It was after 4pm last Thursday when, after spreading my grandmothers ashes, a semi kicked up a rock and damaged our windshield. We were leaving early the very next morning to drive 1000 miles back home, and were very concerned that the whole windshield would break if we tried to make the drive with that huge chip in it. After getting a phone tree from the big national company, I hung up and decided instead to call Quik Fix. He was so very kind and gracious, and he got us in right away. We drove straight there and he had us in & out in no time! He is also Allstate preferred, so we didnt even have an out of pocket expense. He did a flawless job fixing the chip, and we made it home safely and with no other issues. We are beyond grateful for the service we received - especially at the end of the day and on such short notice. We HIGHLY recommend!!!

My wife and I are from Oklahoma and we were driving from Montana through Wyoming to get back home when we had a rock hit our windshield. Incredibly helpful and professional. Very knowledgeable about glass and the repair while being helpful in explaining the damages and what to do going forward with chips in my windshield. I was able to schedule an appointment right away. The appointment was quick enough to get done on my lunch break after calling around to multiple shops. I’ll definitely return with any other repairs and recommend simply because the communication was so great and appreciated. Never went through any automated phone service to talk to a person, wasn’t referred to a website to schedule even with a limited and difficult schedule he was flexible and willing.

Jim did a chip repair just above the driver side vision line and you absolutely cannot see where it was! Amazing! He also did a quick repair of the lining on the top right windshield. I highly recommend rock chip repairs to windshield by Quik Fix. I have a brand new Subaru Forester Touring and had just had my front windshield tinted (full tint). I had a small (dime size) rock chip that happened while in town. Autoskinz recommended Quik Fix and the owner got me right in to repair the chip. Jim was great!!! Amazing work at a fraction of the cost of the big shops. Had one rock chip about the size of a quarter and a previousLy filled one next to it about the size of a dime. The bigger one is gone, have to really look to know it’s there. And he touched up the small one complimentary!!Guy is a magician!!!

We got three rock chips on our RV on a road trip. When we called our insurance company they referred us to Quik Fix for our arrival in Cheyenne. As soon as we parked at our campground, we called and they were there shortly. One of the chips was in a very hard spot to repair, but Jim worked until he was able to fix it. He also referred us to a tire replacement center for a low tire. Very professional and got the job done.

Quik Fix Windshield Repair in Cheyenne provided me fantastic service. He fixed all 3 of my chips with immaculate precision. His knowledge base is enormous and he knows exactly what type of epoxy will provide you the best long term fix. The chips are completely invisible now. He actually tests the seal as he is working to make sure the repair is something he can guarantee. This isnt some guy just operating a machine who has had 3 weeks of training... this is a true master of his craft with decades of experience. He has been doing this so long he can even tell you the temperature of the glass just by feel. He was very friendly on the phone and got me in as soon as he could. Since the air temperature makes a big difference in the final quality of the fix, he had me wait until mid-day when it was the warmest to ensure I got the best possible repair. He worked through my insurance and it was completely covered, zero cost to me.
