Dave here at this business was great he help me through the whole selling my i phone great customer service and honest person .

So I dropped my phone and completely shattered the screen! I called around and this place was the cheapest. For 116$ they fixed my screen and I got a screen protector, great deal! A few days later my screen went BLACK. (Black screen of death as they call it). It was on, I could feel it vibrate, I could receive calls and text but the screen was completely black, I called and they said “if it was under warranty they could fix it”. Okay so I brought it in same day and they fixed it, no charge. But this time they didn’t ask what phone I had. Anyways immediately after I got it back I noticed the screen looked weird? I got a notification on my phone saying the screen wasn’t compatible, and it looked as if some high contrast filter was over screen. I called them back at around 7:15 the same day since their website said they close 7:30, no answer. This was the 2nd time I had to go in. It was Easter and my parents were in town for only a couple days so I didn’t have the time to go back AGAIN! After I had taken my parents back to the airport I called them again (roughly 3 days later), and they told me it would be another 105$ to fix!! Claiming it was cheaper than what I paid last time?! They quoted me 105$ for the first fix, I just happened to buy a screen protector with it. I asked, even though I did nothing? And it was after they changed my screen a 2nd time? The first time the screen looked great. They said I should have called sooner. Well excuse me for having plans? I had already gone in a second time. Being a mom of 2 kids it’s not easy for me to just go to their establishment for a 3rd time, and on rope of that they immediately said it would cost another 105$? Their card even claims they have a “1 year warranty”, but a meat 3 days later I would have to pay AGAIN. My advice, if you have an iPhone, just go to apple or Best Buy and get it done professionally. I will not be coming back.

This place is amazing! The reviews about how great they are, dont lie. My LCD screen was damaged on my phone due to physical damage from my phone being dropped over period of time. Even the back of my phone was cracked and damaged. It was just ugly! Within 35 minutes, my phone was repaired and when I picked it up it was as if I just recieved a brand new phone. The staff are professional and really good people. There arent too many good, honest people out there anymore so I am very appreciative of their hard work and integrity! If there were more stars to give, I definitely would!!

Very good prices and fast work but unfortunately the new screen on my iPhone is slow and very touchy. I have to tap letters a few times when texting to get them to select and when scrolling the screen moves slowly.

Great prices and great service! We ordered a glass only replacement online for a Galaxy S5 and was going to replace it ourselves but then decided it was more involved than we thought. Brought it in and had the full LCD screen replaced within 30 minutes and the owner took great care of us and went the extra mile to make us happy customers. Bought cell phone for grand daughter this summer when she visited. It was for her early graduation paid over $500 she goes back home and I find out that after she had the phone 2 months they will no longer give her cell phone service on that phone because it had been reported stolen. So now she has a $500.00 phone she can use except for social media on wyfy

I do not recommend this place!!!! I just needed my screen fixed because I cracked it and when they fixed it the first time it was working fine the first couple days but then up i woke up to a frozen screen. So I went back to them so they could “fix it” and after told me if it happens again to just go in my settings and reset my phone. How am I suppose to reset a phone with a frozen screen???? So after they “fixed” my screen again, it did the same thing the next day so I went back and they told me the same thing and it happened again the next day for the 3rd time I pissed at this point I did not pay $100 for a screen to keep freezing up.

An aux input piece broke off inside my phone. They removed it and saved me $125 for not having to replace my device with T-Mobile. Fast service, good people. YOU WONT BE DISAPPOINTED!! THANK YOU!!!

Im very thankful that guys working at Cell Phone Zone were able to fix my S4 quickly. However; Im giving 2 out 5 stars because they logged on to my Google account and gave themselves a 5 Star rating without my permission. They had my phone for 45mins, It makes me worry what else they went through.

The people here agreed to purchase my iPhone 8 Plus for 350. I drove almost a HOUR away to not get greeted. I left and came back and he offered to purchase my iPhone for $95! AFTER I showed him the messages of us talking via offer up he then switched it and said he wanted to see what the phone would sell for online and he still wouldn’t purchase the device for what we agreed too! Went for a cracked screen and they ended up breaking my entire phone. They didnt replace it or even offer a reimbursement for it. Old phone will not turn on now and i had to spend 125 for another phone somewhere else. I wont be going back & will encourage my friends and family not to go here either! Lost a lot of personal information! Very upset!
