Someone backed into my car, insurance directed me here, they were awesome!! They kept me updated on the entire process and had my car done very quickly, I dropped it off on Monday and had her back by Thursday. I took my car there for an estimate to get a dent and scratch on the passenger side door, that I believe was caused from someone keying my car. It wasn’t anything major, but I definitely did not want to have to stare at it all the time. Everything went smoothly with my insurance and rental car. I got text updates daily of the progress on my car. I would’ve liked to of had it back sooner, I had to wait over the weekend til Monday, but that was okay, because once I saw the final product I was very pleased! They did a great job. Looks like it never even happened! Not to mention my car needed vacuumed out and the seats wiped down before I took it in, and I go to sit inside it and they had cleaned the inside! Nothing too fancy, but it was a lot better than before! And they gave me a 20% off coupon for auto detailing at their detailing location off of Pershing. Very pleased! Thanks Lennox!

Lennox is the best place in town to go for body repair. When I took my vehicle in they treated me like I was family, they kept me updated from my estimate until my vehicle was finished. Nice work overall. Truck looks perfect. The estimate is just that. Expect to have more damage costs once they take it apart. I understand but still not good news. However they did excellent work.

Would not even touch my truck. Said they couldnt get the parts and Id have to find them my self and then they couldnt fix it but would have to replace the whole cab. I ended up using a way better company that totaled the estimate at 11208 dollars. I was ready for a 15000 dollar estimate. I let my friends know 2008 truck and they cant find parts. Not cool

So this review is a bit late, sorry. My 2019 Chevy Cruze had its front right panel crushed by another car. I dropped it off and let them know I would be on a trip for the next 11 days. They didn’t promise that it would be done when I got home but they said they would try. By god, it was done and it was excellent work. They also re did the other corner panel for me for a decent price. Honestly I couldn’t be happier.

I have used Lennox once before, and finding a good auto body shop can be a hit or miss. This is a business that USAA recommended, but you are free to chose your own.The end of July is especially busy for those of us that live in Cheyenne Wyoming, due to our rodeo, Cheyenne Frontier Days. I took my vehicle in just prior to the start of said event. The car rental place was booked out, and I had my choice of the last two cars. Once in the shop, the Lennox team does very well with texting (if you want) to let you know what stage of the process your vehicle is in. Now, although I like USAA, they sometimes dont jump on the ball when they need to, so there were some time delays. I was then reminded of a wedding my wife and children were going to in Kansas the first week of August, so I relayed that to the Lennox team, and they said they would try and do the best they could. Now keep in mind, with the car rental extension, the event, the USAA delays, the pressure to get the car back sooner, the Lennox team called me at 3:50 p.m. the last Friday of our event (CFD), and I was already out and about and went to pick up my vehicle with delight.I paid, the vehicle looked new again, but now to return the rental. They were short staffed, and suggested I call someone in my family or a friend to help return. I had neither. The Lennox team was also short staffed, and ready to close. What a pickle I was in! Although the rental is supposed to get me as part of their service, they couldnt. Sean from Lennox then said to me to take the rental back, and when it was quitting time, hed come pick me up and take me back to my finished, beautiful vehicle! Service above and beyond! Although I tried to pay him for going out of his way, he didnt accept it. He just said Its just the right thing to do! Well done Lennox team! You not only made my car new again, you over came any and all obstacles and deadlines! My heartfelt thanks to you all!!

