lady would understand! If I owned a company I would hope my front office was modeled after this great secretary!
