This was work on a lobby door a big glass and metal frame not something you could get service easily from just anyone. The technicians sent were knowledgeable and explained the issues found. Polite & professional we really appreciated the service.

I called B&W Glass the day after our last hail storm to get a broken window fixed. After giving my information to them, they told me that it would be 2 months before they could get to it. I waited the 2 months and called them again and was told that they were not going to do it because they were too busy with bigger jobs.A phone call from them would have saved me from writing this review,a saved me hiring a reliable window expert company, so I do thank them for that!

They do not stand behind their work. Larry was contacted many times to repair the faulty installation and he just kept on blowing me off

Ordered parts that took almost two weeks to arrive, shipping error by manufacturer was not expedited and resulted in another long ship time. Sales rep seemed unconcerned about these issues. Would not recommend doing business here and will recommend going elsewhere due to poor service and demonstrated unwillingness to earn your business and trust.

We recently replaced all of our main floor windows. Ryan with B&W came out and helped us measure the old windows... when the new windows were delivered, they all fit perfectly. The installer had all nine windows finished in a day and a half. Now our house is more comfortable and we dont hear as much road noise. Id definitely use B&W again.

Horrible communication and customer service , after 3 days of calling repeatedly trying to get a quote , they gave me a overpriced fee, I told them a different company was cheaper and asked if they offered a military discount which he didn’t answer and basically said go with the other company, I went with the other local company who was kind and cheaper!

Recommend you stay away from this company, at least in my personal experience. I tried to see if they were able to come take a look at a window that isn’t functioning in my home. She said they are too busy fixing actual broken windows and can’t help me. There was no offer of a timeline where they might be able to come out (I certainly understand there being a priority placed on broken glass) — they simply told me I’d be waiting a “long time”. I’ve never come across a company who wouldn’t put you on a waiting list or anything — I guess their business must be booming.

Always dependable service for the last 25yrs Ive been a customer

They suck. Wont wrap cut glass in a safe manner. Gave me window glazing so old I couldnt even use it like modeling clay. Typical Cheyenne attitude, Were doing you a favor mentality. Not really. Cost me double to get job done right. I worked in this industry before. Never would treat customers like that.

I turned my screen in on a Thursday, just a typical bedroom window screen . They said it would be done the following Wednesday. Friday came, still no word from b and w that it was ready for pick up. I went to the shop to check on it. I walked in, there were three people sitting in there that didn’t even acknowledge me. I was not acknowledged until the desk lady walked in two minutes later. Apparently B and w doesn’t give a hoot about customer service whatsoever. My screen was ready, it was $24.00 just to rescreen a screen and be treated like my business wasn’t needed. I will NEVER give them my business again and I do NOT recommend them to ANYONE.

I will lower this to a one star review based on recent experience if not rectified.We ordered a very large amount of glass from B&W for a home in Evergreen Colorado.The windows were ordered months prior and scheduled for August only to have a partial order arrive over two months late without apology or compensation.Upon further inspection by our builder and framer some windows were sent with wrong dimensions and not at all close to fitting the window openings.They are causing a meaningful delay in completing our home.We also are keeping fingers crossed that some frames arrived at another company under B&W direction to have special glass installedat Vista.The follow up service to our builder who has placed orders for our home and many others has fallen on deaf ears despite many calls and emails.Given poor service, poor attention to meeting specs from Anderson as the manufacture and very late delivery it may be a sign of the times that things are to good at this company and they will regret it during the next downturn.I’ll report back after I call the rep in the am which is disappointing in and of itself that a homeowner has to step in at this juncture.Buyers and builders beware.

B&W installed a pair of commercial entry doors for my store, which is 50 years old and not the easiest building to work with. They know theyre stuff, met all my expectations, friendly, professional, highly recommended!