So Lennox did a great job on the repair work and detail, however I spent more time going back and forth to there shop to try and get some electronic equipment that they took apart to fix the body work (And didnt reinstall properly) More than anything . It is quite disappointing the $300 I spent on a detail I spent half of that in gas driving back and forth to there shop so they could fix there mistake (not to mention dirtying my truck up going back and forth to them)... Which they never did and ultimately had to take the truck to Ford to get it fixed correctly. An employee did call and apologize and I explained how frustrated I was.... Think they would at least refund the $300 detail?!?!?! NOPE! EMPLOYEE TOLD ME ON THE PHONE WE WILL MAKE THIS RIGHT!?!?! NEVER DID.... FOR CHEYENNE THERES PLENTY OF OTHER BODY SHOPS... CHOOSE ANOTHER ONE THAT KNOWS WHAT THERE DOING AND CAN WORK ON NICE VEHICLES.... HAD OWNER OF FOLLOWED UP AND MADE IT RIGHT IT WOULD OF BEEN A GREAT EXPERIENCE... $9500 TOTAL FOR BODY WORK AND DETAIL AND A TRUCK THAT DIDNT WORK CORRECTLY AT THE END!?!?!? JOKE!

After being rear ended I brought my vehicle here on the recommendation of a few different people. The staff were friendly and I did not have any issues there but unfortunately when it came to the quality of the work, there were deficiencies.Upon picking up my vehicle for the first time, the new rear fender had been creased and the trunk showed paint runs on the edge. I asked them to correct these issues which they did after keeping my vehicle a few more days.The second time picking up my vehicle I discovered they had resprayed the rear quarter but had left dirt nibs in the clear which again they offered to correct if I was to come back in a week after giving the paint time to cure.Finally, after picking up l my vehicle up for the third time I discovered they had sprayed clear coat on my taillight, though this was likely something I missed the previous time I inspected the vehicle, leaving a hardened mess. At this point I simply accepted that this would be something I would have to live with, lest I repeat this cycle for the rest of eternity.In summary, what they did right they did well, with a well sprayed and color matched paint job but their attention to detail could use some work without constant prompting to fix their mistakes.Edit: I was reached out to following this review and was asked for an opportunity to make things right. I have amended the rating I had originally given in respect to their willingness to work with me and correct the remaining blemishes. Their follow up work was quick and courteous and I can say I am now quite satisfied with the final result.

Lennox is the best place in town to go for body repair

My wife and I could not be more happy with the service provided by Lennox Auto Body shop.We went to them to have some damage repaired that had been done to the front bumper on a 2018 RAV4. They were straight forward and honest with the possibilities of repair and pricing right off the bat. They gave us a general quote upon first inspection and made very clear to us that this was not a for sure price. They explained thoroughly that once they take the bumper off and get a better look they will have a more accurate estimation of the cost. They gave us regular updates throughout the process and made sure to check with us before venturing further with repair and costs. Additionally, they followed up with us a week after our business had been concluded to make sure we were happy with the job.What impressed us the most was the fast turn around time. We dropped the car off two days before thanksgiving and were planning on being without the vehicle for the holiday weekend. Fortunately, they took care of all the repairs and had the vehicle back to us before they went on holiday break.We will definitely return to them in the future should we have any need to.EDIT for second experience.Once again I’m absolutely blown away at level of quality and professionalism this business exhibits.I was involved in a minor accident and the insurance agency I dealt with wouldn’t give me more than 1/3 the price of the estimate I had received. The people at Lennox navigated these murky water smoothly and professionally and secured the entire amount I was due for the repair of my vehicle.Not only did they repair every bit of damage from the accident but they vacuumed and cleaned the interior of my car as well.I can’t say enough good things about this business. Had an estimate on hail damage. Scheduled the work. Once the vehicle was in their shop the price tripled. Tried to total out a vehicle with minor damage. Work was done by another shop. Vehicle was not totaled out. I do not recommend this shop.

Highly recommend!!! This was my second time getting my car repaired (neither accident was my fault haha), and everything was above and beyond my expectations, again. I needed a full bumper replacement and it was done in two days. I was so shocked that the day I was called to let me know that it would be a replacement and not a repair was the same day my car was all done. Also, their text updates were incredibly convenient. My car looks good as new, and the best part - my car was cleaned, vacuumed, and wiped down on the inside. The staff is always professional and courteous. Dont think twice about getting any car work done here.In addition, Ive gotten my car detailed here in the past and the service was absolutely top-notch.

