I am never one to leave a bad review, but I have never experienced such rude customer service in my life. Even worse, the rude behavior was coming from the Manager! And she refused to let me work with another employee when I asked to switch to someone else. I have been an AT&T customer for many years and they are a great company, it just makes them look bad when they place people like her in management positions. This store will never have my service again.

I brought my elderly mother in today to get her phone repaired this morning. I was expecting poor customer service and a 50/50 chance we’d get her issues resolved, solely based on other corporate telephonic customer service we’ve experienced lately. Store Manager Jenny was THE BEST! She was so friendly, personable and patient with my mom and she was persistent and resilient when trying to fix the issues. She was the only employee working and was multi-tasking with other customers and phone calls all while giving us her full focus and attention. She went the extra mile to resolve the issue, but most impressive, was she was kind and compassionate. The kindness and patience she showed to my mother restored my faith there are still hard working AND kind people in this world.

The new manager Jenny is amazing !I’ve been to this location many times and never really had a “great” experience. Today I went in just for a screen protector replacement! Jenny not only did that for me but she also updated my plan saving me 70 dollars a month! I’ve been into multiple stores and no one has ever mentioned how much I could save through my service! I have been with at&t for 5 years and so far Jenny has made me want to stay for another 5! Thanks again Jenny !

For the past several years the manager was handling this store alone and did a great job. Now that he has help, the service has become mediocre and dismissive. They push for you to do everything through the call center, and very rudely at that. I went in to buy a phone, cant help, I order phone online and had to Google for help with phone choice since in store employees dont want to take the time helping with comparability. I get new phone in mail, wont let me transfer and says I need assistance, so I go into the store (big mistake) the employee was very rude and bothered when I said I received new phone and need help setting it up, he quickly said I cant help you with that, you need to call. I explained that it says I needed assistance and he interrupts me saying he cant help and I have to call and said bye. The employee on the phone said that it should not be this difficult to set phone up and should have been in the store for help. They had to remote get into phone to do stuff to get it to work. I put in a complaint and half expected a phone call, never got one. Thank you so much S Battlefield store for letting me know that my money and business is not good enough for you to take the time to help or even make a bad situation better with a simple phone call. Your attitude and action 100% took away the excitement of getting a new phone. Verizon has been trying to get husband to switch our service since we already have their TV and internet. Never do we have an issue with Verizon customer service and AT&T is definitely help make the decision to transfer so much easier.

I went in yesterday to buy a new phone and 2 Apple watches. I have had nothing but awful experiences at the greenbrier location…but the manager Jenny made my experience nothing but AMAZING. She helped me get what I needed, and explained how everything works. This will be my go to AT&T store from now on.

Went here for quite a few times til this past weekend. Before having them delete and transfer items, they should really pay attention the amount of storage of the new phone vs old phone. After deleting apps due to full storage and making a phone call did they realize they were the same amount and it was unable to be done. So now I have a phone with a bunch of uninstalled apps until I buy a bigger storage phone. Also all new Samsungs are like iphones, cant add external storage.

I have been to this store several times in the past couple years. Recently I transferred 3 lines with some complications. Malik was amazing (I have worked with Jeff too and he was great). Handled all of the issues I had quickly while dealing with multiple customers. Usually I prefer to call in to customer service-these guys make it a pleasure to go into the store. Highly recommend.

My daughter and myself are on the family unlimited plan, we went to this store for 3 upgrades to the new iPhone 11 and Pro. Jeff and Justin were very helpful with our phone trade in and helping us with our backups to iCloud. My phone took the longest to back up, And Jeff and Justin were very helpful and patient with me!! They gave great customer service and we will be back to upgrade again, when the time comes. I highly recommend the S. Battlefield location.

Had a problem sending and receiving emails on my iPhone. I spent 2 hrs (each) with two different online Att representatives to no avail. Went to the ATT Service Center at Battlefield Blvd in Chesapeake, Virginia. There my phone was fixed and cleaned by Malíek in approximately 15 minutes. Maliek was personable yet professional. I had just bought a new phone at a different AT&T store that was closer to my work. Unfortunately, I lost the sim card and tray. Ran to the store an hour before it closed, Maleik was beyond willing to help me! Offered me a bottle of water and assured me he would help any way!! He did not, at all act inconvenienced or agitated. Will ALWAYS return to this store!!

Great expierance. Jeff and Justin are excellent. Went in to pick up a new iPhone as a gift for my daughter and walked out saving over $45 on my phone bill a month. Very friendly and informative. Highly recommend this store!

I came into this AT&T store because the Apple store was hectic and the employees werent able to help me activate my new phone. I stopped by this location since it was close to me and was promptly helped by the gentleman working this afternoon, they also had the phone case I wanted that Apple didnt have! I think the entire process took under 10 minutes. Would recommend this location! Much better service than other places :)

Epic customer service. Im totally in the dark on phones and jeff at this location is amazing. Totally got me up to speed and when time came for a new phone I went right to him and he got me right. Fast forward a year, phone trouble and who did I see.... Jeff again and in minutes fixed my phone and even got me a better deal on my data plan saving me 17$ a month.I wont go to any other att store. This is close to home, with employees that are around my age and understand what it is I need. Jeff is the man to see with tech. Solid service and solid products. Keep it up I will return

I went to the South Battlefield store this morning with a relative tricky situation involving Direct TV. Justin Liston was a wonder to work with! Would not allow me to purchase an iPhone 8 and switch from my android to it then buy iPad pro outright and add it to plan. Said I had to do it via installment plan not pay in full, which Greenbrier store never made me do Wasted my time while carrying on with customers in front about football teams making their phone Installment drag on.And he( darkhaired bearded guy) did this after I called the store first to make sure that we could indeed buy outright.
