No regrets!!Since the install. I have been living in total comfort 😌. Last night 🌙was -6 below. This Tri - Pac Evolution ran like champ. My motor and I were taken care of.I can cook ⚫eyed peas 😋 in 4 hours and anything else with no problem 😊. I can iron 😋my dress shirts, slacks etc. This is a must have. 👌

There location in resaca Ga is a scam. They tell you the labor rate is 135 per hour. They don’t tell you they charge for every bolt . Labor bill should have been 2.5 hours for time worked . It was almost 500 dollars to replace an AC line. And their excuse is carrier charges same way . No sir they don’t . They charge for hours worked. You folks are thieves and have to lie to people to get their truck in your shop.Carrier units may not last as long . But carrier doesn’t have to lie cheat and steal from people to keep a business.Keep up the stealing and the lies your people seem to be experts at it.

Mechanic was great!! Everything else is very shady..No quote on job,They charge you 4hours of labor for 1.5 hours of work..This is the biggest scam i’ve ever bumped into..

Poor customer service especially from the owner bill me for 5 hours of Labor when they only physically had the truck at their facility for 3 hours when asked why was I for the extra hours of Labor the owner said because thats what the book told him to charge me even though they did not work on the truck that long and then make me walk up the block to go get my truck and did not want to bring it to me very bad customer service and I was warned that this place was not good I should have listened