Prior to moving to Wyoming I managed over 100 adjusters in my 40 year career in management. I have never been in or worked with a more professional Body Shop than the Lennox Body Shop in Cheyenne WY. Their skilled staff provided me with daily updates on the repairs to my truck as well as when they stated my truck would be done it was! This shop should be a model to ALL body shops on how to run a successful, customer service oriented, professional shop.

Had my truck detailed sep 2020 and after I picked it up I was quite disappointed. They took my jack out and left it in the bed of my truck which didn’t warn me about. The front windshield still had bugs on it. Dirt still in my rims, the chrome on the front was still covered in dirt and bugs. It looks like they didn’t even clean it. So disappointed for the price.

As a walk-in, they fixed a cosmetic piece on my vehicle that required the bumper pulled off and did a great job putting it together. Luckily, they were even able to do it the same day I walked in. Really appreciated it.

I have had my truck in this shop multiple times and they have met my expectations and exceeded them! One person stands out, and that’s Heather. She kept me up to date and has always done that with all of my visits. She explained everything thoroughly and even took care of everything when another insurance company, other than my own, weren’t doing their part. Pat on the back for her. I wouldn’t recommend anyone else in town besides Lennox Auto Body! The word satisfied doesn’t do this shop justice, it’s so much that and more!

These guys did a great job on our van! We loved the text updates. They got us in for a quote quickly and took the time to explain everything to me. The insurance company wanted to use a refurbished part but Lennox said that would not allow them to do a quality repair job, so the insurance got us the right new part. We picked Lennox based on the google reviews, and that definitely the right choice. Excellent workmanship, transparent, and even let us take delivery before insurance paperwork cleared because it would have been stuck over the weekend waiting on the approvals with the insurance company. My wife and I are very pleased with the service quality.

I brought my car in for a repair that I had initially received an estimate on. The repair was to be for the front fender. There was also a marking on the side of the vehicle that we discussed during the estimate, prior to the repair, that I would be taking care of this myself as I didnt want to invest in having Lennox do it for me. I got the car back and the front fender repair was complete and looked great. They also decided to buff out the marking on the side of the car as a courtesy to me. They got it out but in the mean time buffed out some paint. After stressing my concern to them they stated I would have to pay $900 to fix the paint that THEY buffed out. I never gave them permission to try and get the mark out in the first place. Why would I have to pay for a mistake YOU made!!. The service for the fender was great, but I wont bring my business back.

Wow is all I can say. These guys were awesome and very professional. I took my van in for an estimate that included a door that wasnt closing properly. They actually fixed the bent part of the door that was the cause of the problem on the spot. They didnt even charge me for that repair. I know where Im taking my auto body work from now on. :)

Lennox failed to do the correct supplemental and now my claim is closed. State farm and I paid 9500 for their eyes and expertise. That literally means you work with cars. Eyes all over my vehicle and you missed the shattered side mirror and windshield. Are you kidding me here. Multiple times Ive reached out both to Lennox and state farm. Told multiple times from my insurance that itd be confirmed and fixed. 3 weeks later and Lennox still had not called me to get this fixed right. I would highly recommend anyone to go somewhere else for their auto body needs. Ill never use Lennox again.

Brought my girlfriends jeep in there to get an estimate on the damage of the vehicle, went in there the guy walked out to look at the car, told us that it was non-drivable, with only doing a walk around the vehicle. When the damages was underneath the vehicle. Tried to tell us that the stock rim was going to cost 500 dollars alone to repair a curb rash scuff. On top of the other damages that he didnt even look at. So we went to another mechanic shop in town and told us that they would be able to fix it for 199 including the rims minor damage. On top of the guy looking totally lost when I found the stock rim brand new on eBay for 125. Dont trust this company or their business.
