I was at the counter just checking to see what offers were available because I needed a phone, an emergency came up that needed my Swift attention so I had to leave the retailer, but I left some information for the sales associate and I told the person that Id be back, between their customer service and faith in me that I would be back they set me up with a plan and a tablet all while I was gone ,chose the phone for me, and made it easy all I have to do was go back and pick up my new phone and my new tablet, and I didnt evenwant a tablet I just needed a phone I was so desperate, that I would have taken a flip phone and gone back to the stone ages just to get a phone, but I walked out of there with a very savvy and classy piece of high-tech cell phone, and tablet combo package deal.

Stop by Verizon store to get a new SIM card. Christie was amazing. She answer all my questions and showed me several tips on using my new phone. I did not buy the phone at the store, so I appreciated her taking the time to show me better ways to manage my new phone. I had already read good things about this Verizon store and the helpful staff. Today my wife and I found the comments to be true. We were helped by Enrique. What a super helpful guy. He was very knowledgeable and answers our many questions. He never pressured us toward anything. In fact he sought out ways to get us the products phone and accessories for the best price possible. And on top of it all we were able to upgrade to an Unlimited Plan for only $3.00 extra a month. As my wife said best $3 she ever spent.So add us to the list of those that agree that the Verizon North Battlefield Blvd gives 5 Star Service.

These people lie and dont do anything to rectify their mistakes. We added a new phone line, upgraded a phone, and upgraded a tablet. When transferring from old phone to the new ones we lost email accounts and applications. We had been told that we would have our upgraded tablet for free and was given the run around when it was time to pick the tablet up. The manager as well as representative were not truthful with us. Our Verizon account was messed with by the representative which blocked us out of the account. We ended up spending 2 hours on the phone with Verizon to rectify the situation these people made. We were not offered a discount or anything for our troubles. I would recommend going to a real Verizon store and not this one. The service was not at all satisfactory.

Went to this Verizon location and had an excellent customer experience with Justin Geonzon. He was extremely polite, professional, patient and knowledgeable. He set up everything for my new phone, despite my unique situation and then ensured everything from my old phone was transferred to my new phone. I highly recommend you ask for Justin Geonzon if you visit this Amy other Verizon locations in Chesapeake or Va Beach. He works at several locations and is the absolute best!

Horrible place to go. I spoke with Verizon and was told not to go to these types of stores. To go to the Verizon website and go to the store locator to make sure you dont go to places like this. Ive been with Verizon 16 years and never had such horrible service from ANY of the employees there including the manager... i waited 8 days for a tablet that never was ordered. Was told it was free then when I went to pick it up they told me it was 170.00... my account was blocked for 8 days, lost all of my information online, apps and more.... after going here I spent 3 hrs on the phone with Verizon and it took 5 people, including a supervisor to help fix what this store did.. they apologized several times for this stores mistakes and lack of fixing them.... i went to another Verizon location and they gave me my promised free tablet, and Ive the phone they gave me credits for all of the time and money wasted. All I wanted was an upgraded tablet. Never received it. Tim told me the sales lady did drop the ball on all of this and that there wasnt anything him or his manager could do to rectify it... also when I called and asked where my tablet was she hung up on me and was avoiding fixing her mistake.... after my fiancee was upset after all of this she wrote a review about our experience and the sales lady Jenna text my personal phone number at 930 pm to tell me she did nothing wrong and to take my business elsewhere... thats illegal and horrible customer service... when you mess up a customers account you go above and beyond to fix it. These people were mean and bullies and did NOTHING to fix the many mistakes I had after I left this store.... thank you to the other Verizon store and all the people on the phone from Verizon who rectified these peoples mistakes. Gave me my tablet in 10 minutes and told me NOT to ever come back here and that I never should have received such horrible service as a loyal customer.... i will continue to stay with Verizon because of the other people who fixed these mistakes. They even fixed my monthly plan for cheaper and truly went above and beyond... you dont treat paying customers like that. No reason at all!! A formal complaint will be filed on the store along with legal action. No one should be treated this way!!Update: tried to settle this situation peacefully and even upper management is covering for their employees and calling their customers liars and doing nothing about it... thankfully the BBB and social media exist to get my story out. Thank you for not helping!

Went in to get a new phone and cancel a line. My rep was Tina Lam and she was super helpful. Very friendly and helped cancel my line through Support on the phone. Ive tried before and cant hear very well so her doing that on my behalf helped me a lot! Ive tried going to other stores to ask for help with that but just got directed to call Support. Again I cant hear well over the phone so that being the only way to cancel a line is very frustrating. So thanks again to Tina Lam for helping me out with that!

While the staff was friendly, we were talked into phones we didnt come in to look at because it was a better deal. The sales person told us with the promotion they had we could both get new phones, actually decrease our monthly payments by changing our plan, and get a free tablet. So, we got the phones he suggested. Not only has our bill gone up, we have phones we really did not want. We had to pay $300 out of pocket at the time of the sale and our first bill was $242 more than usual ($120 in activation fees we were aware of but not the the rest). I would have been better had I not listened to him and got what I wanted. Beware of the fast-talking salesmen.

I wish I would have known this location existed before now!!! I have always gone to the Greenbrier corporate store and had to wait at least 30 minutes. I was immediately greeted at the door by Jenn. She was smiling and very friendly. She helped me get my email working again on my phone. She wasn’t pushy about selling me anything, very helpful and genuine! A rare find when it comes to salesmen these days. This is my permanent go to Verizon store from now on. I’ve told my friends and family to go see Jenn there.

This place is shady! They completely tried to railroad us into a phone we didnt want. They were insulting about our preference and told many half-truths and lies about it, stating them as blanket facts that we could easily refute. They tried to snow us with technical jargon that was in itself inaccurate (they didnt realize I work in a technical field). The tall woman in the office was the worst. When my mother asked about a problem shed had with her old phone, the womans tone became condescending and snotty - all while blaming the customer for issues and never explaining how they actually happened! They charge WAY more than anyone else for transfer and setup services, but when questioned the woman said those services are actually free. The shadiest part was the person setting up the phone and asked my mother to give him her Google password (which she had said is the same as her Apple ID), instead of passing the phone to her to type it herself. (She didnt give it to him.) We wont set foot in there again! Beware!

The staff was generous and offered bottles of water, cupcakes, and brownies (: Everything about the phones, that I needed to know in order to choose the best one, was explained to me. All questions about monthly payments were answered. I was shown the sapphire strength screen protector, and that has worked like a charm on my phone. It was a really nice in-store experience!

I have had better service here than a lot of Verizon corporate stores and I have not had to waitVery long or have to try to get a parking spot. I suggest you try them out.
