I had a great experience with your store. I had called in about warranty for part and she went out of her way to help me find the purchase by name because I had forgotten the telephone number associated and would have had to drive 45 minutes to get old receipt. It seems like everywhere you go people are just not friendly or helpful anymore but your employees tonight were the best.

This morning I could hardly see in the fog because my wipers were getting bad. Im so thankful I was able to get new wipers and that they were able to change them out because Ive never done it!Thanks, Autozone guy!

Do NOT go to this location if youre a young woman alone. I have had several good experiences with the older employees here, but the young guy working today persistently harassed me and asked for my number. I have worked customer service jobs nearly my entire life, and not once have I done this or even considered it because it is wildly inappropriate. I left this store feeling even more defeated with my cars issue as I dont even feel like he helped me with my questions.Also, employees are not wearing masks here, and did not encourage any customers to wear one.

Rude to customers. Witnessed an Employee brush off a customer who needed help. It was an elderly employee. Also, Called before hand to see if they had a part which they then told me no. FOUND it online and placed the order for pickup and about half an hour later the order was ready. Definitely sticking to Advanced Auto Parts.

My Uncle and I have been going to this store faithfully for 15 years. Im usually in there 6-7 times a week and know the staff well, and they know me and could verify that Im polite, not confrontational, and am generally friendly and easy going with all I meet. And after only 2 interactions with this new manager, Ill never go to this store again, at least until he is gone. Hes rude, arrogant, and very condescending. And when he started TELLING me what he felt was wrong with my vehicle and I disagreed with him saying that I had already checked or replaced the components he was suggesting, he snapped at me and behaved like How DARE you question me and walked away telling another employee to finish up with me. That is unacceptable , and our community talks to each other, discussing the good and the bad, and I have heard more than a few people leaving this store feeling much the same way as myself and saying they will not be going back. One person experiencing this you could chalk it up to a clash of personalities , 10-20 people experiencing feelings like this just prove that this new manager is piece of work and costing you business.A new OReillys customer,Dradarius Goines

Went to several AutoZones looking for a t-shirt. Some AutoZones carry shirts and some dont. A lady helped me locate a store that had the shirt I was looking for and called and had the guy put it behind the counter for me. Super friendly and helpful

Not good worked there for a week and they still did not give me a back brace, every time i would doing testing for them Wes would always ask me if im done yet and would make a joke about reading isnt my strong point. There system is all messed up and terrible planogram. And Wes the manager was talking about me behind my back on my 2nd day there because i had trouble finding things because the planogram was messed up so everything was out of order for when i stalked the shelves. Poor service and rude workers.

My friend and I were at lookout Mtn when his car battery died. We got jumped off and went to the nearest AutoZone. Brett, who keep in mind, was a completely new employee helped us with everything we needed to get back on the road. From buying the battery, to helping us loosen the old one out (his car was extremely worn down and the battery was very old) he was a tremendous help and we could not thank him enough. He stood out and helped us in the hot sun for around an hour and a half getting us all patched up. Thank you Brett and thank you so much to the Brainerd AutoZone

AutoZone did the job for me I called in advance and talked to somebody who is actually helpful. I had then went down to the store it was in decent shape and waited for like 1 minute Max before I was able to be serviced after the customer in front of me was accommodated with their needs. I got my part in about 1 minute later and made my transaction in departed with no issues. So there you have it just like that

Had to Buy 3 separate rack n pinion to get 1 that was NOT defective. Was stranded at the auto repair center due to them not enough time because fixing to close. When asked how was I Getting home & his reply was I dont know. So my question is if I had good intentions buying a workable replacement part & paid labor 3 separate times why am I the person out of a car & stranded without a way home & the only thing your telling me is you dont know. Something needs to be done about this besides I dont know!!!!!

I had a great visit. They were busy, but still didnt take more than 25 minutes and I needed a lot of stuff. The employee that helped me was the best auto parts business employee Ive ever encountered. With his suggestions, not being the over priced stuff but the stuff that would be best for my truck with 300K miles on it, he was polite, quick but accurate, didnt have to repeat anything to him, most of all he was smiling.

These folks are always very helpful. This trip. They could not find what I was looking for, but great service as always.

Just tell the basics of this place. AutoZone is what it is you can go there to get the parts that you need some parts you may have to order. Typically you are able to get those parts that you need I suggest brainerd road because they are very helpful and theyre open till a later time than otherones.

I called ahead and they flat out lied to me Im very disappointed and I will never go there again would not suggest AutoZone to anyone because of this experience it was horrifying it was important thats why I called first they told me they would do something that they refuse to do when I got there

Went 55 miles for them to say they did not have the part we were needing called them they said they had one but got there and they didnt have a little disappointed

The poor lack of staffing makes for a wait. When its your turn the 1 fellow takes good timely care of you. Needs help. Reminds me of lack of cashiers at Walmart

Terrible Customer Service. I was completely ignored while the workers joked around with their friends. Finally I walked to the front counter and asked for some help, the gentleman rolled his eyes and sarcasticly answered my question by pointing in the direction of where it could possibly be, if we arent sold out so my friend and I walked around searching for our product to the point where other customers were helping us! It was absolutely ridiculous. The service here isnt worth the visit.

There was 5 or 6 employees standing around on the floor & behind the counter while there was 2 lines of customers. 1 to get parts & 1 to check out. If the employees would work instead of talking about their weekend affairs i wouldnt have to stand in line for 20 minutes. I had enough time to go down the street to sonic to use the restroom & come back for my parts & everyone was still in the same place. It sucks this is our only HUB store in the county.

I just bought a used car and began having trouble with the transmission Id put every penny into it I was in a panic and I was blessed with pulling into this AutoZone where the gentleman running the place just happen to have a daughter who bought the same car I did and had the same problem I didnt the part turned out to be a recall part I would have had days of worry and anxiety if it wasnt for this man I am very grateful for the help they also let me leave my car there until the next day when I had it towed they were Beyond kind and helpful

I visited this location on 3536 Brainerd Rd this past Monday, May 29th, 2017. I had what I thought was a corroded battery. The first man I talked to in the store I want to say his name was Craig but I am not positive...He was wearing a lighter color shirt so I am under the assumption he may have been the manager. I will call him manager for the rest of this review for namesake until I can go back and get his actual name. He told me to wait a couple minutes for someone to come out and test my battery. Another guy (unfortunately dont recall his name) came out to test my battery but was not able to get a reading. He went back inside to check and the manager told him to try and clean and around the cable end. When he did this it broke which is not even really what I am upset about. After all, it was corroded. I was a little panicked, but he told me they had battery cable ends inside the store. When we went back inside to tell the manager, he said oh no, we dont sell those here...youll have to go somewhere else. Luckily the guy helping me was able to squeeze it on just enough to get my car started. He told me I could go down to Walmart and the would have the part and be able to fix it. He was wrong about that, but no biggie maybe it was just that location. I ended up at a Goodyear where they were super helpful and able to replace the part for me. Both the man at Walmart and Goodyear were very surprised to hear my story about AutoZone and thought they should definitely have the part. I called the store today to check and they do sell the part. The man who answered the phone even told me they can sometimes help put it on, but he would have to see the car first. I am truly appalled at the actions of the man I presume to have been the manager on Monday. He never he came out to look at my car...Just accepted that one of his employees broke the piece and then sent me on my way. Offered no help or to even sell me the part! Perhaps I was treated that way because of my gender or maybe he was poorly trained. Either way theyve lost my business for good. Luckily the Goodyear down the street was extremely helpful and treated me right.
